Edit: looks like it was 5 of them who just showed up without warning or making arrangements and demanded a tour. I'm not sure that's how a jail works I think you have to at least call ahead and make arrangements. Yeah, I didnt read why they got denied. Its democrats, so I assumed it was a stunt. Oh look, it was a stunt. They wanted to get rejected so they intentionally violated the rules to make it look like they were being denied. The law likely says that a person can be deported, but probably give the power to authorities in charge to make that decision. Can you give a government website that states it was mandatory that he be deported? Quote

He was sent to prison in 2023 for two years but applied for probation and received it. Since his sentence was only two years so he may not have been a big time criminal. He and his father were buying prescription opioids from people and reselling them apparently. The Trump admin decided to deport anybody with any kind of criminal record. To meet a quota target of 3,000 arrests per day, he was arrested and sent to a prison where he died at age 49. He had something called epilepsy and required medication to prevent seizures. The question is did ICE give him the medication to prevent seizures? "Johnny Noviello suffered from epilepsy, requiring daily medication to prevent seizures1. He was found unresponsive at a federal detention center and medical staff responded immediately to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and defibrillation2. ICE claims he received medical care in a global news article but it doesn't mention whether he was receiving his medication. " Falling or choking is a concern among people living with epilepsy — but it’s not the only one. The risk of sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP) is also a fear. If you or a loved one has seizures, a number of questions might run through your mind. For example, can you die from an epileptic seizure? Or, can you die from a seizure in your sleep? The short answer is yes, but while possible, death from epilepsy is also rare. When you hear of someone dying from a seizure, you might assume the person fell and hit their head. This can happen. SUDEP, however, isn’t caused by injury or drowning. It refers to a death that’s sudden and unexpected. Most, but not all, deaths occur during or right after a seizure. The exact cause of these deaths is unknown, yet researchers believe an extended pause in breathing leads to less oxygen in the blood and suffocation. Another theory is that the seizure causes a fatal disruption in heart rhythm, resulting in the heart stopping. Each year there are 1.16 incidents of sudden death for every 1,000 people with epilepsy, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)Trusted Source. Experts believe it’s likely that many SUDEP cases aren’t reported and so the number of SUDEP cases may be higher." Can You Die from a Seizure? What to Know If You Have Seizures "Anti-seizure medications (ASMs) can effectively prevent or stop seizures in about 70% of people with epilepsy1234. However, it is important to follow your doctor's instructions and take medications as prescribed to maximize their effectiveness." So it seems to depend on whether he received anti-seizure medication. Not receiving it could be the cause of his death. Edited July 9, 2025 by blackbird 1 Quote

OK, you have questions. Now what? The facts are that he violated the law here and we revoked his greencard status based on the conditions of his being a greencard holder. He was being lawfully detained and deported. You have anything more than questions? 1 Quote

LOL well honestly i think there's even fewer than 50 here And i think only about 5 are complaining like you say. And honestly that's liberals anywhere. No matter where you go they're going to whine and cry but the criminals rights are not being respected even as innocent victims die by the bucket. Want to know what it's like here? Here's our liberal laws at work. Our laws forced the courts to allow any criminal to walk free on bail, this guy was charged and convicted of violent assault in the morning, released by midday, killed a woman by the afternoon. We don't even need immigration. The liberals feel this guy deserves a break, what chance do you think they aren't going to scream about illegal migrants being held accountable? However, on asylum it mandates detention and hearing and the Biden admin didnt do it. In this case, deportation is discretionary. However drug trafficker is a pretty clear cut case. Further, nothing in the law limits the time for making the decision. Quote Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

Biden encouraged more people to cross illegally because of his rhetoric and lack of enforcement once in the interior. Bragging that caught *some* of the millions of illegal immigrants he encouraged to pour across the border and gave millions more free entry because they said "asylum" is dishonest. Quote
