I think if we say 'grooming' is ONLY instilling a desire to paricipate in gay sex before maturity, that's probably going a bridge too far

Ok, thanks for articulating what I was apparently failing at.

I teach my kids to be accepting of gays and trans folks. Accepting being that if you do encounter one by chance.. that you are courteous and such. There is no mention of sexual activity of any kind. I am going to leave the approval part of it to them when they come of age. I have no problem with teaching them to be courteous and respectful around others that are different as long as that person does not harm you in any way. Now, I will say that I am glad that at my kids school, this topic is not at the top of the list to say the least.

There is a difference between being kind to queers and accepting their lifestyle. You can be kind and polite to anyone, even convicted criminals, or Democrat voters. Doesn't mean you have to accept their sick, twisted lifestyle.

And disagreeing with one's lifestyle does NOT make one a bigot or a racist.

And queer studies should NOT, (ABSOFUGGINGLUTELY NOT) be included in ANY K-12 public school program. Public education is to EDUCATE kids, not indoctrinate them or turn them into queers.

I can accept their lifestyle but not want to engage in it. I have a neighbor who is fiercely Conservative, loves his guns and ATV's, etc.. I accept him but choose not to follow his lead. I have my way and he has his. A gay person can lead a normal life and not harm anyone in any way... I know, I have seen it dozens of times.

OK...I watched the opening. That's enough.

Kids do not need to be told to be different. They don't need to think about being different. They need to think about childhood social structures. None of those include introducing the idea that they might not be the same as everyone else. That's confusing and probably destructive.

The conservative way is live and let live. Take care of your and assume your neighbor does the same with his.

I personally abhor guns, and don't want them anywhere in my presence. But my neighbor has a Constitutional Right to a Sherman Tank in his front yard if he wants. (That's ONE weapon you can't shoot yourself with while you're cleaning it. )

That's live and let live.

So if you saw a drag queen on the street and you had never seen them before (and therefore actually knew zero about them)... would you leave them alone? or would you walk up and confront them about being a groomer and such other nonsense?

Kinda hard to ask a question like that in today's atmosphere. If I had never seen a drag queer before, chances are no one has. It's not like those things just dropped from a space ship. I know that back when I was seeing the first queers (probably around high school) a drag queer would likely have gotten his ass kicked in the street. Back then, a lot of guys had little tolerance for that shit. Certainly BLACKS would have kicked the shit out of a drag queer. Back then, the blacks I know referred to queers as "freaks." As far as queers and me, I generally ignored them and they ignored me. Queers aren't special, and there's no room in my life for them.

Here's the thing: I'm not God. I'm not going to judge these people. It's not my job. They'll either go to Heaven on a technicality or they'll burn in Hell. Not my job to decide.

If they want to cross dress and twerk like animals in an adults only club, while making tips, no problem. I'm even against Unelected Joe taxing their tips. But there's NO WAY they belong within a MILE of a public school, not dressed like third world hookers. Certainly not in a classroom.

So if you saw them out in public at a gas station, convenience store, hardware store, etc. and you had never seen this specific drag queen before (and therefore know absolutely nothing about them)... would you confront them? Yes or no will suffice.

Do you normally hand out with middle school dropouts who have little or no brains? Son, in the real world (or at least the superior educated RED states) we  mind our own business. We do not "confront" people just because we do not understand how they choose to look. Educated people just form an opinion, keep it to ourselves and move on.

To give you an example of different behavior, if we approached a gas station and saw someone getting read to rob it, we wouldn't try to be Batman and catch the crook. Generally, we would take a picture of the animal and dial 911. That's about as far as "confront" goes for most of us.

Of course, there are the concealed carry types, who would likely produce the firearm and try to stop the robbery. While I have no CONSTITUTIONAL problem with anyone doing that (especially when the plain clothes samaritan could be an off duty cop), people like me do not "confront." The worst I do is win arguments with uneducated reetards here who have bat guano for brains.

And to bring this post back to the topic of the thread (since you seem to have that annoying blue tate habit of changing the subject when you lose an argument), I have a problem with queers doing sex dancing in public schools, especially at the K-4 level. And I've never heard of a public school that would arrange for a field trip to a convenience store or a gas station just to show the kids some tacky dressed queers.

Hadn't thought about that.

Interesting you can't answer a simple question. However, this is nothing new.. most internet keyboard warriors can't answer simple, direct questions. I know why..

Typical internet keyboard warriors.. ad hominem attacks and insults. I know that you are the second coming of Bruce Lee in your mind but in real life.. you would not say things like ^^^ this to someone in real life..

Ok, so we have confirmed that you would not confront someone that you KNOW absolutely nothing about. So that seems to contradict your whole schpiel that all drag queens are serial child molesters.

You seem to be the second coming of Homer Simpson, in terms of any actual brains. And it gets annoying when you ask the same dumbass question over and over again after I answered it completely both times. You didn't get the answer you wanted, so you asked the same ignorant question over and over. I get that from second graders. They have a reason. They are FLorida second graders, (which I guess puts them several years ahead of blue state sixth graders.)

As far as me saying all drag queers are child molesters, you are a LIAR.

If a drag queer performs in an ADULTS ONLY club, sings a show, gets tips, gets paid and goes home (or hangs out at a f@g bar afterwards), there is no indication that the queer is a child molester. What I had said was if these drag queers did their drag queer show in an elementary school, they are COMMITTING CHILD ABUSE.

I know your blue state school was highly negligent in teaching you anything, but there is a MAJOR difference between the phrase: Child Molester and Child Abuse.

If you're too stupid to know the difference, then the term stupid is not ad hominem. It is a statement of fact. As Rush Limbaugh said on many occasions, WORDS MEAN THINGS.

You're going to McDonald's and expecting a fine New York steak.

Kinda like coming here and expecting any intelligence from a far leftist.

I put idi0ts in their place. Especially when they ask the same dumbass question over and over after I already answered it.

I can engage in intelligent conversation. But there has to be some brains on the other end, otherwise I'm just giving a speech to a lump of unintelligent clay.

Hmmm.. I was born and raised in Idaho which is one of the reddest states in the union. Another one of your assumptions dismissed. But you are quite the comedian... not sure why you get that job to come over here. No one looks dumber than you when you make unfounded assumptions and ride with them.

Then how did you get so stupid?

It was  probably an incorrect question to ask. You're too stupid to even spell the word stupid, much less be able to track how you became that way.

Maybe someone can point out what's wrong with that book?

I don't think a kid the age that book is written for is able to process the concepts in this book.  When I was in elementary school I barely knew what masturbation was.  Even knowing what sex vs gender is would be tough for them.  This books is going to leave a lot of them confused.  Leave it for the teen years.

This.  Nobody is saying kids can't learn about sex or the like in school but it should be kept age appropriate and they shouldn't be exposed to complex subjects like that too early. There's a large body of works that suggest that's not at all healthy.

This is a perfectly valid criticism.

Two bad the left wing blue state schools disagree. Their idea of educating children is to turn the classroom into a queer titty bar.

Yet.. can you explain how my kids school does not do this.. not even a little bit? There is zero mention of drag queens or trans people. I think that your bias is simply too much for you to produce any valid analysis or commentary.
