So Greenland is perfect then Boges? Like, millions of times better for certain, because they managed to keep their fatality rate to zero. Testing be damned, a fatality rate of zero is the ultimate measure of success.

Well I'd question if an area that's not testing as much even accurately determines a death was caused by COVID or not.

Orders, what orders? The WHO doesn't have the authority to issue orders to anyone. It's mandate is to simply pass information it receives from member nations to other member nations.  If it does so according to the influence of certain members that's a separate issue and that's been ongoing for years so there's little excuse for being a victim of it if they've known or suspected it.  Eyes wide shut is no excuse.

As for the correctness of Trump's action his execution was so pathetic as to be worse than useless, to the point of lethality on a vast scale and the worst on the planet.

Another point about the EU is how they didn't seem to rally around those countries who had it pretty bad, Italy and Spain. When you have an EU, would itnot make sense to coordinate the virus response by providing resources where they are most needed? Not much good in emergencies are they.

I don't think anyone is questioning that most EU countries got hit very bad by Covid-19. 

And worse than the US. Per Capita. Italy and Spain were the worst hit countries. 

That being said, if New York was a country, it would be the worst hit jurisdiction by a factor of 3.

It's pretty obvious the sorry state of Italy and Spain is what spurred the calls to stay at home across almost all of North America. 

It doesn't take much for a disease with a mortality rate of 1 or 2% to get to 10%.
