What exactly did Black Dog tell you? What exactly did he assert? Did Black Dog share with you exactly word for word what was told to him? Did you see that? How are you in contact with Black Dog and why did he reach out to you?

I don't think it matters anymore. 

Greg has responded, it doesn't exactly match what black dog said.  I encapsulated the latter's version in the OP.

There are many people on this board who know each other on other boards, via email, or otherwise. That's all I will say. 

There's no point in pursuing this anymore as far as I can see. There are two accounts, and they're not aligned.

If we had an ignore function here I would put most of the large MAGA faction on it. Much of what they offer is puerile abuse, eg “you’re a liar”, and it gradually drags everyone down to the same level. There’s nothing to learn from it.

There is an 'ignore user' feature here in the drop down menu under your screen name.  For the same reasons you mention, I've found it to be a very effective and welcomed feature.
