GostHacked Posted February 18, 2018 Report Posted February 18, 2018 Not sure if I posted this here, but this was our latest track done some time back, and again was able to get my friend in NZ to lend some vocal work. Quote
AngusThermopyle Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 I first heard these guys on the radio on my way home from work. At first I wasn't sure what I thought of them, a rip off maybe? After a little research I've decided that I really enjoy what they're doing. So I bought the CD. It's that rarest of rare items nowdays, a release without a single bad song, every one on the disc is good. Here's their entire first album. 1 Quote I yam what I yam - Popeye

Good find. 1 Quote Nothing cracks a turtle like Leon Uris.
AngusThermopyle Posted March 9, 2018 Report Posted March 9, 2018 Yeah, the young fella has a set of pipes. It's good to see kids making good music, not just rap, pop, or electro garbage. Here's a radio interview with them, it's pretty interesting. From Frankenmuth of all places. 1 Quote I yam what I yam - Popeye

The term good music is so subjective, but they are certainly a breath of fresh air. I love that Zeppelin sound! Quote
Guest Posted March 31, 2018 Report Posted March 31, 2018 I really like Cornell's performance of this Prince/Sinead song: Quote
OftenWrong Posted April 19, 2018 Report Posted April 19, 2018 (edited) Really like the way they blended three different guitar parts into one at the end of this song- the Beatles Day Tripper, Rolling Stones Can't Get No Satisfaction, and the April Wine I Like to Rock riff. Edited April 19, 2018 by OftenWrong added incisive commentary 1 Quote
eyeball Posted April 23, 2018 Report Posted April 23, 2018 I listen to a wide variety of music but classical symphony is high on my list, especially when I'm on a wheel watch at night at sea. One tune that's often on my mind in these rules laden years is the song Signs, signs. Everywhere are signs. by the Five Man Electrical Band. OftenWrong Posted July 15, 2018 Report Posted July 15, 2018 Obscure jazz from a Canadian trio back in the '80's. Only two tracks I can find. Funny little tunes! 1 Quote
