  1. Anything else intelligent to add?? This is NOT science fiction. The LRAD is being used - did you even bother to read the article? Or did you just have the need to make some stupid comment? If you go back and read the posted pieces you will see that this is not tinfoil hat territory - it is real and begs many questions. Of course, if you like the idea that anyone can beam a voice into your head - without your awareness or consent then you will do fine in this Brave New World. Just follow the orders and be a good unquestioning citizen!!
  2. August, while I understand the above and what you are saying it has absolutely nothing to do with the technology mentioned in the OP's links. We are not talking about 'the little voice' that everyone has inside their heads - this is a REAL technology which basically beams a voice into your brain. It is from outside and YOU have no defense against hearing it. It has nothing to do with mental illness. Please stay on topic.
  3. Sharkman, this must truly be the Christmas season - a time of miracles - because for ONCE I agree with you wholeheartedly. (You also seem to be the only one who actually read and understood the OP and its links!!) So, I'll take the big hammer and raise a sawzall!!
  4. I find this quite disturbing. Seems that the technology exists to beam voices straight into a person's head. No, this is NOT a tinfoil hat conspiracy - it is quite real and for me raises some very important questions as to the right of privacy in one's own mind. Recently an advertisement on a bill board in NYC employed this technology. Passersby 'heard' a voice inside their heads, some people were, to put in mildly, rather shocked. Here is the link to the article. (Note: I didn't feel like registering at Ad Age, so I have linked to another source where the article is printed in full). Excerpt: Now, it seems that the US military is also using this technology (LRAD), but of course with a little twist: They are putting the word of 'God' into people's heads: Death Ray Replaced By The Voice of God It seems to me that this technology violates the last place of privacy we have left: Our own minds. Thoughts??
  5. For those truly interested in Dr. Paul and his platform below is a link to a two part 30 minute tv special which will air Dec. 22 and 23 for the Iowa vote. Listening to the words of Ron Paul himself will go alot further than what a few partisan hacks here have to say. Ron Paul TV special for Iowa Part 1 Part 2 I gotta say about the only thing I disagree with him on is the abortion issue. Though IMO abortion is wrong - I still believe in a woman's right to choose - but NOT for late term abortions, only for first and partial second term (up to about four months). I know that's arbitrary, but I don't want to see the backroom hacks mutilating and killing women as it was when all abortion was illegal. Outside of that, which IMO is rather minor, this is about the only candidate (esp. among the Republican ranks) which has any kind of integrity and honour.
  6. Well Dr. Paul's Tea Party fundraiser went VERY well!! Move over John Kerry!!! The Ron Paul (Fundraising) Revolution Move over John Kerry, the best single-day primary fundraising record no longer belongs to the prodigious money-collecting machine of the man who won the 2004 nomination. Ron Paul is now the champ. Kerry collected $5.7 million on one day in 2004. Paul collected more than $6 million Sunday. And, unlike Kerry who raised his money from big donors on the day after he won the key primaries that secured him the Democratic nod, Paul is raising his money when it could actually help his quest for the Republican nomination. **** WhooooooHooooo!! Fantastic! REAL people opening their hearts and wallets! Ron's message is getting around!! Maybe democracy isn't dead in Yankville afterall!!! Congratulations to the few PATRIOTS left in the US! Well done! Dr. Paul is the Man!
  7. LOL!! While the Huckster is certainly nuts too - I'm not sure if he is a crazy as these folks.... Does he drive a nice mercedes????
  8. Drea, I get what you are saying. Others here may not, but I certainly do. I have avoided this thread for a few reasons (mostly due to the overwhelming bigotted responses by certain members who chose to focus on the Muslim thing), but when I read your heartfelt posts I felt I'd lend a supporting hand. Back years ago, in grades 7,8 and 9 I was dear friends with a lovely girl whose parents were recent arrivals from Hungary. They were terribley strict. She was often physically assaulted by her mother and father both - if caught wearing make-up or anything 'frilly'. Now, sometimes these altercations were very nasty, leaving bruises etc. I have no doubt that it could have become worse, but here father died and while her mother continued with the very strict rules she was not a physical threat to my friend any longer. She could easily have wound up dead - and if so - would this board be blaming the actions on their Hungarian Jewish heritage????? What nonsense. Some folk simply snap. IMO this is what happened here. I would wager this guy feels pretty awful right now, I don't think this is in any way an honour killing - it's a terrible accident which resulted from a situation which was out of control. Anyway, carry on blaming the brown people - I'm outta here.
  9. Well, this is downright sickening, and we have those crazy Christians to thank for it!! Wooo hooo!! Children are targets of Nigerian witch hunt excerpts: The article is rather long, and you may need to pick your jaw up off the floor a few times - but well worth the read. Fundies are quite simply: NUTS Sickening... just sickening. I will now wait for the xtians to come on here and defend this sort of behaviour on the parts of these so called holy men and women. Frikkin' crazy.
  10. Shucks Rue, I'll take a looksy - but I don't celebrate Xmas. Winter Solstice perhaps, but Christmas - not really. Oh, and I am quite well aware of Brenner's 'failings' yet he makes many good points. There was collusion - esp in the beginning as both the WZO and the JA had the SAME goal as the Nazis - to get the Jews out of Europe. You seem to think that I agree with these methods, I don't - but I will also not turn a blind eye to what I believe is one of the most damaging alliances for Jews in the Diaspora - that being the Zionist cause. It has turned Israel into an Apartheid state, arguably worse than SA wrt Occupied Palestine. I as a human will not support that, as a Jew I would think you would know better than to support the racist policies of the Israeli Admins as well. Funny how the abused becomes the abuser eh Rue????? Happy Channukah Rue, Shalom.
  11. We are kinder and more humane to our animals. Latimer should be allowed to go home, to reunite with his family. The state has stolen the suriving children's Father, time which can never be replaced. It is shameful.
  12. Thanks for the link Drea, I'll check out the vid!! Oh and LMAO wrt the 'bow tie pasta' I agree with you about Germany and the German people. I have often wondered why Stalin is no where near as vilified, or how this has not been transferred to the Russian people as the recollection of Hitler's crimes are heaped onto the German populace. Odd to say the least.
  13. I believe it's in his biographies/memoirs jbg, it's been written about by various scholars (oh but of course Mr. Brenner is on the SHIT list. What are you surprised that Gurion would say this? Why? he wasn't exactly mr. pacifist (kinda more a freedom fighter/terrorist actually). "If I knew that it was possible to save all the children of Germany by transporting them to England, and only half by transferring them to the Land of Israel, I would choose the latter, for before us lies not only the numbers of these children but the historical reckoning of the people of Israel." -- David Ben-Gurion (Quoted on pp 855-56 in Shabtai Teveth's Ben-Gurion in a slightly different translation). Here are few other gems attributed to that sweet old fella: "We must expel Arabs and take their places." -- David Ben Gurion, 1937, Ben Gurion and the Palestine Arabs, Oxford University Press, 1985. "There has been Anti-Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault? They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?" -- Quoted by Nahum Goldmann in Le Paraddoxe Juif (The Jewish Paradox), pp. 121-122. "Jewish villages were built in the place of Arab villages. You do not even know the names of these Arab villages, and I do not blame you because geography books no longer exist. Not only do the books not exist, the Arab villages are not there either. Nahlal arose in the place of Mahlul; Kibbutz Gvat in the place of Jibta; Kibbutz Sarid in the place of Huneifis; and Kefar Yehushua in the place of Tal al-Shuman. There is not a single place built in this country that did not have a former Arab population." -- David Ben Gurion, quoted in The Jewish Paradox, by Nahum Goldmann, Weidenfeld and Nicolson, 1978, p. 99. "Let us not ignore the truth among ourselves ... politically we are the aggressors and they defend themselves... The country is theirs, because they inhabit it, whereas we want to come here and settle down, and in their view we want to take away from them their country." -- David Ben Gurion, quoted on pp 91-2 of Chomsky's Fateful Triangle, which appears in Simha Flapan's "Zionism and the Palestinians pp 141-2 citing a 1938 speech. MonaBaker You can look up more quotes here Many people say many rather tasteless things, but they DO say them. No different than say Ahmedinejad saying he wants to 'wipe Israel off the map' - ohhh wait - he didn't actually say that did he? Pffft.... what ever jbg. Hey, jbg I just found another little linky for you (man you don't look very hard do you?????) NY Times Archives Letter to the Editor In his review of Shabtai Teveth's ''Ben-Gurion: The Burning Ground 1886-1948'' (June 21) Martin Gilbert mistakenly reports that Mr. Teveth does not cite David Ben-Gurion's controversial remark to a 1938 Mapai Central Committee meeting: ''If I knew that it was possible to save all the children of Germany by transporting them to England, and only half by transferring them to the Land of Israel, I would choose the latter, for before us lies not only the numbers of these children but the historical reckoning of the people of Israel.'' The quotation does appear (in a slightly different translation) on pages 855-56 of Mr. Teveth's text. I might add that, given Ben-Gurion's Zionist convictions, there is nothing especially surprising about the sentiment he expressed on that occasion. Mr. Teveth rightly points out that, for Ben-Gurion the Zionist, only a Jewish state could provide an enduring and authentic resolution to the Jewish question. Any rescue operation outside the Zionist framework was - in Ben-Gurion's words - ''witch doctor's medicine'' that would only perpetuate the misery of the Jewish people. Indeed, at least in the early years of the Nazi regime, Ben-Gurion actively opposed any such rescue efforts, precisely because they might have resolved - or from the Zionist perspective, might have appeared to resolve - the Jewish question without a Jewish state. Unfortunately, on this crucial point Mr. Teveth repeatedly cites the failure of the 1938 Evian Conference to solve the problem of Jewish refugees as evidence that the West was indifferent to their fate, thereby confirming Ben-Gurion's Zionist convictions. But what was Ben-Gurion's approach to Evian? Let me quote from another recent biography, Dan Kurzman's ''Ben-Gurion: Prophet of Fire'' (1983): ''The Jews could have only one destination -Eretz Yisrael. So in June 1938, shortly before Allied representatives met in Evian, France, to seek ways of rescuing Jews, Ben-Gurion frankly voiced his concern to colleagues in the Jewish Agency Executive. He did 'not know if the conference will open the gates of other countries. . . . But I am afraid [ it ] might cause tremendous harm to Eretz Yisrael and Zionism. . . . Our main task is to reduce the harm, the danger and the disaster . . . and the more we emphasize the terrible distress of the Jewish masses in Germany, Poland and Rumania, the more damage we shall cause.' So be silent, Ben-Gurion cautioned his comrades. . . . And in the silence . . . Evian failed.'' NORMAN G. FINKELSTEIN New York (thank you Norman - ooops jbg another Jew on the SHIT list
  14. Well Scribblet, at least you and I can agree about the CHRC and their 'tribunals'. That the CIC is using them just shows they have learned from those who have exploited this censored filled body before!! While no fan of Steyn's, I support his right to be as bigotted as a wants. At least it's out in the daylight for all to see. The problem of stifling debate is that it drives these thoughts underground, where they can fester and become truly dangerous. Sunlight is the best disinfectant!!
  15. Yep... couldn't say it better myself!! Keep up the good work Drea!! (I wonder whether the FSM is allowed in Germany... )
  16. Keep in mind that the World Zionist Organisation discouraged countries from accepting the Jews, since they wanted them to go to Israel (then of course British Mandate Palestine). Ben Gurion himself belies this fact: “If I knew that it was possible to save all the children in Germany by transporting them to England, but only half of them by transporting them to Palestine, I would choose the second—because we face not only the reckoning of those children, but the historical reckoning of the Jewish people.” The Zionists and the National Socialists were pretty much on the same page for a long time leading up to the onset of WW2 and even for a while during it. Don't kid yourselves. Here is a review (I don't know who the reviewer is, I just grabbed this off google - as I was thinking of Brenners tireless work exposing the links between the Zionist elites and the Nazis). Review of 51 Documents: Zionist Collaboration with the Nazis, Brenner Brenner isn’t the first writer to address the mostly taboo subject of how the Zionist leadership cooperated with the Nazis. Rolf Hilberg’s seminal “The Destruction of European Jews”; Hannah Arendt’s “Eichmann in Jerusalem”; Ben Hecht’s “Perfidy”; Edwin Black’s “The Transfer Agreement”; Francis R. Nicosia’s “The Third Reich and the Palestine Question”; Rudolf Vrba and Alan Bestic’s “I Cannot Forgive”; and Rafael Medoff’s “The Deadening Silence: American Jews and the Holocaust,” also dared, with varying public success. After the Holocaust began in 1942, Eichmann dealt regularly with Dr. Rudolf Kastner, a Hungarian Jew, whom he considered a “fanatical Zionist.” Kastner was later assassinated in Israel as a Nazi collaborator. At issue then, however, was the bargaining over the eventual fate of Hungary’s Jews, who were slated for liquidation in the Nazi-run death camps. Eichmann said this about Kastner, the Zionist representative, “I believe that [he] would have sacrificed a thousand or a hundred thousand of his blood to achieve his political goal. He was not interested in old Jews or those who had become assimilated into Hungarian society. ‘You can have the others,’ he would say, ‘but let me have this group here.’ And because Kastner rendered us a great service by helping keep the deportation camps peaceful. I would let his groups escape.” Readers, too, will be surprised to learn, that after the Nuremberg Anti-Jewish Race Laws were enacted in Sept., 1935, that there were only two flags that were permitted to be displayed in all of Nazi Germany. One was Hitler’s favorite, the Swastika. The other was the blue and white banner of Zionism. The Zionists were also allowed to publish their own newspaper. The reasons for this Reich-sponsored favoritism was, according to the author: The Zionists and the Nazis had a common interest, making German Jews emigrate to Palestine. As early as June 21, 1933, the German Zionist Federation was sending a secret memorandum to the Nazis, which said, in part: “It is our opinion that an answer to the Jewish question truly satisfying to the national state [German Reich] can be brought about only with the collaboration of the Jewish movement that aims as a social, cultural and moral renewal of Jewry- -indeed, that such a national renewal must first create the decisive social and spiritual premises for all solutions...”
  17. Rue, I am not going to bother responding to your novels. You make false statements inferring I said things which I NEVER did (Israel bad - I never, ever have said that). So, sorry darling - I'm not playing with you on this one. If you would like to address what I have actually said, then quote it and respond. Quit making crap up. Cheers
  18. What is with this bloody reply feature??? I hit the darn space bar and it automatically posts!! What rubbish. Grrrrrr Anyway, here are a few headlines we won't see in NA: srael considering strike on Iran despite US intelligence report excerpt: Senior Israeli officials warned today they were still considering the option of a military strike against Iran, despite a fresh US intelligence report that concluded Tehran was no longer developing nuclear weapons. Although Israel argues that it wants to see strong diplomatic pressure put on Iran, it is reluctant to rule out the threat of a unilateral military attack. Matan Vilnai, Israel's deputy defence minister, told Army Radio today: "No option needs to be off the table." **** Israel warns Iran to co-operate or pay price excerpt: ISRAEL has warned Iran to either co-operate with the West over its uranium enrichment program or face military action. Ron Prosor, Israel's newly appointed ambassador to Britain and one of his country's leading experts on Iran's nuclear program, said that Tehran could enrich enough uranium to make an atomic bomb by 2009. "At the current rate of progress, Iran will reach the technical threshold for producing fissile material by 2009," he said. "This is a global threat and it requires a global response. "It should be made clear that if Iran does not co-operate, then military confrontation is inevitable. It is either co-operation or confrontation." **** The above two pieces echo the sentiment already mentioned in this thread. I think it important to realize the loudest war drums are played by the extreme right in Israel and the Amen corner (and Lobby) in the US. Israel must be really ticked about this NIE report!! Israeli Firsters and Amen Corner in the US are claiming a conspiracy rooted in - wait for it - yep!! Anti-semitism!! Still, though it sure shows WHO is really calling for the destruction of another state - HINT - it is NOT Iran who is wanting to 'wipe' a certain group off the map, as the above articles, among countless others clearly demonstrates.
  19. You're very welcome Drea - I'm glad to see that some here have found it useful. Oh, and thanks for the 'transcripts' - good idea - since the naysayers probably won't even bother to spend four minutes watching it!! (They'll just interject with their typical knee-jerk comments, void of any meaningful content).
  20. You are very welcome! Do you have a link to the Goldman Sachs takeover? I missed the news last night. Oh, and welcome to the board!
  21. Well said, I agree for the most part. Though I'd like to add that there are MANY Americans who are just as against this movement as many of us. Thus, while saying it is an 'American' takeover I think a better term would be 'Globalist/Corporatist' takeover. Though outside of that nit-picky thingy I agree - the alignment of laws is called for throughout the spp. Hence the tougher drug sentencing introduced by Herr Harper. Stealth invasions are successful when the populace are asleep - sadly I think may in this nation are out cold.
  22. Okay, I was feeling kinda bitchy yesterday. I just think you could have been nicer about it. Remind Aras in a polite way - instead you were kinda rude - just like him. You could also simply pm Charles and allow him to either remove it, or add the link and cut it too an excerpt. When I've acted as mod I have often placed a link where members forgot and then warned them to please include one next time. Pardon me if my tone was rather bossy. I'm not usually so finicky. Though I am sensitive to censorship and thought the Cook article was a rather good one, and didn't want the baby thrown out with the bathwater. Too bad that Aras posted it though - as I think he was here to only troll and deface. Anyways, sorry for the misunderstanding.
  23. I too question whether he was anything he claimed to be frankly. More likely a trouble maker pretending to be Muslim in order to sow more derision. I call false flag on this one. (Which is why I refrained from supporting his posts - even though some of the links provided were fine on their own). I've seen this game played before, it's baiting and pushing, flaming and trolling. Not to mention boring. Gee Moxie, do you find it odd that we are agreeing on things lately?
  24. Oh Scott, this was a response to your lovely little slur against me here: I know you didn't call me by name Scotty, but you've used the spoon reference often in regards to me. Nice little personal attack I'd say - since I in no way have blamed the Jews for the current state of the world - unlike your constant blaming of the brown people and those terrorist Muslims who are hiding under your bloody pillow at night!! You own fears betray you Scotty. Anyway I stand by my assessment, that you are the biggest victim here - and now you are objectified!! Very special indeed!!
  25. LOL Well at the very least there is an actual PAPER trail to follow in Russia (If I am not mistaken). Unlike the recent two elections in the US.... Black Box Voting Despite Putins failings, he has done a pretty good job of ridding his land of looters. This bodes well with ordinary people. For interest some of you may want to take a gander at this little doc: The Rise and Fall of the Russian Oligarchs .
