This is the game Marksman. It was done on purpose to garner a response and to hijack this thread with nonsense instead of bashing our PM. It's called spin, deflection and peripheral. You partisan liberals are so easy.

I don't want blue forever and I'm a card carrying/active CPC member. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The Liberals have proved that. They now feel that are the only party fit to govern. Because of their long reign in power their arrogance has grown so massive that they cannot see the errors they have been making. They even didn't feel that Adscam was a big deal at all. If the CPC remains in power for the next 13 years the same thing will happen. I think that after 10 years the government should change. We've just had 13 years of Liberals, now Canada needs 10 years of a conservative government then I'll most likely be looking for a change as well.

Why should he even bother trying to appease any urban people? They voted Liberal, they lost. They should be ignored and suffer as imo. Vote for the CPC or be ignored. You want things urbanites? Then vote for the government, the CPC and the RH Stephan Harper. All the urbanites do is slam our PM. SI he should take all that crap and still help them, I don't think so. I hope he ignores you all and rewards the ridings who actually voted for him, his caucus and his vision, everyone else should get nothing until the vote for the CPC.

I have no idea what that is. I choose to use our Prime Ministers title that he has earned. A PM has earned the right to use RH before his/her name legally for life. So I choose to take the high road and use the proper title of our PM. I happen to respect our democracy and its process which is less than I can say for many here.

I wholly despise WalMart and Mcdonald's, funny how every WalMart has a Mcdonald's in it, because of the way they treat their employees. The way they will close up shop before they allow the union to stand up for workers. Yes, yes I know. I'm a conservative and am part of a trade union. Unions have their place and are very important in certain situations. Some unions behaviour however gives many of them a bad name.

It doesn't matter who the leader of the LPC may be. Adscam tarnished the Liberal brand forever. The Liberals are looked at as not trustworthy and pandering to Quebec while ignoring the rest of the country. Under the Liberal party Ontario and Quebec get the PM's attention and the rest of country is largely ignored. Adscam and the way the LPC treats its friends will never be forgotten by the average taxpayer. The CPC will win some urban seats next election and march to a majority. The pendulum swings...

Ah marksman, your aim is so off. I almost feel sorry for your misguided personal salvos. Obviously The RH Stephan Harper plan inspired more confidence in Canadians than Mr. Dions lack of one did. Canadians handed Dion and his Liberals the worst defeat since Federation...hilarious to watch Liberals lick their wounds. Canada isn't listening to Liberals anymore. Adscam was the final straw. Canada doesn't want crooks in government. Which is why they voted for integrity, that integrity has a name. The name is Mr. Prime Minister and it belongs to the RH Stephan Harper. Personal attacks have no place in political discussion. Please do try to control your emotions.

It's unfortunate that Liberal supporters have little money and most likely never donate to their cause. Let's face it the Liberals have all the welfare moms and the professionally unemployed, see OCAP. I personally feel that neither Rae or Ignatieff will win the leadership race. Ignatieff is a Dion clone, an intellectual with little substance. Bob Rae is well Bob Rae, his own record will crush him. Tax and spend. Lead Ontario into the biggest deficits of all time. He will never be PM. The RH Stephan Harper cannot call the next election, the public will crucify him for it. Please stop saying this. Harper may force a party to vote him to non confidence but he himself will not dissolve government.

Sure if funny how when the CPC wins a seat it's bought and paid for but when the LPC does it's Canada's natural governing party. Is it so hard to believe that people don't like or trust the Liberals to run our country. With Adscam and now a new tax they want to ram through. So the Liberals steal our money behind our backs and now they want to steal our money in front of our faces? Canada said no more new taxes. We are taxed enough. Dion is so far removed from what Main St. wants he doesn't know a failed measure when he sees one.

Mr. Chretien and the Liberals had 41.3% of the vote. 1997 Mr. Chretien and the Liberals had 38.5% of the vote. 2000 Mr. Chretien and the Liberals had 40.8% of the vote. 2004 Mr. Martin and the Liberals had 36.7% of the vote.

So Bob Rae is a " great guy and good speaker"? Too bad he cannot run a party or a government or politic at all. Perhaps he needs to leave politics and go on the speaking tour.

Mr. Ignatiaf is a scholar like Dion is. Except he has very very little experience in politics at all, let alone running a campaign or a party. It makes me wonder how Liberal supporters would hand over the country to a man with under 5 years of political experience and let him run a country. No wonder the Liberals lost so badly, they cannot use common sense. I hope he does win. The CPC will sail to another landslide victory. It will be glorious.

Don't be a sore loser marksman. Mr. Dion had no plan at all, no policy, no organization, couldn't raise funds and didn't have any funds. He stated that he would spend the first 30 days as PM trying to come up with a plan. Mr. Dion had 2 years to get a plan, organize his party, get a platform and raise funds which he plainly couldn't do. He also had 2 years to comprehend basic English which i he also failed to do, miserably I might add. Pathetic.

I would like a response to the above quote. I know that the Left Wing voters like to agrue against the facts so here is another chance to do so.

I hope Dion is going to pay off his debts. He still owes $300,000 from his leadership race 2 years ago. The Liberals cannot raise any cash at all which I find hilarious. No money = no election win. Simple as that. So he still hasn't paid of his leadership debt from 2 years ago and he is questioning the integrity of the RH Stephan Harper. Hilarious.

I agree with you. The RH Stephan Harper should completely ignore the LPC as a rudderless ship without direction or plan and instead concentrate on the Bloc and NDP as the only opposition. Completely strip away any legitimacy the LPC has left. If he can get the other two parties on side to do the same thing it would embarrass the broken Liberal ship further. Now is not the time to for the RH Stephan Harper to back off of Dion and after he is gone, the LPC. Keep attacking Dion and the LPC. Force them retaliate and lash out, then brand them as cold partisans who don't care about the Canadian people and the Canadian families. Don;t let the Canadian people forget about the Adscam and the total defrauding of the Canadian people, which is why we cannot trust those arrogant Liberals ever again. They are already bankrupt and Dion still hasn't paid off his debt from the Leadership race...hilarious. Use that. The Liberals cannot raise any funds at all so attack them on all angles is what is needed to fully devastate that party.

When the Liberal party won those four elections in a row, 3 with Chretien and 1 with Martin, 60% of Canadians voted for someone other than the LPC. So the argument that the CPC isn't well liked by the majority of Canadians is rubbish as he has almost the same numbers as CHretien did or Martin did. Like it or not Brian Mulroney and the Conservatives ran the most successful election campaign in Canadian History.

There will be a NAU just as there is an AFrican Union, European Union and very soon the Asia Union. Why is it so hard to understand or believe? Will it dissolve our borders or country, no but they will become pretty much transparent for we three. The rest of the theories are outlandish to be sure but the structure itself will happen. No matter who is in power, it will not matter. The superhighway linking all three is already under construction. Look it up for yourselves for further proof. No conspiracy at all. Just fact.

Give me a break, weaponry? We aren't talking 5 and 6 year olds here. 10-12 year olds who know better. You had to be a really bad kid in order to get it and they had to call the parents and get permission before they could use it. Just knowing it was there was often enough. Ah btw I'm 33 years old and this was in Ontario until abut 1985 or so they took it out. Same time they took out the Lord's prayer from public school as well. It's funny though how the kids have gotten worse and worse since then though isn't it? I'm sure it had nothing to do with that at all. I got it once and look, I didn't turn green or crazy or anything.
