In fairness as it turns out this really wasn't a manifesto as much as it was a suicide letter. It's pretty clear he didn't intend to kill anyone or cause serious injury. He was suffering terribly from his time in the military having received no help and wanted to end the pain in a spectacular fashion and send a message about his concerns at the same time. Because of the truck incident that occurred at the same time we all thought of this as being a terrorist action or something along those lines. But this is more like the monk who sets himself on fire outside of the political offices. So it might be a little different than the usual terrorist stuff. Quote
