Israel is attacking the human rights of Palestinian citizens not her own. I am sure N Korea has many human rights abuses of her own citizens. This is the country that the USA should have turned its attention to; Not Iraq. However, Israel should take responsibility for her own abuses instead of whining that everyone is picking on her. I think you are probably exaggerating. This is arbitration; probably both parties mus t agree to the process. But since polygamy is not legal in Canada; as an arbitration device this certainly would not allow or condone this practice. If I am wrong; show me government proof.

Wrong; I have seen such a list and Israel and the USA are near the top. They may treat their own citizens better than many other countries but do not abide by the rules concerning non citizens.

Because Canada territory could be the the one receiving collateral damage. Plus, we should not give moral support to a project that could have detrimental effects. It would not be "free" even though we do not need to contribute directly to the program. It would still cost Canadian taxpayers millions of dollars for a questionable program; it will cost us money whether we join or not protecting our land from possible fallout.
