Michael Hardner Posted October 22, 2015 Report Posted October 22, 2015 But that's not true....the United States uses it's "powers" for nation state interest(s), not good (or evil). 'Perceived' state interest may be a better way to say it. State interest has to be sold domestically in any country so there is that aspect. Quote Looks like someone has a new patronizing catch phrase ! Michael Hardner
dre Posted October 22, 2015 Report Posted October 22, 2015 The difference has always been that the US uses it's powers for good and China, not so much. No, both countries use their "powers" to pursue their own interests. Quote I question things because I am human. And call no one my father who's no closer than a stranger

Exegesisme Posted October 24, 2015 Author Report Posted October 24, 2015 I often hear Washinton was broken from their own candidates, this is why No Challenge to the Leadership of USA Globally, they examine their own issues over and over again in their campaigns for important offices. Quote
socialist Posted October 31, 2015 Report Posted October 31, 2015 Always? The people of North America have grown to love themselves more than freedom itself. Seeking endless entertainment as nothing more than escapism of their responsibilities as a healthy citizen. Continually arguing and bantering with one another over who is right and who knows better when none do. A nation of spoiled children fighting for attention from one another while all are self centered. Sports, reality TV and phones rule the day of simple minds, while the robbers steal everything from them. Quote Thankful to have become a free thinker.
PIK Posted November 6, 2015 Report Posted November 6, 2015 Very little leadership from obama at all. Putin is now in charge. Quote Toronto, like a roach motel in the middle of a pretty living room.
Exegesisme Posted November 6, 2015 Author Report Posted November 6, 2015 (edited) Very little leadership from obama at all. Putin is now in charge. In long run, the leadership of Obama is less expensive and more sustainable, the leadership of Putin is more expensive and less sustainable. So, other nations can challenge USA now or then, but lose in long run. Edited November 6, 2015 by Exegesisme Quote

Smeelious Posted November 13, 2015 Report Posted November 13, 2015 I really hope that neither Hillary nor Trump becomes next president. It's time for younger people to take charge. Exactly!! Vote Bernie! oh wait..... The problem with US politics is you have to be wealthy and have nothing better to do with your time. So the people who should really be in charge have no chance at all. It also helps if you are a complete loon (see: every candidate for the US presidency) Quote
