Unlike G. Bush/America, we don't throw people in illegal prisons and then convict them on flimsy evidence in a kangaroo court.

Canada forces them into death camp residential schools or detains and tortures with security certificates.

Yep, mistakes were made here too. We have the cajones to admit them.

Wrong....this jihadi got a lot more compensation than thousands of tortured or dead "aboriginals".

Nope I think it's you who is wrong. You keep trying to conflate residential schools with the current issue but you seem to be totally ignorant of your own American Indian Boarding Schools.

Why are "aboriginal" charter rights worth less than a jihadi's in Canada ?

What have you done to right things with your natives?

For starters, we don't call them "aboriginals".    They are Americans.

Better than kissing jihadi ass and paying war criminals millions of dollars.

Better than spending billions on illegal prisons and suffering the loss of faith in your legal system.

You all pay the millions of US war criminals/terrorists billions of dollars. Are you getting a military pension?

You all are so moral, so benevolent, so kind and generous.

Can you think of any other "Americans" the Americans have broken every treaty they ever made?

Can you think of any other "Americans" the Americans have put bounties on for their heads, scalps?

Anyone who can make sense of the above deserves a medal.

As you have been told, you need to get up to speed on history.

And as you have been told, nanothermite needs to be explained, not sniffed.

You're much too much a coward for that, capricorn. As is Omni and all the rest of the science deniers.

Oh....geee.....wait 'till I can get up from LMFAO!!!!!!!!

I have referred a number of times in this thread as to what your precious Minister of "Public Safety" did to Andy McMechan when he committed the egregious crime of selling his own barley...LEGALLY (as clearly pronounced by Mr. Justice Ross Whimmer). Straight to jail for an offence allegedly committed under a different act as a result of doing something that was not at all illegal, again as pointed out by the same judge who locked him up in what was nothing but a kangaroo court.

Then there are the other higher profile cases: David Milgaard, Larry Fisher, Donal Marshall, and on it goes.  Yes, we let them out of jail - 20 years after locking them up on trumped up charges (my applogies to the Donald).

Anyone with any interest or knowledge could go on to cite hundreds of cases.

Yep, even legal courts make errors at times. Often has to do with poor lawyering.

The crown gets caught RED HANDED FLAT OUT LYING THEIR ASS OFF - which nobody else had ever been able to prove in other court actions . except when the same guy handed them their ass on the Sawatsky case, the judge admits there was no offence committed, and THEN he gets jailed for an offence that never happened - and was proven so?

If you think that is "poor lawyering" you have a lot to learn about the law.   BTW: not a single lawyer in Canada had the balls to take this one on.

Your ignorance of the case matches your dissregard for the travesty of justice the same Minister shoved down Canada's throat with Khadr.  You must be contemplating running for president of the fed Libs.
