The whole Unleash the Kraken thing started with a bunch.of people who felt marginalized in Society, the have nots wanted to be The Haves but somewhere along the way they added in Must Have Guns ( to the delight of NRA sales department staffs) and " must have violence and be as insulting as we can" because that's the MAGA way. Add in a loser, a claimed billionaire who only was rich with other peoples money, who had 5 business bankruptcies and a number  of fake businesses such as phony universities and fake charities he used to.line his pockets, who got caught trying to rig an Election in his own favor, and we have the Trump legacy...the Courts are closing in, he's already been convicted and the Courts are divesting him of his ill gotten gains, and that's just in one state, and he has other denouncements upcoming in his other Court Cases.....why would anyone think such a person is qualified to run anything, much less the U. S. A.?

Don't insurrections always involve the use of weapons? I mean a LOT of weapons!

Has there ever been a single insurrection that didn't have a lot of heavily armed people trying to overthrow another group?

It seems YOU'RE STILL unaware of Trumpcos' plan to throw the election to the House state delegations via a CONTINGENT ELECTION by ILLEGALLY BLOCKING the EC vote count on Jan 6th.

That wasn't YOUR DAD'S insurrection; not that it had a great chance of passing muster with the SCOTUS.

IOW, the only goal of the VIOLENCE was to disrupt the EC vote count for ONE DAY. Fortunately Pence stuck around and didn't cooperate. And that's why the MAGA CULT MOB wanted to hang him.

Don't know what news you're watching (FOS LIES?), but they're keeping you IGNORANT.

You're smoking some serious crack there, CT. lol

Election rigging is what started the protests. Anything outside of that is manufactured bullshit.

You a$$holes should be happy that this didn't escalate into a REAL problem. ;)

The world is devolving into 1diocracy. At a dinner the other day I thought it was 1974 and I was with a bunch of slow hippies sitting around the hookah.

"I heard", "they say", "everyone knows"...

Everyone had a conspiracy explanation for every subject based on the dumbest motive for each. Didn't matter the subject, politics, Covid, MSG, food prices, carbon tax or Diet Coke. Not a one an obvious right in front of your goddam eyes observation.

EG: They could've cured cancer .long ago but Doctors and hospitals make too much money not curing it. 9we heard people say this in 1969!)
In Canada... where hospitals don't "make money". Where there's so many patients we're screaming not enough doctors. But but Big Pharma... when neither doctors nor hospitals benefit from what Pharma profits. About people going bankrupt paying for treatment, though they don't and not one of those making the claim knew of so much as one that did.
And of course 'you always die'... there's been ZERO progress in 50 years.

I could go on and on, but I won't. All I can say is my parent's generation could build atom bombs and go to the Moon with textbooks and slide rules, didn't run screaming and convoying that penicillin was 'experimental and dangerous', didn't consider welfare, pensions and health care as communist evils and we've got much stupider.
- must've been all the lead from gasoline fumes we grew up with... that they put in to 'control' us, eh?

It's actually quite possible that inner city lead pollution, both air and other, played a role in lower intelligence of kids who grew up in the inner city. Probably not as large a factor as poor parenting due to not enough time and proper nutrition, though.

Honestly this is where the whole insurrection plan falls apart. What was the end game? At best they delay the vote. They sure as hell didn't have the firepower hold the capitol thus when they got in they just kind of roamed the halls for a couple hours and then left.

If you were really planning an insurrection to overthrow the government Trump would of put super loyal people in key positions in the military and law enforcement who would root out those that would go against them and only have those loyal to Trump ready when the time came. Once any resistance was crushed Trump would dissolve Congress and the Supreme Court leaving only himself to rule. All this would be incredibly difficult to pull off in secret especially in this country with the technology we have.

Honestly I don't really think Trump wants that, he is going to be 80 soon for god sake, creating dictatorships is a middle aged man's game. Trump has what? Maybe 5-10 years? If he is lucky.

Essentially to Democrats it was an insurrection because the protestors wanted to change the results in an election they won, in 2000 they protested and cried to change the results in an election they lost. In 2016 they rioted all over the country in the hopes of overturning yet another election they lost. Yet these aren't considered insurrections.

It was Trump who first suggested there would be violence if he didn't get to be President.

Source that please.

I don’t have that source at my fingertips, but Trump recently posted “If you come after me, I’ll one after you,” and right after that, all of the judges, prosecutors and several witnesses in the cases involving him received death threats.  These judges and prosecutors now need to have armed escorts protecting them 24/7. That is not normal, and it is because of Trump’s violent rhetoric. It’s remarkable that he hasn’t been thrown in prison for doing this. Jail is where this lunatic belongs.

Donald Trump is an unhinged lunatic. The day after he was found guilty of rape and defamation in the E Jean Carroll case, with another case still pending… he defamed her on national television. That takes either next-level stupidity, or serious mental decay. And after getting hit for $148 million, Trump pal Giuliani defamed the plaintiffs in his defamation case.  These are not rational people.

Trump is dealing with hardened left-wing communists. You can't blame him for pushing back a little bit.

Thank God Colorado SC pulled their heads out of their asses.

Have a good weekend.

Also, March 16, 2016, Trump warned his followers would create civil unrest if he wasn't nominated for the GOP Primary nomination for President. Later the same day he told reporters of NBC that his followers would also attack any followers of Bernie Sanders"  and that Sanders " should be careful" if he intended to protest Trumps nomination in this.  Both the Media and Sanders took that as a direct threat. Source NBC News.

The facts don’t line up with what you’re saying.

There wasn’t just a Jan 6 insurrection.  There was a continual campaign to falsely claim the election was stolen. There was intimidation and pressure of election officials throughout the country. There was widespread defamation of election equipment makers. There were fake slates of electors set up, who had falsified documentation created, which claimed they were legitimately selected Presidential electors.  There was intimidation of the Vice President to break the law.  And Mitt Romney stated that US Senators told him they voted against Trump’s impeachment because they feared for their lives and their families’ lives.

Sept 14, 2019 Trump threatened that if was impeached his followers would create a Civil War, reported by Vanity Fair magazine.

"If the Democrats are successful in removing the President from office (which they will never be), it will cause a Civil War like fracture in this Nation from which our Country will never heal.”

This I agree with. If the democrats successfully remove a President from office, it would create Civil War. There's nothing wrong with this statement, and I believe that would actually happen.

Now, unleash a scumbag leftist like you on that tweet, and all of a sudden it becomes strictly about "Trump and his MAGA cultists".

Get the f*ck out of here. lol

For snowflakes, an insurrection could be simple misgendering or a misuse of pronouns. The Left has gotten so pervasive with its woke bullshit, that an insurrection could mean anything that triggers a left-winger.

It’s about Trump suggesting there SHOULD be a civil war if he were removed from office.  He wasn’t making a prediction, he was calling for insurrection.  He established a pattern of insurrection and intimidation of witnesses, judges and prosecuted.

According to the Election Experts ( two different companies) that Trump hired to Find Fraud in the Election, at a cost to the GOP of $600,000 and $700,000 respectively, neither found any, not even when Trump himself demanded b they find it. Both companies have testified under Oath that NO Fraud was found. Trump lied and said it WAS found, even claiming " massive fraud" was found, and yet we have all these people , who were hired to find it, and couldn't versus a loser who was determined to win, even if he had to.lie to his own followers to do so.

Obviously those companies didn't have the moral courage to speak the truth. They probably thought they wouldn't find anything until they did, and then they sh*t their panties when they saw just how massive the fraud was.
