Equal Protection is part of the Constitution:

”No State shall… deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. ”

And your comment proves that the Right wishes to permit discrimination against homosexuals. If you believe laws are needed to ensure that homosexuals have equal employment rights as everyone else, then you should be an advocate for those laws.  
 

Obama permitted homosexuals to serve equally in the U.S. military over strong objections from the Right.  The Right wants to discriminate against people. The Left does not.

I think not. The biggest were the Citizens ( Republicans all) who forced brother a united through thevU. S. Supreme Court and made billionaire corporations into People with the same rights. That one ruling has caused all the political problems we have today.

Every single time I type a comment here, it gets changer to some gibberish. I have to think strongly b whether UT is worth 5 times my time here fixing every damn word for spelling and paragraphs for content five and six times over  that has been altered, versus my moving to some forum elsewhere that isn't being read and altered to discredit my writings in some other channel.  I will miss you all if course but this is frustrating and beginning to cause arthritis flare ups in my fingerbtips.

There is no discrimination against homosexuals.
