No, I think you are making this up.  The law likely says that a person can be deported, but probably give the power to authorities in charge to make that decision.  I doubt the law says a permanent resident who committed an offence and in his case is following the rules of probation, must be deported.  You are saying Biden broke the law.  That is false.  Can you give a government website that states it was mandatory that he be deported?

He was sent to prison in 2023 for two years but applied for probation and received it.  Since his sentence was only two years so he may not have been a big time criminal.  He and his father were buying prescription opioids from people and reselling them apparently.

He had something called epilepsy and required medication to prevent seizures.  The question is did ICE give him the medication to prevent seizures?

ICE claims he received medical care in a global news article but it doesn't mention whether he was receiving his medication.

"Anti-seizure medications (ASMs) can effectively prevent or stop seizures in about 70% of people with epilepsy¹²³⁴. However, it is important to follow your doctor's instructions and take medications as prescribed to maximize their effectiveness."

So it seems to depend on whether he received anti-seizure medication.  Not receiving it could be the cause of his death.

The facts are that he violated the law here and we revoked his greencard status based on the conditions of his being a greencard holder. 

He was being lawfully detained and deported.

Want to know what it's like here? Here's our liberal laws at work. Our laws forced the courts to allow any criminal to walk free on bail, this guy was charged and convicted of violent assault in the morning, released by midday, killed a woman by the afternoon. We don't even need immigration. The liberals feel this guy deserves a break, what chance do you think they aren't going to scream about illegal migrants being held accountable?

Well, discretionary application of the law is a thing and it is possible on some parts of the law. However, on asylum it mandates detention and hearing and the Biden admin didnt do it. In this case, deportation is discretionary. However drug trafficker is a pretty clear cut case. Further, nothing in the law limits the time for making the decision.
