The Rules for Liberal tactics:

  1. If they can't refute the content, attack the source.
  2. If they can't refute the content, attack the poster.
  3. If 1 and 2 fail, pretend it never happened.
  4. Everyone you disagree with is Hitler.
  5. A word is defined by the emotion it elicits and not the actual definition.
  6. If they are wrong, blame the opponent.
  7. If a liberal policy didn't work, it's a conservatives fault and vice versa.
  8. If all else fails, just be angry.

OMG, you guys have finally cracked it, uncovering the super secret strategy behind how influencers make money by selling their influence to marketing organizations.

That Twitter sequence is hilarious. A bunch of rubes who were apparently born yesterday and are just being exposed to the marketing the rest of us have experienced for the last 15 years.

Wow.  The desperation and panic is real.

The issue is she's claimed she's "invited" them and they just came because they wanted to be a part of it when in reality they were paid to attend.  And that's important because it will have an impact on the credibility of what they report - if they report she was awesome people will have to keep in mind they were paid to say that.

You certainly seem butt hurt that people are talking about it :)

You think all those people you watch on Fox News and YouTube aren’t paid?  When somebody donates $20 million to a SuperPAC that runs no ads, what do you think they’re spending it on?

Everyone knows those people are paid to put forth a narrative. But people think influencers are organic. Like CDN said, the opinions they put on their social media should all be seen as a paid advertisement.

People who think that influencers are "organic" are stunningly naive. How the hell do you think influencers make their money? You never wondered where the money comes from? lol

Nearly all influencer income comes from sponsored content, marketing firms paying influencers to promote a brand. The only part that feels "organic" about it is that the best influencers choose brands aligned to their interests and the (interests of their followers) and give credibly authentic reactions from what is plausibly their own perspective.

Hmmm...so Kamala is paying these "influencers" to do ads supporting her stolen candidacy?

Well then...I'll give them the same credence I give all ads.

None.

Thanks for clearing that up. Now we know all the Kamala "influencers" are full o' sh1t.

No sh1t Sherlock. But the people that follow influencers don't know that.

Operating with authenticity: A majority of Gen Z respondents (31.69%) said Instagram has the most genuine influencers, followed by TikTok (28.67%). A majority of Boomers (31%) said Facebook. One in three respondents said too many sponsored posts are the number one reasons they lose trust in influencers.

Just under 1/3rd of people believe influencers are genuine if it is on their favorite app.

Sorry to burst your bubble kiddo but most reporters aren't paid by the people they're reporting on.

Like i said - the desperation is real :)

Actors and celebs are of course often paid to act and such but then you all them a spokesperson, you don't say you 'invited' them :)

It's like paying someone to be your "Friend".  And i'ld guess you'd know how that goes. It's not the same thing as a real friend.

So now Joe dropping out and endorsing Harris means "stolen candidacy"? LMAO

You are stunningly STUPID. Just who do you believe it was "STOLEN" from? They were Joe's delegates. Duh

Yes. Did they vote for the blank slate? No. They voted...albeit in a stacked primary...for a broken slate.

And they may be genuine. I still think you don't have any idea how any of this works.

Toyota has a new car. They fly out a few influencers, pay them and pamper them. Then the influencers make their content. It's not a guaranteed endorsement. It's a guaranteed engagement.

Does the payment influence the content? Sometimes. But influencers also build credibility with their audiences by creating genuine content, thus growing their audiences and their earning potential. So they also have financial incentive to be genuine.

Some manage it better than others.

They aren't ads, and it's not a "stolen candidacy" you weirdo.

The primary was open, but nobody mounted a credible challenge to Biden. The nomination is still open after Biden's withdrawal. Anybody, right now, could declare and try to win the support of the delegates at the convention. No one will, but they could if they wanted to. All of the likely contenders endorsed Harris straight away. That's how she became the presumptive nominee at this point.

^Doubling down on stunningly stupid. LMAO

"The rules" are if the nominee can't serve, he gets to assign his delegates to whomever he wants.

Those delegates CHOSE to abide by Joe's wishes because they are TEAM PLAYERS for the Party.

You seem very worried, and you should be, considering Kamala is polling even with Trump and already hauled in $300M

That is what the "Chamber of Culture" told them to do.

Ya...democracy in action...

I'm not worried. Kamala will open her mouth without a script and that will be the end of her.
