Palestinian and/or Muslim war crimes

Big Guy, Hudson, Eye, Ghost, whoever doesn't start a thread on Palestinian and/or Muslim war crimes.

I have yet to see one of them or the other Israeli dettractors on this forum state Muslim sharia law states should not exist and Muslim states and Muslim terrorists and Palestinian terrorists commit war crimes or for that matter discuss anything on this forum unless its a negative slur against Israel's state for existing.

So now, should I every time Big Guy posts yet another reference to how Zionists and Israelis are criminals and evil, liars, etc., come on this thread and bump it to the top of the Rest of The World topic list?

Here, let's start:

Here's an article the anti Israeli's won't discuss:

http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/4706/gazan-hamas-war-crimes

Say now would Ghost think I am generalizing if I said the response to articles such as the above is to

not address them and simply dismiss the source as being pro Zionist? Lol.

So what does it say?

The article is entitled, " Gazans Speak Out: Hamas War Crimes " and written by Mudar Zahran, a non Zionist Palestinian.

He quotes other Palestinians:

"Hamas does not like you for any reason all they have to do now is say you are a Mossad agent and kill you." — A., a Fatah member in Gaza.

◾"Hamas wanted us butchered so it could win the media war against Israel showing our dead children on TV and then get money from Qatar." — T., former Hamas Ministry officer.

◾"They would fire rockets and then run away quickly, leaving us to face Israeli bombs for what they did." — D., Gazan journalist.

◾"Hamas imposed a curfew: anyone walking out in the street was shot. That way people had to stay in their homes, even if they were about to get bombed. Hamas held the whole Gazan population as a human shield." — K., graduate student

◾"The Israeli army allows supplies to come in and Hamas steals them. It seems even the Israelis care for us more than Hamas." — E., first-aid volunteer.

◾"We are under Hamas occupation, and if you ask most of us, we would rather be under Israeli occupation… We miss the days when we were able to work inside Israel and make good money. We miss the security and calm Israel provided when it was here." — S., graduate of an American university, former Hamas sympathizer."

He goes on to state,

"While the world's media has been blaming Israel for the death of Gazan civilians during Operation Protective Edge, this correspondent decided to speak with Gazans themselves to hear what they had to say.

They spoke of Hamas atrocities and war crimes implicating Hamas in the civilian deaths of its own people.

Although Gazans, fearful of Hamas's revenge against them, were afraid to speak to the media, friends in the West Bank offered introductions to relatives in Gaza. One, a renowned Gazan academic, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said that as soon as someone talked to a Western journalist, he was immediately questioned by Hamas and accused of "communicating with the Mossad". "Hamas makes sure that the average Gazan will not talk to Western journalists -- or actually any journalists at all," he said, continuing:

"Hamas does not want the truth about Gaza to come out. Hamas terrorizes and kills us just like Daesh [iSIS] terrorizes kills Iraqis. Hamas is a dictatorship that kills us. The Gazans you see praising Hamas on TV are either Hamas members or too afraid to speak against Hamas. Few foreign [Western] journalists were probably able to report what Gazans think of Hamas." "

You can read the article yourself.

Now speaking of war crimes.

Hamas, Hezbollah and Palestinian and Muslim extremists violate the following provisions of the Geneva and Hague Conventions by posing as civilians:

Article 1. The laws, rights, and duties of war apply not only to armies, but also to militia and volunteer corps fulfilling the following conditions:
1. To be commanded by a person responsible for his subordinates;
2. To have a fixed distinctive emblem recognizable at a distance;
3. To carry arms openly; and
4. To conduct their operations in accordance with the laws and customs of war.

Hamas, Hezbollah, Palestinian and Musim terrorists violate the Geneva convention when they fire from among civilians

Specifically they violate the following:

"The Geneva Convention on PLO terrorists who fire from among civilians

The presence or movements of the civilian population or individual civilians shall not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations, in particular in attempts to shield military objectives from attacks or to shield, favor or impede military operations. The Parties to the conflict shall not direct the movement of the civilian population or individual civilians in order to attempt to shield military objectives from attacks or to shield military operations."

Palestinian and Muslim extremists including Hamas and Hezbollah violate the following Geneva Convention principle regarding the protection of children:

"The Geneva Convention on the PLO's practice of recruiting young teenagers to attack the Israelis"

The Parties to the conflict shall take all feasible measures in order that children who have not attained the age of fifteen years do not take a direct part in hostilities and, in particular, they shall refrain from recruiting them into their armed forces.

Now let's look at specific war crimes engaged in by the Palestinian Authority and PLO:

1. They use a churches as a fighting position

i.e., 300 Palestinians, went into Church of the Nativity on or about April 4, 2002 and from it shot at Israelis.

2.They use Palestinian ambulances to transport explosives

i.e., the IDF captured a Palestinian Red Crescent ambulance driver transporting an explosive belt of the type detonated by suicide bombers

3. They use wheelchair-bound persons as cover

i.e., Lt.-Col. Tal, who lives in a Jezreel Valley with his wife and three daughters, documented how in Jenin, Palestinians booby trapped a wheelchair and pushed its occupant into the open in hope of attracting Israeli soldiers to become victims...

4.Palestinians dressed in Israeli uniforms to murder a young girl

i.e., Sudarsan Raghavan, of the Knight Ridder-Newspapers, on April 28, 2002 reported that a disguised gunmen killed 4 including a 5 year old girl at

ADORA, (near Hebron) on the West Bank ... in this instance the terrorists entered the home o 5-year-old Danielle Sheffi, who lived with her parents and three siblings

Here's an article referring to Amnesty International finding Palestinian terrorists committed acts against humanity in the 2014 Gaza conflict:

http://news.nationalpost.com/news/world/israel-middle-east/palestinian-militants-committed-war-crimes-during-the-2014-gaza-conflict-amnesty-international

The article stated:

"The human rights group Amnesty International said in a report Thursday that Palestinian militant organizations had committed war crimes during the 2014 Gaza-Israel conflict, by killing both Israeli and Palestinian civilians using indiscriminate projectiles.

The report comes after two other reports issued in late 2014 that accused Israel of war crimes for attacks on multi-storey civilian buildings and attacks on Palestinian residential homes during the war.

The 50-day Gaza war left more than 2,100 Palestinians dead, mostly civilians, according to Palestinian and UN officials. On the Israeli side, 66 soldiers and six civilians were killed.

Palestinian militants, including the armed wing of Hamas, launched unguided rockets and mortars which cannot be aimed at a specific target and are a breach of international law, the human rights group said."

The U.N. Bias Against Israel parroted on this board that ignores terrorism in the Middle East and only focuses on Israel I would argue

is blatant.

Consider the following as delineated in: http://www.science.co.il/Arab-Israeli-conflict/Articles/AIPAC-2002-05-20.php

The above article was written in 2002, nothing's changed since:

"•Israel is the only country in the world that is not eligible to sit on the Security Council, the principal policy making body of the U.N. This situation violates the principle of the "sovereign equality of all member states" of the U.N. under Article 2 of the U.N. Charter.
•Seven of the 140 items submitted for a vote in the U.N. General Assembly (UNGA) in 2002 were anti-Israel. Last year, the UNGA adopted 19 anti-Israel resolutions.
•Israel is the object of more investigative committees, special representatives and rapporteurs than any other state in the U.N. system. For example, a special representative of the Director-General of UNESCO visited Israel 51 times during 27 years of activity. The Director-General of the International Labor Organization has sent a "Special Mission" to Israel and the territories every year for the past 17 years.
•The "Special Committees" and "Palestinian Units" of the U.N. spend more than $3 million a year, essentially to spread anti-Israel propaganda. These bodies-the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, the Division on Palestinian Rights and the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People and Other Arabs-are the focus of the worst anti-Israel activity under the aegis of the U.N. They organize, inter alia, the annual "Palestine Day" events at the U.N., as well as symposia and other events.
•The U.N. has repeatedly held "Emergency Special Sessions" focusing solely on Israel. Originally conceived in 1950 for emergencies like the Korean War, Emergency Special Sessions over the past 15 years have only focused on Israel. No Emergency Special Sessions were convened to examine the genocide in Rwanda, ethnic cleansing in the former Yugoslavia or other major world conflicts.
•The U.N. routinely attempts to circumvent the founding principle of direct negotiations. The UNGA passes annual resolutions that undermine the principles of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, based on direct negotiations between the two parties. By proposing specific solutions to issues such as Jerusalem, the Golan Heights and settlements, the U.N. pre-judges the outcome of negotiations. Ironically, it was the U.N. Security Council that proposed bilateral negotiations through Resolution 242 (1967) and 338 (1973).

The U.N. has failed to investigate Palestinian actions supporting terrorism.
•The U.N. has never initiated any inquiry into Yasir Arafat and the Palestinian Authority's role in aiding and abetting terrorists, or passed one resolution condemning any terrorist organization operating against Israel.
•One glaring example of the U.N.'s biased policy against Israel is the concealment and vehement denial of the existence of videotape of Hezbollah's abduction of three Israeli soldiers made by U.N. peacekeeping forces in Lebanon. For 11 months, the U.N. lied to the world and denied the existence of any evidence related to the abduction. When the cover-up was exposed, revealing the existence of the videotape, the U.N. eventually showed Israel a heavily edited videotape with the faces of the terrorists blurred. When asked the reason behind this, U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan stated it was due to the U.N.'s standing as a neutral organization.

The U.N. has tolerated and fostered anti-Semitism and anti-Israel propaganda.
•The U.N. has condemned virtually every conceivable form of racism. It has established programs to combat racism and its multiple facets - including xenophobia - but has consistently refused to condemn anti-Semitism. It only was on November 24, 1998, more than 50 years after the U.N.'s founding, that the word anti-Semitism was first mentioned in a U.N. resolution (GA Res. A/53/623).
•"The Talmud says that if a Jew does not drink every year the blood of a non-Jewish man, he will be damned for eternity." -Saudi Arabian delegate Marouf al-Dawalibi before the 1984 U.N. Human Rights Commission conference on religious tolerance. A similar remark was made by Farouk al-Chareh, the Syrian Ambassador to the U.N., at a 1991 meeting, who insisted Jews killed Christian children to use their blood to make matzos, a charge recently recycled in a Saudi government sponsored newspaper.
•On March 11, 1997, the Palestinian representative to the U.N. Human Rights Commission falsely charged Israel with injecting 300 Palestinian children with the HIV virus.

The U.N. Human Rights Commission promotes anti-Israel, anti-Semitic resolutions.
•The Commission on Human Rights routinely adopts totally disproportionate resolutions concerning Israel. Of all condemnations of this agency, 26 percent refer to Israel alone, while rogue states such as Syria and Libya are never criticized.
•Last summer's conference on Human Rights in Durban, South Africa, was devoted almost entirely to condemning Israel. The conference was boycotted by the United States and Britain.
•The United States was kicked off the U.N. Commission for Human Rights in May 2001, despite being one of the most outspoken advocates for human rights and a founding member of the Commission. It was replaced by Sierra Leone and the Sudan, both of which have records of abuses of human rights, including slavery and the forced use of children as soldiers. The United States recently regained its seat after a yearlong absence."

The bias of the UN against Israel and human rights violations in this article:

http://www.americanthinker.com/2014/03/un_bias_against_israel_continues.html#ixzz448G4Vcnp

"......The bias and bigotry exhibited by UNHRC has been apparent since its establishment in 2006 when it replaced the equally biased Human Rights Commission. Its creation was based on lofty and worthy sentiments. It was to be responsible for promoting universal respect for all human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, without distinction of any kind and in a fair and equal manner. Its mission was supposed to be applicable to all 192 countries in the world.

Sad to say, that lofty ideal has not been implemented. Instead, UNHRC has disproportionately concentrated its energies and financial resources on only one country, the alleged violations of human rights committed by the State of Israel. The figures are clear. Between 2006 and 2013, Israel was condemned in 45 of the general resolutions, almost as many as the other 192 countries together. Next on the list was Myanmar with 10 resolutions against it. Israel was also condemned in 46 per cent of resolutions devoted to specific countries: of the 12 emergency “special sessions” 2006-2009 relating to specific country situations, six were on Israel. All these resolutions were initiated by Arab states.

The financial figures are equally instructive. In the year 2013 the financial amount UNHRC spent on Middle East countries showed the bias. It spent $367 million on Jordan, $362 million on Lebanon, $316 million on Syria, $ 293 million on Iraq, and $3 million on Israel."

The above is part of the article as is this comment:

"As early as 2006 Kofi Annan, then UN secretary-general, declared that the Council should not have a disproportionate focus on violations by Israel. He held that UNHRC should give the same attention to grave violations committed by other states as it did to Israel. His advice was not heeded and the egregious hypocritical bias continued."

Well, looks like Rue has himself convinced.

Methinks that somebody else should post here so Rue does not get suspended. So Big Guy will.

Since 2001, Palestinian militants have launched thousands of rocket and mortar attacks on Israel from the Gaza Strip as part of the continuing Arab–Israeli conflict. From 2000 to July 2014, over 15 years, the attacks have killed 50 people, and injured more than 1900 people. As Israel steals more Palestinian lands there are fewer and fewer places from which to launch these flying garbage cans. Those folks who have been lobbing those wonky rockets from Hamas into Israel should be brought to trial for war crimes.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestinian_rocket_attacks_on_Israel

Meanwhile, just in 2014, Israeli airplanes and heavy artillery massacred thousands of innocent civilians. The overwhelming majority of those killed were Palestinians. The UN says at least 2,104 Palestinian died, including 1,462 civilians, of whom 495 were children and 253 women.

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-28439404

Since the Palestinians have no anti-aircraft guns and their flying garbage cans are not very accurate, those Israeli airmen were basically shooting fish in a barrel, a cowardly method of obliterating civilians. The Israeli government should be brought to trial for crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide.

Canada should wash their hands of that rogue nation.

Rue, you may want to condense those posts a bit. My attention span runs to about five lines before I shut down. Linkies help.

War crimes by Palestinians, Arabs, Muslims? Sure, lots of them. If you're looking at Muslims in general, the slaughter of Communists in Indonesia really leaps out in its magnitude. Lord knows what is happening in Nigeria right now. For Arabs, Iraq and Syria come to mind. I think war and war crimes are inseparable. By international standards, Israeli war crimes are small beer.

In my book, the biggest 'crime' by Hamas is continuing the war. They don't seem interested in governing and will bring their people nothing but misery.

I don't know if you can apply international law to a state-less occupied territory with a terror group. Technically they would need to be recognized as a sovereign nation and everything that goes with it for Geneva Conventions and International Law (both are jokes in my view considering the actions of other large nation-states over the past couple decades)

I will now take words from the following source:

http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5158/israel-war-crimes

to make my points.

In the above article it states and I would contend that Hamas is a brutal internationally-recognized terrorist organization -- is the greatest threat to, first and foremost, Palestinians.

However the mission of Bug Guy/HudsonJones/Eye, whatever is to only come on the board to negate Israel's right to exist as a nation by calling it a war criminal to focus away from Hamas.

As the article above states, Hamas is explicit in its 1988 Charter that its long-term goal is to commit genocide, not only of all Jews in Israel, but of all Jews everywhere.

You won't hear a peep from Big Guy/Hudson/Eye on Islamist groups such as al-Qaeda, Fatah Eagles/Hawks, the Islamic State [iS, Da'ish, ISIS], Hizbullah, or Hamas pr the fact that they are all at war with Israel and not one abide by the terms of international or domestic law.

There silence is a blatant example of how they hold Israel to a standard they do not hold any Muslim state let alone terrorists to.

You won't hear Big Guy et al acknowledge that the terrorism of these groups flows from their interpretation of Muslim religion and its system of Islamic shari'a law.

You won't hear them acknowledge this interpretation fuels not only terrorism against Israel but Muslim by Muslim and more Muslims kill each other and die from each other than by any Israeli.

You won't hear them acknowledge it is Muslims who go overseas and kill people not because they are Israeli but simply because they are Jews.

In fact if terrorists are Muslims they will be the first on this board saying its unfair to say they are Muslim it doesn't reflect what all Muslims believe, and yet there's the same Hudson/Big guy on the other thread demonizing all Zionists and Israelis for the actions of one soldier.

They don't dare acknowledge that in fact it is the cover and pretense of Islamic law that frees Hamas and other such groups from any obligation to abide by international standards, which they ten demonize as "Western" or "Christian" and therefore "Satanic."

You won't hear Big Guy or Hudson discuss the massacre of innocent Christians, Yazidis, Kurds, Bahaiis, Zoroastreans, let alone Jews by Muslim extremist terrorists or that this extremism and terrorism has continued on now 14 centuries,

You won't hear big Guy or Hudson discuss how in sharia law if you are not a Muslim you must pay an annual jizya payment for not being Muslim.

You won't hear Big Guy/Hudson acknowledge Article 13 of the Hamas Charter which states:

"(1) Initiatives, and so-called peaceful solutions and international conferences, are in contradiction to the principles of the Islamic Resistance Movement. Abusing any part of Palestine is abuse directed against part of religion. Nationalism of the Islamic Resistance Movement is part of its religion....

(2) Now and then the call goes out for the convening of an international conference to look for ways of solving the (Palestinian) question. Some accept, others reject the idea, for this or other reason, with one stipulation or more for consent to convening the conference and participating in it. Knowing the parties constituting the conference, their past and present attitudes towards Moslem problems, the Islamic Resistance Movement does not consider these conferences capable of realizing the demands, restoring the rights or doing justice to the oppressed. These conferences are only ways of setting the infidels in the land of the Moslems as arbiters. When did the infidels do justice to the believers?.... (3) There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors. The

Palestinian people know better than to consent to having their future, rights and fate toyed with." (Italics added)

You won't hear Big Guy/Hudson Jones acknowledge that Hamas's statement of purpose in article 8 states: "Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes."

This post now is to again make it clear what the war crimes are that Israel is reacting to and who is engaging in them.

Again my source is from, Denis MacEoin, a former university teacher in Arabic and Islamic Studies and a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Gatestone Institute at:http://www.gatestone...rael-war-crimes

" 1-Since 2002, Hamas and Islamic Jihad bombarded southern Israeli towns and villages with rockets and mortar fire. Over the years, those rockets have become larger and more accurate, with supplies of advanced rockets from Syria and Iran. Over 15,000 missiles have struck Israel during that period. During 2014, strikes were made across most of Israel, including Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. All of these attacks have been offensive and indiscriminate.

2-Hamas provided absolutely no defenses for its civilian population. There were no bomb shelters, no secure rooms, no alarm systems, and no anti-missile installations in the Gaza Strip but Hamas hspent billions of dollars of aid money to supply itself with a vast array of rockets, only used in offensive attacks, as well as on underground tunnels designed to import weapons, to protect the Hamas military forces, and to serve as conduits for attacks on Israel civilians during Gaza-Israel cross-border kidnapping and murder attacks.

(I would mention Hamas is now rebuilding these tunnels to enable Hamas to launch attacks into Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, and it is thought that Hizbullah is digging similar tunnels into Israeli territory in the north.)

3-Hamas has, as mentioned, fired thousands of rockets onto Israeli civilian centers, including several thousand before and after the latest conflict. Its firing has been indiscriminate and has impacted on civilian areas only. This is a war crime, as indicated in paragraphs 4-5b of Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions.

4-there has been a deliberate and systematic targeting of civilians and civilian objects in southern Israel since 2001 by Palestinian armed groups' by rocket attacks which violate International Humanitarian Law and amount to war crimes and violate Article 48 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and Article 8(2)(B)(i), 8 (2) gf the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court;

.

5-both Human Rights Watch and the pro-Palestinian Israeli rights group B'Tselem h issued reports stating that, even had the above attacks been directed at a specific military objective, they would still be unlawful, since the types of rockets used by Palestinian armed groups are imprecise and cannot be directed in a way that discriminates between military targets and civilians- the report from A Human Rights Watch entitled , "Rockets from Gaza," on the 2008-2009 Gaza war, stated that, "Palestinian armed groups unnecessarily placed Palestinian civilians at risk from retaliatory attacks by firing rockets from densely populated areas; they did that gain in the last conflivt;

6-Palestinian terror groups including Hamas intentionally hid behind civilians to unlawfully use them as shields to deter Israeli counter-attacks according to the above report from Human Rights Watch.

Now let's discuss specifically the use of Palestinian civilians by Muslim terrorists in Gaza, something of course Big Guy/Hudson Jones won't acknowledge.

For Hamas it is a deliberate policy to use civilians as shields.

In a 2008 video of a speech by Fathi Hammad, the Hamas Interior Minister he stated:

"The enemies of God do not know that the Palestinian people have developed their methods of death and death-seeking. For the Palestinian people, death has become an industry, at which women excel, as do all the people living in this land. The elderly excel at this, and so do the mujahidin [i.e. the jihad fighters] and the children. This is why they have formed human shields [duruq bashariyya] of the women, the children, the elderly, and the mujahidin, in order to challenge the Zionist bombing machine. It is as if they were saying to the Zionist enemy: 'We desire death, just as you desire life.'"

The BBC reported on January 5, 2009 that:

"Witnesses and analysts confirm that Hamas fires rockets from within populated civilian areas." Amnesty International, which now condemns Israeli "war crimes," earlier assessed that Hamas fighters put civilians in danger by firing from homes. UN Humanitarian Affairs Chief John Holmes accused Hamas of war crimes, saying "The reckless and cynical use of civilian installations by Hamas, and the indiscriminate firing of rockets against civilian populations, are clear violations of international humanitarian law."

A study from the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies [CSIS] stated that Hamas relied on the population density of Gaza both to deter Israeli attacks and as a defense against Israeli offensives.

What you will not see ever from HudsonJones/Bug Guy is this as they quickly point out why Israel commits war crimes:

It is obligatory, under international law, to distinguish between military and civilians and Palestinian terrorists including Hamas do not and never have. violating Article 51 of the protocol additional to the 1949 Geneva Conventions.

A report released by the Israel Defense Forces [iDF] Military-Strategic Information Section on August 9, 2014, under the title "Hamas War Tactics: Attacks from Civilian Centers." showed that:

1- Hamas fired rockets from 31 UN facilities, 41 hospitals, 50 children's playgrounds, 85 medical clinics, 248 schools, 331 mosques, and 818 other civilian sites;

2-Hamas used UN facilities, schools, children's playgrounds, water towers, mosques and countless other active civilian facilities as launching sites for rockets and attacks. In that operation alone, Hamas has launched above 1,600 rockets from civilian sites."

3-Hamas purposefully engaged IDF troops in conflict in urban area, i.e., , in Shuja'iyya and in Jebaliyya;

4- Hamas also used (still does) civilian infrastructures for military purposes, including placing weapon caches and C2 [command and control] centers in civilian places so that if the IDF responded to attacks -civilians would die

5-there it video'd Hamas firing from civilian areas, placing civilians in the line of fire, and not only that admitting that they do this;

6-it obtained detailed aerial reconnaissance maps, providing overwhelming evidence of the extent of launching sites in Gaza north, central, and south;

7-that it created other maps and videos showing rocket launches from educational facilities, UN and Red Cross facilities, mosques, power plants, hospitals and hotels.

The best Big Guy/HudsonJones can do at the moment is remove an isolated incident and use it as a pretense to slur all Israelis as criminals while they deliberately refuse to discuss the conflict and the role terrorism by Palestinian terrorists plays in the actions Israel engages in.

In their world only Israel is to be criticized no one else.

So using their logic, I should never say anything bad about Israel and only focus on Palestinians and blame them all as evil.

Recently, two Palestinians armed with knives attacked a number of Israelis armed with machine guns. Not surprisingly, they did little damage since a machine gun has some obvious advantages over a knife. The soldiers were able to bravely repel the attack and killed one and wounded the other. We might have grounds to demand that the wounded Palestinian be tried for war crimes but an Israeli soldier was video taped as approaching the wounded man, leaning over and shooting him in the head. The Israeli investigation ended with the decision that there was "inconclusive" evidence of any crime by the Israeli. The UN disagreed.

I believe that all those Israeli soldiers involved should be tried for war crimes.

In the spirit of this OP, I also believe that those two Palestinians who, armed with knives, and attacked those soldiers carrying machine guns should be tried posthumously. It is only fair!

I agree with you that the soldier who shot the wounded palestinian should be tried for it.

I cannot agree with you that anyone who has a machine gun and is attacked by someone with a knife should refrain from using the machine gun, you know, just to be fair.

I agree with you. I remember the old adage that "you don't bring a knife to a gunfight.". Makes you wonder what motivates someone to enter into a confrontation that you cannot win? Some would say they are blood thirsty savages who are attacking a democracy - I would suggest that they are part of an oppressed community, some members of which would rather die than having them and their families forced to continue living in an outdoor prison - on their own land.

Bug Guy won't aclnowledge Palestinian terrorism. What he will do is come on a thread about Muslim and Palestinian

The inability of Bug Guy to discuss Muslim and Palestinian terrorism and to only focus on what he sees are acts of crimeby Israel show a complete and utter lack of balance, credibility and inability to discuss the conflict of the Middle

East in an impartial manner.

Now I ask do I as he does, do any of those who criticize Muslim and Palestinian terrorism ask for the disbanding of

Muslim states.

Please someone show me one post of mine where I smeer all Muslims of Muslim nations as criminals because they are Muslim and live in Muslim sharia law states.
