PrimeNumber
The Federal NDP? I've heard the Alberta NDP has sunk like a stone, with polls indicating that Wild Rose would form Government if an election was held today.......... Good thing there's not a vote today... Vancouver King
NDP is starting to come back down again, now that the Alberta honeymoon is fading from memories. NDP plateauing has nothing to do with Notley's honeymoon being over and everything to do with Giles Duceppe now at the helm of the Bloq. Don't take my word, read the poll analysis from the EKOS poll you referred to yesterday.

Evening Star
Gilles Duceppe was definitely the BQ leader during the 2011 election.
Vancouver King
Gilles Duceppe is not going to make a difference. Jack Layton beat Gilles Duceppe at the helm of the BQ. From the July3, 2015, EKOS poll: "The NDP continues to hold on to a narrow but significant lead which would be more decisive save for the entry of Gilles Duceppe into the Quebec race." And? If the minor bump the BQ has received is his honeymoon, then they're in a lot of trouble in October. Gilles Duceppe lost his own seat last election. His career is over. WWWTT
NDP is starting to come back down again, now that the Alberta honeymoon is fading from memories. No it's because of Greece. All the voters in Canada are worried about Greece and are frantically looking to Harper's strong leadership. WWWTT

Keepitsimple
I don't think they believe the NDP can beat them where they need the seats. Suburban Toronto etc. Well, Harper is starting to draw a bit of a bead on Mulcair - although he still calls Mulcair and Trudeau "the other guys". Here's a video - his singing is going downhill...... http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/harper-targets-liberals-and-ndp-in-stampede-speech/article25276362/

Mighty AC
Harper has to go. "The Harper government is sending three top ministers to International Economic Forum of the Americas in Toronto this week -- but can't be bothered to send a single representative to the Climate Summit of the Americas being held at the same time at the exact same hotel." http://www.pressprogress.ca/harper_government_no-show_climate_forum_tale_two_summits

Second-class Canadian
For a an incumbent party, the CPC platform on its website is even more vague than that if the Libertarian Party. The Green Party's is impressively detailed compared to the Libertarian's, though that of the Libs and NDP are detailed too. It'shameful for the incumbent party really. On Guard for Thee
I know you hate the guy - but why do you consider him a pathetic liar in the clip? Keepitsimple
Because he told lies about what the opposition said they would do with our troops fighting ISIS. Where are the lies? Is it not true that Trudeau has said that the Liberals will pull out our troops? Is it not true that Trudeau showed disdain by saying Canada should be providing humanitarian aid instead of "trying to whip out our CF-18s and show them how big they are."? What are you trying to say - that both the Liberals and NDP plan to maintain the mission - even though they have said no such thing? “And, of course, both Mr. Mulcair and Mr. Trudeau have opposed the military mission, said they would withdraw our forces and our aircraft, in Justin Trudeau’s case saying so, as you will remember, in terms laced with contempt for the Canadian military,” Harper added. Trudeau for one said he would actually increase the number of CDN troops and put them into training positions to help the Peshmerga et al do the fighting. JT just said he would withdraw the F 18s, which is a good idea.
Vancouver King
If it is confirmed on Sept 1st we have 6 consecutive months of negative growth - in other words a formal recession - then this campaign is all but over.
