No, the President cannot pardon anyone for a state conviction. Trump has been charged with violating Georgia’s RICO law, not Federal RICO law.  
 

This reminds me of the time when Trump lost the elections and you guys were certain the Kraken would be released and Trump would win.  Remember? Now you’re convinced that he can violate as many laws as he wants and avoid prison.  
 

If he’s innocent of these crimes, he wouldn’t need $100 million in lawyers to defend him.  And he wouldn’t file an endless stream of motions trying to delay delay delay.  He will probably spend more on lawyers than any person in history. And he’s still going to lose.  Cause he committed these crimes.

1. There's lots wrong with being homosexual, but that doesn't mean that I think homosexuals shouldn't exist or shouldn't have rights. I just don't put up with the homosexual agenda. That's where the rub is.

If we lay out the main policies of the Democratic Party, they’re no different than the current policies of most Western European nations.  

Democratic policies work. In fact, answer this: Why is it that when we get Republicans in the White House, we get disaster?   9/11: Republican President. Iraq War: Republican President. Collapse of Banking System: Republican President. Covid-19: Republican President. 
 

Under Democrat Presidents, we get things like:

Balanced Budget

End of Banking Crisis

Economic Recovery

No, there is nothing at all wrong with being homosexual. It has existed as long as written history. 
 

Homosexuals do not make me feel threatened or uncomfortable, because I am completely comfortable in my skin. Two guys holding hands or kissing in public is FREEDOM, and I love freedom.  It doesn’t bother me one bit. 
 

Kids I knew in third and fourth grade who were tomboys or effeminate turned out to be gay later in life.  Those people were always that way. Others discovered themselves later in life. This is how it should be. People should not be repressed into marrying who they don’t want to marry. They shouldn’t be told they are second class to you or anyone. 
 

People like you want to think you’re better than others because you’re Christian, white, male and straight. None of those things make you any better than anyone else.  I’ve accomplished things in my life. That is why I am now a man of leisure with the time to write on the Internet. I started with nothing, worked hard, and prospered. So I don’t need to feel as though my skin color, gender, or sexual choices make me any better than anyone else.

There absolutely is a MAGA cult. A US President tried--in plain view of every American--to overturn an election loss and seize power. He made a lot of unfounded claims and excuses on the way to doing so, but ultimately that's what he did. 

Think about the gravity of that. How extreme and unimaginable it would have been just 10 years ago when Donald Trump was more appropriately cast as a reality TV star. 

Back then, if someone had told you that an American president would attempt a sort of coup to stay in power, you probably would have laughed. That was inconceivable. Something that only happened in failing or less developed countries. Yet here we are.

Consider this:   Among those who plan to vote for Trump, 71% feel that what he tells them is true — higher than the results for friends and family (63%), conservative media figures (56%) or religious leaders (42%).

Isn't that remarkable? A lifelong huckster and fabulist, who has, beyond any question lied to you thousands of times, run scam businesses, stolen from his own charity, and been demonstrably untrustworthy in so many other ways, is more trusted than friends and family? People are sending him money like he's a televangelist--and in many ways he is.

And what's even more amazing is that it wasn't just believing him in the heat of the moment when passions were high. Now, years later, after people like Giuliani and Sidney Powell have admitted in court that they lied--that they simply made the stuff up--you people still believe it. After FOX news behind-the-scenes emails plainly state they they knew they were lying to you, you still believe it.

It boggles the mind.

Politics would be saying that the Democrats have the wrong ideas and we need a Republican in the White House at all costs. A cult is saying that this one unsavory character is the primary source of truth, forgiving his assault on your democracy and all other transgressions, denying obvious wrongdoing and trying to put him back in power. That's not politics anymore. It's a straight up cult. If he had a compound on a farm somewhere, those people would be dressed in white robes drinking whatever kind of Kool-Aid he mixed up. Instead, he wants the White House.

The names, personal details and GPS coordinates of the grand jurors in the Trump cases have been posted on MAGA websites hosted on Russian web servers, where US officials can’t take them down.

The judge has already sanctioned Giuliani $200,000, plus plaintiffs attorneys fees, and THEN the judge filed a default judgment, stating the jury only needs to determine damages and NOW the judge hit him with another $105,000 in attorney’s fees.  
 

Giuliani’s conduct in this case has been shocking. He’s still refused to turn over any discovery documents, after making a string of ridiculous excuses, and he’s refused to turn over any financial statements. These are all standard practice in cases like these. But now, without even a trial, this guy has lost at least a quarter million dollars AND lost the case before the case has even gone to trial. He’s behaved like a lunatic and these two women are probably going to take everything Giuliani owns. He’s really screwed the pooch in this case.
