They're pretty obvious.

Probably the biggest one was cancellling trump's  "remain in mexico" policy.   Under trump they would say "ok, so you think you qualify for asylum, no problem, wait over there and we'll look into it and if you do we'll let you in.

Biden cancelled that pretty much first day in office and now what they do is  bring them into the US - and say "we're going to let you go.  But - you have to promise to come back here on your own in 2 months and we'll have a hearing to decide if we'll let you stay. Meanwhile you can go anywhere in the US you like.

Guess how many come back.

Now - if you KNOW you'll have to wait at the border and you're not a good refugee case then you don't bother.   You know you probably wont' get in.  But if you know you're guaranteed to get in if you just say 'i'm refugee!!"  then EVERYONE can do it and everyone tries.

In addition biden has ordered the Border patrol to go GET people and bring them in if they are waiting to cross into the us. THis is supposedly to make sure they don't die doing something stupid.   But what the bad guys have learned is if you just pile a bunch of thees people at the border and demand that they be picked up, every border patrol person available has ot go help and it gets SUPER easy to sneak across with criminals and drugs.

Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy was only permitted as part of the Covid emergency. When the Covid emergency ended, courts ruled that the policy was no longer allowed.

 

That’s why Biden immediately asked Congress to PASS LAWS (it’s their f-ing job, after all), but the House GOP still refuses to pass one, because Trump wants immigration to get worse so he can pretend to be a hero. Trump is causing the problem.

Nope. No law says it's only for covid.  That may have been why it started but not a thing prevents it from continuing and he did NOT need to cancel it.  Seems like he still thought covid was a thing when he got in anyway.
