I would actually think that's more likely than not.

Trump won by the narrowest of margins in a handful of swing states in the face of outright incompetence and complacency by Hilary and Co. Not to mention the assist from Russia.

If Dems can't put their differences aside an come out in droves to vote AGAINST Trump, then they deserve him.

I'm hear to debate people who actually don't think his comments are racist.

I know...the Dems even had the triumphant march music ready to go for Hillary's coronation as Queen and...BAM...coronation foiled. Electoral College?? What the frick?? Let's get rid of it...unless we can use it to take down Trump...no? Then get rid of it!!!

Should have campaigned in those fly-over states after-all.

Should have. And now after 2018 there are Native American Democratic Congresswomen in Kansas, of all places. I suspect that mistake won't be made again.

Then why worry? You and your Democrat friends have this election in the bag. Trump's goin' down...any minute now. Did I mention Russia? Oh...sorry...Russia, Russia, Russia...there...three times.

Where did I ever say it was humorous that people lived in inhumane conditions? Where did I laugh about that? Find that or go to hell with your little lying buddy.

Well not any minute now. He's got until 2020 apparently. The spineless GOP will ensure of that.

And where in my posts today do you see me fretting?

Certainly not like "we're" fretting JT being re-elected up here right?

You're here posting...

Orange Man Bad isn't a campaign platform...especially when only the elites of the Democrats are 'suffering' under President Trump.

Trump has 2020 unless some miracle for the stupid Democrats occurs. Jesus hasn't been spotted...so don't hold your breath.

So would you prefer this board not have differing views? Or is this your retort when you have nothing left. "If you think Trump will lose, then why even comment?"

There's another board where the vast majority disapprove of Trump. Less fun to debate Trump there.

Much like it's not fun to debate how shitty JT is here since most of the posters here agree.

Disagreement is fun.

Regardless, I tend to think Trump is rather feckless. Being controversial is all he has. No Wall, No Healthcare. All he has is a tax cut that's very unpopular. A tax cut that's added billions to the deficit. What's the Tea Party have to say about that?

I could say the same. The likes of BC2004 seem to think we, up here, REALLY care. We care as much as, what's good for America is good for us. And the rest of the Western World.

But all this Trump stuff is entertainment, if it's anything.

As would telling people of colour to "Go Home" would be out of the Racist Conservative Handbook.

You can interpret it how you want. He's basically telling a bunch of anti-Americans, specifically "women of colour" who got elected to Congress yet complain about America's huge problem with racism and women of colour lol, that they come from places that are far worse than America and if they want to fix the world they should start back there, not in a country that's far better than the ones built by their own ancestors.

Trump has the presidency, that's how he got it, and nothing you say can change that.   He will forever be the 45th President of the United States, and Hillary Clinton will never be president.

So why would he change now ?

President Trump should double down and create maximum chaos the way only he can.    The Democrats will choke on their own sanctimonious bile, same as the Liberals and Trudeau in Canada.

Seriously ?   You are that dependent on what the Americans do...and who they elect ?

That's just pitiful !

No wonder Trudeau was begging the evil, racist Trump for help on China.

By that logic isn't MAGA Anti-American? Clearly Trump wasn't happy with how America was run.

And where did AOC come from exactly?

Exactly...why are they so worried about Trump, who obviously will be defeated by their favourite socialist American candidate ?

Do they lack confidence in Trump's 2020 defeat ?

So much bravado with so little faith.

No I'm not, it's purely entertainment.

I did read a good analysis in the Globe and Mail yesterday about it though. If Trump win again by a narrow EC victory, while losing the popular vote, you could certainly see the US descend into chaos. And as much as it'd be fun to watch, it wouldn't be good for Canada.

"When Rome fell, Gaul suffered."

I could say it's equally as pitiful that you entertain yourself on a Canadian chat board.

So yes, you are dependent and worry about what the Americans will do.    Not really a big surprise.

American voters do not go to the polling booth worried about the impact on Canada.

Except that I don't care who you elect....there is nothing your vote or government can do to affect me, unlike Trump who has already caused much angst in Canada, and will cause lots more.    Now that is entertainment, and no better way to see the yucks than with Canadian media and forums.

Don't worry, the CBC will be covering the U.S. federal election like white on rice....oh wait...is that..."waycist" ?

You're a broken record. You scoff at people commented on American politics when you're the one who's on a Canadian political chat board. Of course it's seen through the how it effects Canada.

Unlike you, I have to good sense to not tell Americans how they should feel, I'm having the debate with other Canadians.

Which is exactly my purpose here....if it is unusual for one American to comment on Canada, just how much more remarkable is it for much of an entire nation and its government funded media to comment on the Americans and their politics ?

I don't care how you feel, American or not.  The more you emote about America, the more there is to mock about Canada.

Truth is....Trump matters more than Trudeau, and even Canada knows that.

So when Obama mattered more than Harper, were you as gleeful about it?

Once could have a very reasoned debate that the quality of life is a lot better in Canada than the US. (LOL at $5,000 deductibles for an ER visit).

But I'll give the US credit. They have great sports leagues (one of those leagues has a Canadian champion however) and great entertainment.

BTW both those things aren't due to GOP politics or the Military industrial complex that forces citizen to pay more on the military than the next dozen or so countries combined. All those countries are enjoying their socialized Healthcare.

I'm honoured the average American Taxpayer forgoes a good quality of life so that they can have such a huge military.

So three Canadian trade minions walk into a bar, and ask Team Trump for an exemption from the Buy America Act of 1982.

Trump thinks about it, and makes a quick decision....one that Canada will not like:

Trump signs order to make American-made goods more American

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump signed an executive order Monday that will require federal agencies to purchase products using more American components.

The order strengthens the standards that federal agencies must follow under the Buy American Act, which creates a preference for American-made goods.

Trump said his order will gradually boost the percentage of U.S. components for qualifying American-made products from 50 percent to 75 percent. He said the threshold would increase to 95 percent for iron and steel products.

Of course, but Harper wasn't a virtue signaling schmuck like Justin Trudeau, who has also managed to piss off China, Russia, KSA, Japan, and The Philippines.

Trump is an American president, just like all those before him, and he is creating his own doctrine and legacy, whether you approve or not.   Trump went from having no chance at all in 2016 to being the most dominant political force in the Americas, if not the entire western world.   He grows stronger as his foreign contemporaries grow weaker or are out office entirely.

Again, it not about you, and never will be.   My comments here also mean nothing in Canada, but my nation has much more of an impact that keeps you glued to what Americans do.   It just oozes from Canadian media....nearly every day.

CBC = "What are the Americans doing today ?"

He's actually a laughing stock in much, if not all, of the world.

I like how you don't include the "whole world" in your comments. Is that because he's a lap dog of Russia and is getting owned in a trade war by China?
