The answer—the only answer—is: Because Donald Trump said so.

What if Trump emerged after the election and said, “Tough loss. Joe Biden put up a good fight. I’ll be back in 2024 to beat him like a drum.” Well, in that situation, there would be no move to overturn the election and no one in the precincts of Conservatism Inc. would be arguing that, ackshually, Donald Trump won by a landslide.

They would not be arguing that because there is no evidence for this argument. None. Absent a command from Trump, no outside observer would have come to this verdict on their own.

But present a command from Trump, this position became mandatory.

If you have a nicer car than your friends should they drive your car when you go out or should you drive it? Is it ok if they decide not to get a car, based on the assumption that you'll always drive them around? Of course you'd want to have some kind of a reasonable balance. As has been beaten to death on here, if any of the evidence was valid, it would have been presented properly, accepted by the courts, found to be valid, and the appropriate action would have been taken.  That such has not happened is ample evidence that there was no fraud.  In order to further your cause, though, you must posit that it is actually ample evidence that everyone, the media, the government, the courts, etc, are against you, and somehow covering it all up.

Nobody’s “driving Americas s car” and America doesn’t REALLY want anyone else to have a car  because it wants to be the only one who decides who gets to go out and when.   When you’re the only ine with the car you get to decide who’s s privileged enough to get a ride and who will have to walk i the rain  And as America well knows, there’s no such thing as a “free ride”
