Big Guy Posted September 30, 2016 Report Posted September 30, 2016 He's back. He's on CTV. You think he'll end up replacing Don Martin on Power Play? I hope not. He is one of the few interviewers I have seen and heard who uses a 100 word question for a 10 word answer. "Is Canada doing enough ..." to shut him up? NO! Quote Note - For those expecting a response from Big Guy: I generally do not read or respond to posts longer then 300 words nor to parsed comments.

betsy Posted October 1, 2016 Author Report Posted October 1, 2016 I was surprised to see him too. How can he be a credible political anchor to ask tough questions to politicians abusing their position, how can he go after trying to nail them, when he did the same thing? Quote

betsy Posted October 2, 2016 Author Report Posted October 2, 2016 (edited) Trump would say that is good business. Irrelevant! Furthermore, it's an ignorant response! Check out what I was responding to, will you? Stick to the issue - I know it's hard for liberals to do so. Edited October 2, 2016 by betsy Quote

Why would he not be able to be a talk show host anymore? I agree with you, he most probably did learn his lesson. Whether it's illegal or not, doesn't make any difference. Abuse of position goes against ethics. Why did he get fired for it if it's not a serious breach? I'm just saying.......how can he be an effective political host if he can't really pin down someone who's accused of doing the same thing he did. Edited October 4, 2016 by betsy Quote
Boges Posted October 4, 2016 Report Posted October 4, 2016 (edited) He's on a panel on Newstalk 1010 most mornings in Toronto. Guess Ma Bell gave him a second chance. I like him more when he's not sucking on the government teet to give his opinions TBH. Edited October 4, 2016 by Boges Quote
