Passing a National ban would prove that entire talking point complete hypocrisy. 45 at least as the self awareness to realize that. Some believe abortion, at any stage, is murder. If you believe that then you can consider it a criminal law thing where murder is illegal so abortion should be. But there's scant agreement that Abortion is murder. A fetus is not a human.
