Not strong enough. Democrats and RINOs still want ways to smuggle illegal aliens into this country. The only acceptable solution is 100% border security along with mass expulsion of illegal aliens.

yet another GOP civil war between MAGA and RINOs.

why doesn't Trump immediately kick all RINOs out of the Republican party? DO IT! TRUMP SHOULD STOP BEING SUCH A P)SSY!

He's not serving as President right now, but thanks for acknowledging that he SHOULD be. It helps confirm suspicions about Joe Biden. ;)

1. They're not guilty. They're probably up in Heaven breathing a sigh of relief. Mom, on the other hand, might have some explaining to do. She was probably trying to provide a better life for her kids, however, so my guess is that she'll still be OK, even though she ignored US immigration law.

2. Here:

If you're not in court pleading your case, then you need to be on the OTHER side of the border.

you didn't answer my question @Deluge. would Jesus reach out a hand and save those children from drowning?

That's not what the law says. The constitution does enshrine state rights as we as if the constitution doesn't address a thing it is generally a state right. It's the United STATES of america, not the State of america :)   if you thought that the states had given up all their rights you were sadly mistaken,

This is a hell of a game of chicken to play - Biden better be careful. He has many more paths to defeat than the governer does here.

But the Constitution DOES address it, it clearly defines what the country is and that it has a specific geographically defined border, none of the states enclose ALL borders within their own, only the Federal boundaries and borders does that, so, the Texas citizens think they own the land they live on and it's not federal land but they are wrong, they dont own it, the federal government owns it, since 1846;   legally they are part of a Collective Citizenry of the United States and therefore are merely citizens of the whole and not just of one part of the whole ( Texas) and therefore any part of the border with Mexico is only defined geographically as " the Texas border", not denoting any ownership of said border by the people living inside that state no matter how long they have lived there since in 1846 they gave up that right when they ceased being an independent Republic of Texas.

And so do each of the states.

As to the rest of your blather - sorry but states do have rights and responsibilities.  You seem to feel they don't. You are wrong.' Thanks for playing.

I don't agree.  When each of the states asked to become part of the United States of America they had to, and did, give up their sovereignty. They became part of the Whole of the USA. In the Constitution it states that the States may govern themselves only to the extent that it doesn't interfere in either the rights of other states including their geographical boundaries but also the boundaries of the Country including it's Borders.  This language clearly shows that the whole of the states can govern themselves within those borders of their own, they must defer to the federal government on any federal borders, i.e. any border with another country.
