Trump can rest easy....America has far more patents and Nobels than Canada.   Far more top rated universities as well.  This will be good for the Trump economy.

Universities for the elite few, generally America rates pretty low on education.Do you expect Trump will fix that at all? Oh, now that I recall, he said he likes the uneducated. Nuff said.

The red states file far less patents for innovations and inventions than blue states do. You're not a part of the  intelligent class in your country. You demonstrate it every day. You are the reason   your country doesn't make the top 10 for an educated citizenry.

Thank you....Canada's educated citizenry is very dependent on the U.S economy...all states.....Trudeau said so in a plaintiff whine.

Trump won...elites lost.   Who is smarter ?    Trump is already smarter than Trudeau.

He was smart enough to beat Clinton wannabe's in Canada and the U.S.

He will toy with Canada's substitute drama teacher PM on trade.

He was smart enough to convince unemployed factory workers to vote for him by saying he would bring their jobs back. Let's see what those people do in 4 years when they are still out of work.

That's why many "smart" Canadians go to the USA for far greater opportunities.  "Brain drain" in Canada speak.   More will do so with Trump as president.

More Canadians have always gone to the USA than Americans going to Canada....ditto emigres from around the world.

Look at this guy trying to align himself with the educated in his country. Roflll hilarious... hey ...get a clue buddy...your countrymen despise you.

Off topic....more Canadians will continue to go to Trump's America, just as they ALWAYS have.

Why do some Canadians prefer Trump's America over there own country ?   Is it the weather.

Why are Americans continuing to crash our federal immigration website?

I'm not complaining mind you, property values have already started to rise.

Hillary got  far more votes than Trump. Your countrymen have no use for you. Most of them would defend a Canadian before they'd defend a birther wing nut who makes obscene comments about his own  daughter.

More Canadians actually served in Trump's armed forces.   This is just another example of the U.S. providing far greater opportunities than Canada...Trump will continue this trend as Canada tries to keep up.

At least Canadians didn't  vote for a guy who let his daughter be referred to as a piece of ass. I'll take Trudeau over your pervert any day.

All good...you are talking about Trump more than Trudeau.   That's because Trump matters more.   Make the deal, or get left behind with the Canadian peso going lower and lower.

Trump matters more than Trudeau.   Trump is more important than Trudeau.  Trump's name rides high above Canadian cities.

The world is already bored with the Selfie King of Canada.   NAFTA is next.....Trump !

Trump is much more of a buffon that Trudeau, which is whyu he gets so much air time. I don't see a lot of women lining up for selfies with Trump. Maybe because they are afraid he would grope them?

Another interesting Trump angle for Canada....the grandson of a former Canadian prime minister voted for Trump:

Quote

Snowbirds are the Canadians who spend the winter in the warm sunny climates of the southern United States, Mexico or the Caribbean.

Florida, one of the key states in this American election, is home to an estimated half a million Canadians over some, or all of the winter.

Louis St. Laurent says the majority of Canadians he heard from were supporting Hilary Clinton, although they couldn’t vote.

...St. Laurent, the grandson of former Canadian Prime Minister, Louis St. Laurent, went to Florida to continue his education at the University of Tampa. He stayed there and served as Chief Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Now a citizen of the U.S. he says he has never witnessed an election campaign like this one.

“It was a revolt. That’s the reason I voted for Trump, because I was tired of the establishment in Washington and Wall Street controlling this country, and that means both parties. And here we had a candidate that wasn’t going to be bought off by the special interests”. says St. Laurent.

“Nothing is going to affect the Canadians” he says. “When it’s 20 below in Quebec City and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in Florida and sunny, you’re still going to come down and visit Florida”. ...

This is amazing....the grandson of a famous Canadian PM not only emigrated to the U.S., became a U.S. citizen, but he VOTED FOR TRUMP !!!

In Canada we believe in individualism. Apparently collectivism is your deal where everyone is the same. I understand now.
