Except what you describe as a "couple of stupid comments" are in fact a misinformation campaign meant to gaslight American voters and undermine US support for Ukraine.  Rather than a "couple of stupid comments", we're talking about an impressive list of deliberate and shameless lies that Trump has told that have been propaganda gifts to Putin.

OK, give me the list and timeline of this "campaign" you speak of. I am aware of a few offhand comments made months ago now.

Saying Ukraine started the war wasn't just a stupid comment.  It was a brazen lie.

When was the last time he said that? Did they not walk that back after?

Calling Zelensky a dictator without elections was a also a lie.

That was back in February... where is the "campaign" at? Again... they walked back and downplayed this after.

Trump saying Zelensky had a 4% approval rating was another shameless lie - a total fabrication.

OK, so we have established that I was right and you have no "campaign" here. These were a few off-hand comments, made months ago, most of which have been walked back.

So... is this all you got? Still?

To my point, you are harping on a few dumb comments and ignoring that day after day, the US/Trump continues to provide support to Ukraine.

Our Nazional Post just ran an ed "Don't Compare Trump to Chamberlain".

He hasn't waved the paper. Yet.

Maybe if you Canadians stepped up and did more to help. You have had years to do more to help, yet you do not. I guess you want Russia to win.

Scroll back to to my latest post where I listed some of his most blatant and deliberate lies.  You immediately asking for them again and minimizing them as a "few offhand comments" is all the proof we need of how comically dishonest you are (in the face of all your mewling and moaning about dishonesty).  At the same time, it's just more proof of how much of a useless sycophant you are, and how far up the Donald's butt you've crawled.  🤣

You're a joke.

Notice how you didn’t actually respond to any of my commentary on the examples you provided.

The only joke here is you and your obsession with hating Trump to the point of your own integrity being thrown out the window to do so.

Errr...

"Canada continues to stand with Ukraine. Since 2022, Canada has committed nearly $22 billion in funding to help Ukraine defend its sovereignty and recover from Russia’s illegal invasion, reaffirming Canada’s contribution to Euro-Atlantic security."

Every dime of it bothers me. Canada...of all nations...had no business getting involved in this...money-sink.

Follow the discussion. I was responding to Herbie. He and other Canadians love to talk about what the US is or isn’t doing enough of.

I am throwing this back in his face, that Canada can certainly do more.

And you already know what I think of paying Zelinsky to wipe out his population.

Because it was useless commentary and nothing but your usual obfuscation.

Trump's blatant and deliberate lies (consistently to Putin's benefit and Ukraine's detriment), don't magically get swept under the rug and become less shameful because you call them "offhand comments", or because they happened 9-10 months ago.

When Trump blamed Ukraine for starting the war, what do you figure happened when he "walked it back"?  Was he just mistaken and didn't know better, and then later saw the light?  Is that what happened?  🤣

Yeah, much easier for you to just dismiss it and ignore it than deal with the fact I went line by line refuting your nonsense.

Where is that “campaign?” LOL

The point remains, you are obsessed with hating Trump and ignore the totality of what is going on so you can obsess over stupid comments made months ago.

Lets be honest, this has little to do with actually helping Ukraine or not at this point for you, it’s just dumb politics.

You give away your game when the post directly above this does the exact opposite of what you say.  In cases scrolling up one box iss too tough on your finger, I'll provide the link for you again:

Since you're all about "noticing" points that don't get addressed, I also can't help but notice how you ignored my question.  I'll provide that here again, just in case you don't want to be accused of running away:

Now you're just into childish denial.  Let me ask my question again, a third time:

When Trump blamed Ukraine for starting the war, what do you figure happened when he "walked it back"?  Was he just mistaken and didn't know better, and then later saw the light?  Is that what happened?  🤣

Since your excuse for this was that he "walked it back", and since I'm obviously directly acknowledging and responding to that here, in what clownworld reality do you pretend that I didn't?

When I call you a liar, I can objectively prove how deeply and deliberately dishonest you are. 👌 It's not just an automatic fall back I reach for when I don't like what the other person is saying, as it is with you.  🤡

No excuse, just stating facts. I do that a lot here with you and you don’t like that.

Your interest is hating Trump, the facts be damned.

Well the facts are that Trump told a bunch of blatant, deliberate and demonstrable lies that undermined Ukraine and publicly validated Putin's justification for the war on a global, televised stage.

The fact that he walked one of them back after the fact doesn't erase the damage done, nor the fact that Russian propaganda outlets ran this clip for weeks/months on repeat wherever they could.

The question you keep running away from is (now asked a 4th time):

When Trump blamed Ukraine for starting the war, what do you figure happened when he "walked it back"?  Was he just mistaken and didn't know better, and then later saw the light?  Is that what happened?  🤣

You can't and won't answer answer this straightforward question, because it would force you to reconcile with incongruent facts.  Since you're a ridiculous Trumpy sycophant, you just scurry away.

Sure. We have already established that you are obsessed with only these facts and want to ignore everything else and act like this “undermined” is some kind of colossal thing as if Ukraine was defeated just after.

Meanwhile, in reality, the funds are still flowing, weapons are still flowing, ammo is still flowing, for months now.

What damage? What exactly are you quantifying as damage here. Give the metrics you are using.

It was more than one being walked back as well.

Great, so you admit that Donald Trump told a bunch of blatant, deliberate and disgraceful lies that undermined Ukraine and publicly validated over a decade of Kremlin propaganda on a global stage, but that it was no big deal.  Got it!  🤣👌

I hate to tell you this, but demanding people concede to your juvenile and balogna accusations is not the compelling debate tactic you think it is.  🙃

Are you really this dense? I’ve never not said Trump said these stupid things not criticized him for doing so.

Still waiting for you to quantify the “undermining” here.

And yeah, this was earlier in the year, we are still funding Ukraine, helping them, day after day… so, what is the big deal?

You certainly can’t articulate anything here to explain that.

Are you this dishonest?  I never said you denied the words were spoken.  I'm mocking your characterization of them.  Rather than Trump deliberately telling blatant and disgraceful lies and parroting Kremlin propaganda on a global stage (which is exactly what happened), the most you can bring yourself to say about them was that he said some "stupid things", or "offhand comments".

As "criticism" goes, warm marshmallows would be sharper.  Rather than it being genuine criticism, you're just trying to sweep the issue under the rug and defend your comically corrupt clown President, as you always do, on virtually every issue.  🤡

I'm the one ignoring points!?  🤣

This, coming from the guy who immediately runs back his attempt to sweep Trump's deliberate, Kremlin-friendly lying under the rug as "stupid comments" of little consequence, immediately after being ridiculed for doing exactly that.

No, I'm not ignoring your points.  I'm using them as evidence of your intellectual bankruptcy and you're comical Trump sycophancy.

I keep asking you to define their consequence in some objective way, and you can’t. It’s because this is the only stupid thing you got while you ignore the day after day actions.

Except you didn't quote me.  You made up a useless strawman, and now you're just playing dumb about it.  When you can quote me saying you denied what Trump said as you suggested, let me know.  Until then, this was just another useless smoke screen you've thrown up to confuse the debate.

Other than the Kremlin taking clips of Trump deliberately lying on their behalf on global television, and blasting it on repeat for months?  No consequences there, alright.  Nope nope nope!  🤡
