You guys can't have it both ways here first you complain that it is US border security that allowed fentanyl to cross the border from Canada....Now you say its the US fault for fentanyl getting into Canada.... When Canada is only checking 1 % of all containers and trucks that enter our Nation....How in the blue blazes is that the US fault...If anything it is the US policing that sucks for not preventing this criminal behavior before it gets to Canada, same as on our side lack of policing on our part, along with a lack of border security.... Considering there has only been 10,000 deaths from fentanyl here in Canada since 2016, i would say 2000 or 20% if my math is right...since 2016 or about 220 per year....and ours imports are 1 % of 100,000 American deaths per year = 1000 american deaths per year....I hope my math is right , but the numbers say it all...
