jbg Posted October 17, 2012 Report Posted October 17, 2012 I like those rules. Perhaps also ban personal attacks in signatures. Bonam Posted October 17, 2012 Report Posted October 17, 2012 I would also recommend not allowing extremely large / red / prominent text in signatures. A function to selectively ignore only specific poster's signatures would also be nice. Quote

Moonlight Graham Posted October 17, 2012 Report Posted October 17, 2012 Ok, just to review the new rules relating to signatures: Only 1 URL is allowed in a signature Greg I think you have to edit your own signature lol. There is an option to do that - there's an X to the right of the sig lines in posts that you can click or you can do it under your profile settings using the "ignore preferences" option. Quote

Forum Admin Greg Posted October 18, 2012 Author Forum Admin Report Posted October 18, 2012 Perhaps also ban personal attacks in signatures. Personal attacks are already against the rules, so it would be redundant to specifically mention it in the sig rules. Greg I think you have to edit your own signature. Touché! But then again, I'm the Forum Admin, so I get to break the rules from time to time Quote Have any issues, problems using the forum? Post a message in the Support and Questions section of the forums.
Guest American Woman Posted November 7, 2012 Report Posted November 7, 2012 Personal attacks are already against the rules, so it would be redundant to specifically mention it in the sig rules. What about in status updates? - Are insults and/or personal attacks against the rules same as on the board, or is that more or less anything goes? Quote

Shady Posted June 27, 2013 Report Posted June 27, 2013 I thought there was a limit on the number of lines of text you could have. Moonlight Graham has about 8 lines of text, which is way over what is suppose to be allowed. Quote
