IQ tests measure current academic abilities, not any sort of fixed,innate intelligence. In other words, a lack of education is not a lack of intelligence. Or in other words, dull knives can be sharpened.

Of course not. Just pointing out that IQ tests are not an accurate measure, especially due to it's western orientation.
