His business record is dreadful.

Irrelevant...the pre-office records of many previous presidents is nothing to write home about either.   Why do some people ignore the historical aspect and behaviours of previous American presidents and their policies as if they never happened ?   President Trump is just getting warmed up....

Trump is a lying liar who lies. In just the two days that has passed since his inauguration, he has lied to the public no less than 5 times. This is an illness. A compulsion. He lies about the most mundane and insignificant things. What are you to expect of him when it actually matters?

Video here.

It's time the media stops using euphemisms like "false claims" or "inaccurate statements." He's a liar and he's built a team that will lie for him. Nothing this man says can be trusted.

Just about all politicians are liars. So, what is your point?

Who was the last president that had so many outstanding law suits coming into office, or had such a significant one as the emoluments thrown at them within 2 days?

The man is still going on about the election. Unbelievable.

No, the man has already acted on/ implemented some of the policy changes that he said he was gonna do. Perhaps you didn't notice because you (and so many others) are still going on about the election. Did Hillary really win the popular vote by 3 million? Or was it 2.5

Why can't anyone see by now that the fake and phony liberal media is full of liars. They practice lying, it is a part of their job. I hope that Trump can put to rest the main scream lying liberal media once and for all. President Trump is just getting going, and I like what I have seen and heard so far. I like a leader who shows more concern for his country rather than the rest of the world like our fake and phony politicians like to do. Canada could be a powerhouse of work and jobs if we could just get politicians off the backs of business, and start cutting regulations and taxes. It's almost as though our politicians do not want Canada or Canadians to succeed. It would appear that it is all about them.

Presidents must expect extreme and constant scrutiny from the hour they are elected. Their job matters. We can only judge by what we have seen so far which is disturbing to say the least.

I think the President needs his safe space, we wouldn't want a snowflake to melt.

Are you Canadian? If you are then why the hell do you give a dam about Trump and American politics anyway?  Start showing some interest in Canada instead. There is lots to talk about and fix up here starting with Trudeau. When the guy talks, I start to fall asleep. He repeats the same old bull every day. He needs to start cutting taxes and regulations that are stifling growth, and get Canada moving. We have two million Canadians unemployed. Do something about it. Bringing in more new immigrants and refugees has not solved the problem, and may be causing the unemployment problem.

Trump was still going on about the election as of yesterday. Maybe if he'd quit whining the issue might settle down.

President Trump can lie all he wants...constitutional right and executive privilege.   Except in a federal court under oath.....see "Clinton Impeachment".

Which is exactly where Trump could find himself. See "CREW lawsuit"

Now YOU'RE going on about the election, just like Trump. It's over.

One can do both, you know. The US affects the world and Canada to an extreme degree. That's one reason why we give a damn about it.

Okay, but in this instance, why do President Trump's lies matter to Canada ?

Will Canada's world end if President Trump tells another fib ?

President Trump can easily fight those problems off with executive privilege.

Nope, that all changed in 1997 with Bill Clinton's case. And if Trump lies under oath, like he does everywhere else, that would the quickest road to impeachment.

So what...Bill Clinton was impeached too...served two full terms.   It's much harder to bring down a sitting U.S. president than a Canadian PM.
