Attacking me won't change who is U.S. president. My president...my country...not yours. Maybe you should tune in sometimes to those late nights instead of staying so closely tuned to cbc. You might find out why trump is becoming such a laughing stock. But I suspect you have already done so and are simply feebly trying to deflect. Just watching Seth Meyers. Boy did he nail the Donald. The law suits are piling up, the West Wing will likely soon need a new set of In/OUT revolving doors installed, people within his own party are talking impeachment, and If 35% approval is better than expected then your expectations are sadly low. But hey Seth Meyers etc. are having a field day. Quote

That's hilarious, especially given the current reportage. He apologizes publicly for sexual assault, and then tries to re-nigh with some crap about the voice on the tape might not be his. Of course the media like it, they don't have to go look for stories, Donald provides more shits and giggles daily. Quote

People will keep saying that his base loves this Internet Troll persona that Trump keeps falling into. But the grown ups are going to keep calling him out on his ridiculous behaviour because the goal is ultimately to normalize casual racist comments and using twitter to bully people. The thing is, his base didn't elect him. There's a faction of America that felt alienated by the political class and think Trump is standing up for them. So this kind of stuff doesn't really help him. And certainly gives people who stayed home in 2016 a reason to turn up every chance they get moving forward. Also if a Tax plan gets passed this week that's only purpose is to enrich billionaires and corporations and actually raises taxes on the middle class gets pushed through, that narrative gets kind of washed out. What happened to all those Tea Partiers that wanted Obama out of office for ballooning the debt? Quote

The same thing that happened to all the Democrats that wanted Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders in office...they lost. And since Trump won, he is going to do things his way, not the way "grown ups" want him to do it, because he made complete fools out of all the "grown ups" who said he would never ever ever become president (including Obama). Trump's critics were so delusional and out of touch with American political reality they refused to even consider Trump could/would win. Everything else is just gravy. Quote Economics trumps Virtue.

Clearly he doesn't give two shits about those people because of this new Tax plan that actually raises there taxes by repealing tax write-offs. Quote

No, Trump won because the Democrats screwed over Bernie Sanders for a very unlikable candidate...Hillary Clinton. The tax plan machinations is just another example of gaging Trump based on old methodology, the same same old methodology that failed to recognize his potential and realized election victory. President Trump is a political hand grenade that keeps on giving, and his supporters love it. Trump was elected to break things and upset the status quo in Washington D.C. President Trump is part of the executive branch, not legislative branch of U.S. government (Congress). Trump has signed more than 50 bills into law, many of which purposely rolled back the "legacy" failures of President Obama.
