So going to clubs, doing drugs, drinking excessively and having free sex with multiple partners and genders is a demonstration of having strong moral values?

No but freedom of speech, freedom of association, freedom of conscientious and religion are strong moral values.. A little something called freedom.

Humanitarianism is a strong moral cause.. We have done many good things under secularism, you just choose to point out the little bad parts.

Actually, the sad thing is that Christianity is now only defended by false Christians such as Mr Canada - who puts forward any falsehood he can get his hands on and calls himself a Christian.

It's no wonder Christianity is in decline when these are the loudest defenders of its virtues.

I am a staunch defender of my faith.. but sorry, faith does not equal to state religion

Communists like Lenin and Stalin were Secularists and look what happened to the USSR. I don't want Canada to go down that route with the outright banning of Christianity.

I'm not a shopping cart Christian like so many others are. I live my faith as best I can. I defend it with vigor and am not wishy washy like some may be. I'm a modern day Crusader and Defender of the Faith. I'm a Knight in God's Army.l

I never said it was just happens more so in public schools. A few smatterings scattered over years. Is that the best you can do? That is nothing at all like the weekly news reports on it in public schools.

Right. You never said it happens more in public schools, you said it happens.....

Hrm, all of these shootings and stabbings are happening at public schools but I'm sure that has nothing to do with it right?

....exculsively....

I gotta ask, how does coming across ike a fool help your arguments?

I'm a false Christian because I don't pick and choose which of Gods laws to follow? Yeah, ok...I follow doctrine.

Neither does mine. My point is that Jesus Christ and Christianity is under attack by the secularists. This threads venom against me, proves that I'm correct. Everyone is going crazy because I speak of Jesus Christ and mention his name. I am a Holy warrior and defender of my faith.

So what about freedom from sin? None of those "freedoms" that you list necessarily make one "free"--they restrict the ability of the State to impose its control on the individual. But "freedom of speech" can lead to control and oppression, for people to become ensnared in sinful lives that are not exactly free.

Give me liberty or give me death.. What is the point of living if you have to live according to someone else?

As a human being, I have the freedom of conscientious.. Only when you mob up a society, you may be lacking this freedom.

We do have freedom from sin, it is just an individual responsibility.. We can't be morally babied all the time

That's what you're doing right now, isn't it? Everybody does. No person is free from the influence of others, so it's a matter of try to make the influences more positive and moral.

As a human being, I have the freedom of conscientious.. Only when you mob up a society, you may be lacking this freedom.

But the basis of your "conscientious" [sic] is what other people have told or influenced you what to think. One of the "mobs" out there is the "gay rights movement" which I'm sure has influenced you to believe that homosexuality is "normal".

We do have freedom from sin, it is just an individual responsibility.. We can't be morally babied all the time

I think you don't understand what I mean.

We (the west) were secularists way before Stalin and Lenin...

That's quite naive. While science may have been contributing to the secularization of Western society, Communism was an outright attempt to break from Christian society and went so far as to engage in religious persecution and the destruction of Christian institutions.

Tell me then, with more than 33,000 different sects and denominations of Christianity, many containing wildly divergent doctrinal views. how do you determine who is a true Christian and who is a false Christian?

The problem is that the fundamentalist literalists can appeal to the literal translation of the bible verses they prefer, while the liberal modernists have to make their appeals to reason and metaphorical use of the same verses. In the States, there is continual outrage over the publicity-whore Fred Phelps and his Westboro Baptist Church, protesting gay funerals and even the funerals of U.S. service men -- but when it comes to his religious dogma, there are very few commentaries from the mainstream, because Phelps is a classic five point Calvinist, and will use his doctrinal knowledge to justify every outrageous publicity stunt he can think up.

I don't determine that. If somebody says they're a Christian I take them at face value.

closeted homosexuals who were welcomed into the priesthood are still homosexuals, and making some pretense of celibacy doesn't change their inner desires. Put them in the company of young boys and teenage males and you might as well be leaving your cat in charge of the henhouse.

Pedophiles, not homosexuals, are attracted to young boys. There may be some homosexuals that are pedophiles, just as some heterosexuals are pedophiles, but they do not necessarily go hand in hand.
