The indictments are illegal?

Can you tell us what law was violated by making these indictments? Can you explain why the judges haven’t dismissed any of these indictments if they’re illegal? 
Can you explain why Trump’s lawyers haven’t filed motions to dismiss the indictments on the basis of their illegality?

In 2012, in Canada, we had a retired reporter named Mike Duffy who owned a cabin and a primary residence, both a long way from Ottawa. 

When he was appointed to the senate by the conservative gov't here, he was obviously going need to travel to Ottawa quite a bit, and he could legitimately claim travel expenses to and from Ottawa from his primary residence. 

He sold his primary residence, bought a condo in Ottawa, and claimed that his primary residence was the cottage. Then he would expense trips between the cottage and Ottawa. In total there were $90K in travel expenses claimed by Duffy between that cabin and Ottawa.

The Liberals raised a huge stink about it, and the conservatives re-paid the $90k from the conservative party's own money.

Then the shit hit the fan. The Liberals said that was a huge scandal and blamed it on our conservative PM at the time. 

Here's how it affected US politics:

The Canadian MSM treated "Duffygate" as the biggest story in the news for 3 years. Every time something big happened in the news and you tuned in to see it, the headline story of the day was "DUFFYGATE!!!!!". (It's what the media refers to as an "evergreen" story. It's a story that they can bring up any time they want, especially so that they can ignore a story they don't want to talk about. Think "global warming". They'll skip the Clinesmith guilty plea to talk about last year's hurricane season.)

You literally couldn't watch the news here without being subjugated to Duffygate propaganda.

In 2015, after 3 years, the MSM framed the election as "a referendum on Duffygate". $90K Duffygate. After the 2015 election our RCMP concluded their investigation into Duffygate and concluded that he did nothing wrong. 

By contrast, Trudeau's $900M scandal went away within a year, and Justaboi was guilty AF. His finance minister even had to resign. 

The Dems used that winning "Duffygate" formula, or a slightly 'roided-out version of it, against Trump: bogus allegation, bogus police investigation that lasts years, MSM hype 24/7 for that whole time, then frame the next election around it. Done like dinner. They didn't just Duffygate Trump once though, they did it multiple times. They're addicted to it now. Leftrads start twitching when Trump isn't being investigated or indicted.

Well you see, the word is not just a label it's an objective diagnosis. A lunatic, psycho too is someone whose thoughts and possibly, acts cannot be described rationally. For example we have another of these here claiming that NATO expansion somehow justified Putin's fascist aggression. Translation to human: your dad maybe said something to your neighbor about not moving the shed to another corner decades back, though that's what the neighbor says and no records exists. Two things seem to kick up the energy of this crowd. One is the pointers where and who to hate dropped by their Idol; and the other is any sign of logic and reason in the objections to their hatred.
