Economists typically don't like to get involved in politics, but for experts in the field, the threat Trump poses is simply too great to ignore.

“While each of us has different views on the particulars of various economic policies, we believe that, overall, Harris’s economic agenda will improve our nation’s health, investment, sustainability, resilience, employment opportunities, and fairness and be vastly superior to the counterproductive economic agenda of Donald Trump,” they wrote, in the letter obtained first by CNN.

**The total count was actually 82 Nobel science laureates, but 23 of them were economists speaking on the economy.

The know-nothings will no doubt dismiss the definitive experts in the field (based on their feelings) Instead, rather than taking to heart the warnings of those (almost certainly) smarter and vastly more knowledgeable.

Big deal.

Reporters at WAPO and NYT got awards for lying.

Those Nobel prizes have been reduced to a bad joke.

First it's the media & Hollywood, then it's political lawfare, then it's assassination attempts, and now it's these clowns. My God, have the industrial complexes been busy! lol

People who think high gas prices are the end of the world have no idea.

This tarrif plan is insane.

Indeed you Libbies howl this constantly.

Yet by simply checking the results of both presidecies, it's clear who did a better job.

BTW...high gas prices drive inflation. Were you born yesterday?

Or just ignoring blatant reality...to sooth your TDS...?

Your post proves mine.  Trump did nothing on the scale of this tarrif plan.

Unlike you, I think that both sides have had some effective policies.  If you think I'm wrong, tell me what you liked about Biden's policies.

Is this suppose to impress anyone? The noble prize has become nothing more than a bauble. They gave Obama one for doing shlt so who "nobel prize winning economists" endorse is meaningless to people with brains.

What is there to like?

The grand surrender?

The open border?

The overspending?

The zooming crime rates...that they tried to lie about?

The insane war on fossil fuels?

Brandon and his chosen VP have been, in every measurable way, a failure.!

I think you mean meaningless to people who believe ignorance is a virtue.

Again you prove my point.

You can't objective if you think absolutely nothing the other team did has value.

Have a nice day.

If obama got a nobel prize then the nobel prize is nothing more than a cracker jacks prize. You have to be an idi0t to think that made any sense.

I agree that peace prizes are often questionable but it wasn't a prize for science.

Irrelevant. The guy that dreamed up lobotomies won the prize for science.  A  chemistry prize when given to the guy who helped develop chlorine gas as a weapon during WW I and he defended gas warfare.

You're so DELUGINALLY stupid you try to claim that ECONOMISTS are part of "industrial complexes."

Economists are intellectuals, NOT "industrial." Duh

You ONLY get "better job" by completely IGNORING the last year of Trump's INCOMPETENCE when the economy COLLAPSED due to him IGNORING the pandemic and just wishing it away from the beginning.
