the numbers make no sense to me http://www.ctv.ca/CTVNews/TopStories/20111204/will-perimeter-deal-help-canada-crack-down-on-ei-cheats-111204/ does canada really loose over 1 billion in EI fraud from people working in the us? it sounds like paying 100$ to save 50. yeah now all they need to do is make business rather than debt.... you can have access..................,,...... ....... but we can only buy american... uhhuh,,, uhuhuh, ONLY 2 DAYS AWAY!!!!! http://www.montrealgazette.com/business/Border+pact+tops+agenda+White+House/5805734/story.html It is great how this agreement to improve mobility will do nothing to improve mobility, but rather require more intelligence to be analyzed, and present more oppourtu nties for complications due to disse ting opinion resulting in more denials and more court situations, it is fun y that this measure to hekp corps and business execs comes with lower taxes for corps and seemingly point after point of violations and problems for average canadians This is total bs, I don;t even travel to the us yet the ca adian governme t js goi gto give my trave, ite erary to the.. The security agreement with the United States is expected to include an entry-exit system allowing the U.S. to monitor people entering or leaving Canada. Furthermore, OFAC also holds that U.S. citizens also may not receive goods or services for free from any Cuban national, eliminating any attempts to circumvent the regulation based on that premise. " indirect attack on toronto economy Via Canada A common practice for U.S. citizens traveling to Cuba via Canada is a two-leg flight: a flight booking for a flight to (and from) Canada and then a separate booking for the flight to (and from) Cuba. The two legs must be booked separately, as airlines such as Air Canada prohibit the booking of U.S. origin passengers to Cuba. Alternately, one could drive or be driven across the border and dropped off in a Canadian city, and proceed to depart from there. This is more easily done for people near Detroit or New York, as non-stop flights to Havana depart from either Montreal or Toronto. Or what of this "gglave Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Vancouver, Canada Programs: Aeroplan Elite Posts: 2,612 >A German national can gain entry into the >U.S. with a Cuban stamp in his/her passport. are those the prices for 55 and 5000000000098387 israeli jets? or did you sleep through 2009 - 2010 and you are trolling using an ampersand on those figures. the only reason these things are being made is so they are flown seen and egagable 6g aircraft don't fit tbose criteria. It is anhuge waste of money if the us is just upgrading f16s canada is runing a deficit and huge debt.. get rid of that first and just make some horrible air disoersable plauge with no vacine if push comes to shove, what good is sovereignty for a debt enslaved state? understand technology advances.. we now have stuff that is faster than light existing for the 1-2 hours these things fly each day it will cost the tax payer 5-10 million dollars day in and day out for the next 20 years -
I don't think it is necisary for american cops to be armed in canada or have powers of jurisdiction or immunities et vice versa. canada and the us are two seperate states and jurisidctions. I do not agree to surender to a foreign law while in canada it is a false arrest. while havi g help from another cou try's cops as a liason is totally legit.. things like information sharing and and operations - especially armed operations are in a totally different realm. sadly it presents a risk to individuals rights being protected and thus preserving the legitimacy of trial. Having the armed dea agents operate in canada IS NOT acceptable. us law enforceme t in canada may just cause friction and legal problems. if it isnlt a state of emergency why go outside canada for help? also sharibg data on undercover oos egc... may reduce canadas national security efficiency add http://www.cannabisculture.com/articles/3261.html and and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSUGY8qV6Jc

this is why taxpayer defined donations are the only means of fair service delivery. Transitioning to a 0 income tax base and subscriber based fees for non essential services is the only way the political econonmy can be removed from the oligarchy of the ruling class The education system and immigrant testing requirements should be sufficient to insure that most of the public service tasks are known by an educated public.. this while insuring the government streamlines public demands so it is kept lay instead of legalize. There are many technological capacities that would replace 99% of any public need for a public serivce. Parliament can make comittees or royal comissions and force people to give professional information at the bar if it needs to. Offering more post for voluntary service provisioning and pushing civil service requirements on senators and members of commons is a way more seats equals more service.. that and getting the second and thurd ect place finishers ombuds person roles as public servants, serving their constituents, You don't know how you see the inside but the public ought to be the civil service.. it is civil defence and public order that the feds should, along side the fubancial system be conse trating on, what don't they know? This isn't reasuring, If there arn't services the oublic is willing to lay for what is the point there is only so much free money the government ca make before superinflation kicks in - and that is the window they have to pay their costs. I'm all for more crown corps but we need to put people where they are needed.. just axing people isn't good though.. they should be rolling them off with non essential service into crown corps to see if the governme t will support their services.. operating them as not for profits or for profits... have sime grant rollover funding for them and see if their services will be supported by the public. But just before christmas my god, -
U.S. F-35 program could be on chopping block
William Ashley replied to olp1fan's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Dude, 3x the price is not similar you are talking about atleast a 150 million dollar per plane price variation that means Israel can get 2 jets for evey jet canada buys I hope you don't believe what you are saying this is the difference Israeli versions are modifiable... canadian versions arn't -- who got the better deal? F-35A The F-35A is the conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) variant intended for the US Air Force and other air forces. It is the smallest, lightest F-35 version and is the only variant equipped with an internal cannon, the GAU-22/A. This 25 mm cannon is a development of the GAU-12 carried by the USMC's AV-8B Harrier II. It is designed for increased effectiveness against ground targets compared to the 20 mm M61 Vulcan cannon carried by other USAF fighters. The F-35A is expected to match the F-16 in maneuverability and instantaneous and sustained high-g performance, and outperform it in stealth, payload, range on internal fuel, avionics, operational effectiveness, supportability, and survivability.[250] It is expected to match an F-16 that is carrying the usual external fuel tank in acceleration performance.[251] It also has an internal laser designator and infrared sensors, equivalent to the Sniper XR pod carried by the F-16, but built in to reduce radar cross section. The A variant is primarily intended to replace the USAF's F-16 Fighting Falcon. It is also to replace the A-10 Thunderbolt II starting in 2028. F-35I F-35A with Israeli modifications. A senior Israel air force official stated "the aircraft will be designated F-35I, as there will be unique Israeli features installed in them". The United States will not allow the integration of Israel's own electronic warfare systems into the aircraft’s built-in electronic suite. However, a plug-and-play feature added to the main computer will allow for the use of Israeli electronics in an add-on fashion. Israel will be able to fit its own external jamming pod and plans to install its own air-to-air missiles and guided bombs in the F-35’s internal weapon bays.[254] In July 2011, it was reported that the U.S. had agreed to allow Israel to install their own electronic warfare systems and missiles in their F-35s in the future.[255] Israel Aerospace Industries has considered playing a role in the development of a proposed two-seat F-35. An IAI executive stated, "There is a known demand for two seats not only from Israel but from other air forces. Advanced aircraft are usually two seats rather than single seats." the fact the orignal price ballooned more than 200% and was delayed 2+ years is a totally different matter, it is a bitter irony this thing was developed out of the Common Affordable Lightweight Fighter (CALF) and costs more than a raptor -

it still irks me that israel is getting 55 of these for 2 billion while canada is paying many times more than that http://www.upi.com/Business_News/Security-Industry/2011/11/18/Israel-has-fingers-crossed-on-F-35-deal/UPI-78011321632382/?spt=hs∨=si that less than 37 mil a peice canada is paying 4+X than amount.. and Canada is a air defence partner of the US in Norad -
The new plastic 100$ bill !
William Ashley replied to GostHacked's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
I've encountered a few, smaller places are more often.. trust in taking the bill may play part of the role in taking it or not. Like I can look good or creepy depending on how I do my hair and dress and act so I've gotten quite a range of responses from people. I don't like hundreds unless I have many thousands of dollars on me because they arn't as well accepted at smaller stores with limited till cash. $20 are generally accepted bill.. you would almost never be denied a $20 taken. A small business who looses a 100$ can actually be substantial.. big stores may not be as big of a deal but I do recall a large store or two not taking hundreds... In mexico you try to use a hundred at a store then you might get turned down or sent a a cahjera, it is totally understanble small businesses that are eeking out their existence don't want to take the risk of counterfits of large sums This is why a simple serial tracking system and report of ownership transfer of these bills through an automated system would keep trusted money much safer, for sums of a substantial amount.eg ownership of $500 and $1000 bills with registration at banks etc.. after that you are dealing with tbills anyway. Allowing the bills to be paypass or interact readable would allow them to be hooked into a tracking network for securing the bills as "good". There are simple novel ways of increasing efficiency of currency. it would also stop theft to a degree also... It might also inhibit illicit money laundering. -

the only thing I've noticed bad so far is that it creases very easily. then keeps the lines in the clear part. So if it gets bent and creased it will keep an L shape with a crease in it. It has me wonder how many times it can bend back and forth before it breaks. -
Canada's Involvement in Syria
William Ashley replied to William Ashley's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
two people a girl and her father were shot in labanon near the border today.. seige of a town gunfire heard from the other side. Un today state dthat action must be taken to preserve human life. Turkey wants to set up its own zone by occupying part of Syria, China and Russia say that parties wish to destabalize and escalate the conflict are smuggling arms into the country - and that NATO abused the Libya measure so they will not support an intervention in Syria. -

The goverment is in debt choices are obvious. 1. Raise Taxes. 2. Lower Wages 3. Reduce Staffing Levels 4. Reduce Expenses 5. Redifine Service Offerings 6. Fees for Service. All these restrictions on employers is bs, same goes for unions - employment is a contract between a worker and an employee if you don't have a legal one don't complain when you are put out for slaughter. IT IS NOT FAIR TO EXTORT MONEY FROM PEOPLE FOR SERVICES THEY DON'T WANT! YOU WANT IT PAY FOR IT OR SHUT YOUR MOUTH ABOUT COMPLAINING ABOUT JOE BLOWS LOST JOB! THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD CREATE WORK PROGRAMS AND CROWN CORPS BASED ON DEMANDED SERVICES. END OF STORY IF THERE IS NO DEMAND THERE IS NO WORK AND THEY MUST PRINT OR TAX THE RICH.. THIS IS NOT COMPLEX! FIRING SKILLED EMPLOYEES IS NOT THE OPTION REDIRECTING THEM TO INCOME EARNING PROGRAMS IS WHERE IT IS AT AND THERE IS LOTS OF EFFICIENCY SUCH AS STARTING GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATED COOP FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUCH AS COMMUNITY HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEMS AND FOOD GREENHOUSES AND A BILLION OTHER SOCIAL PROGRAMS THAT WILL PAY FOR THEMSELVES YEAR AFTER YEAR... WE HAVE EXCESS SO TAX THE RICH BY DILUTING THE WEALTH WITH MORE CURRENCY IF THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT OF WORK BUT PUT THE POOR TO WORK ON THESE COMMUNITY PROJECTS BUT REAL PROJECTS THAT REALLY HELP THE COMMUNITY BY MAKING IT MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE! TAX FOREIGN TRANSFERS OF MONEY LEAVING CANADA THAT IS ALL IT NEEDS! KEEP THE WEALTH AND PUT PEOPLE TO WORK - apprentiship and cooperative education are not unwork. If they don't want the work that is fine but let them find their own survival they end up in the health stream if they are on deaths door... if they refuse that let them die the religious order of jains just lie down and die starving themself to death as the highest statement of self control. Preservation of the self is a defence at law so if people commit crimes to protect their life it is legal.. so what is the deal.. if it is theft from someone with food in that type of society who cares... let it go but the principles are simple. Live and let live and we are all going to die some day it is just what we make of the here and now and no man should be on the back of another. Take what you can get but don't expect anything the world doesn't give you. The only secure job is self employment and a means to live in that employment. My hopes go to the good people who deserve and have a desire to live both they andtheir families... -

Should 16 years old be allowed to vote?
William Ashley replied to Topaz's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
nonsense. Most politicians are conmen anyway. Why is money for votes wrong? Buy them with cash or promises that give them cash... seems cash is a faster answer. fact is they don't have the money to pay until after they take it from your pocket. If people can get 5$ out of it rather than nothing more to them. If people sell their support that cheap that is that. People can also change their vote anytime.. so ta,e the 5 bucks and vote for someone else 2 seconds later. So much for being a dupe, then atleast you can change your mind once the baby kissing is done, People with more kids should have more say - its them who are going to have to live with the choices made today, their interests should be looked out for, and the person who does that is their gaurdian, not somemfaceless chairperson of a party they don't even vote for. sorry your arguments lack morality or insight, sadly no proxy would be done by a cost effective built in systems. most cost ineeficiencies are caused by lazy over priced public servants - while some are hard working others do nothing with their dead time. I made an automated system that lowers the cost of elections. Sorry try agao\in, the current system is corruot disenfranchising and representative of 150 year old beast that has never provided the universal rights of sufferage or provided for the constitutional rights of all citizens of canada. -
Should 16 years old be allowed to vote?
William Ashley replied to Topaz's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
My devised social policy is to give every citizen a vote, in a citizens assembly - they can proxy this vote. Youth would proxy their vote to their legal gaurdian or power of attorney until they are of age of majority. This age is generally ruled by the courts to be equivolent to non young offender. They could however consult with their guardian to make thier wishes known, it would be up for the gaurdian to look out for their interests. Individuals could also opt to arrange for a vote by proxy by assigning their vote to an individual. Within my social system, the composition of representatives is determined by proxy - individuals vote always exists for every vote thus in essence every vote is a plebisite. For seating during discusion or submissions there is a formula to provide for high medium and low vote speaking rights, with groups of proxies able to pool their votes for speaking rights. Seating is also determined in the same manner. But to answer your question - should they be given a vote YES, every full citizen should have a vote. Voting age however should be 19 since that is the line between adult and child at law for determining mens rhea.If they are independent and responsible at law, yes they should have a vote when they are in majority. Otherwise their vote should be passed to their guardian. AND everyone able to vote should be able to proxy that vote. People under 19 however should be able to apply for majority status with the courts. It is really against the constitution if fundamental justice is not involved to breach individuals charter right to be free from discrimination by age. It is also important to note that individuals under youth age require friends of the court for representation and often parents are legally responsible for their childs action. As long as someone is a minor they are not legal persons in full, they are the charge of their guardian. But geuss who can vote in 3 years. -

Canada at war with Iran
William Ashley replied to William Ashley's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
This as Britain boots all Iranian diplomatic staff from the UK, as less than two months remain before Busherh goes online. Bombing an active nuclear reactor is a little different than a non active reactor. Any other staff from NATO states left? does canada have anyone there? -
time is money if the edia won't covermthe issues then ma6be the opposition should bukd medianyou know communication that people listen to. these stall limitnthe gocernments rape of opposition values by limiting the amount of law that can be introduced. fact is though it makes more sense just to do mega omnibuses each day but the fact is they only have so much to do, and it is year 1... what is left? its just organizational realignment. if people can't think for themselves what does it matter. 57 ammendments isn't alot its the system it is a majority, but no it ain't parliamentary rule as that exists for the benefit of the minority to question the majority. personally why giv people time to adjust, mjust push them through the ice and let them take a good swim, and make their own minds up, if the conditions are sink or swim. form your own government if you don't like it. there is nothing illegal about peaceful overthrow overthrow bypassive resistance denial of access and self provision don't waste your breath its the system and the peoplemit breads, you can only dependnon yourse;f to provide for you,

The scale of what is occyuring I have never seen before Libya is stating it is supplying weapons to attack syria technically libya is at war with syria http://www.smh.com.au/world/libya-to-arm-rebels-in-syria-20111126-1o088.html Turkey also.. this while iran says it will attack israel's nuclear sites and turkey - and europe just last month ergodan was on about insuring aid got to palestine even if it meant sending the turkish navy fundamentalist islamists are taking over north africa officially and the muslim brotherhood is surging from the underground while some say that they will prepare for war with israel... pakistan was just attacked with 40 soilders targetted by the us meanwhile an election year in the us where the main candidates against obama say they will bomb iran. of course the election aint due before the Bushere goes online, so what gives? are they going to bomb an active nuclear site?

Horvath looks to remove HST from Hydro/Heating
William Ashley replied to Boges's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
I don't like taxes period. "So if this can be breeched without suffering penalties for breach of contract. Why not take the money and run by removing all HST? Reintorucing a new tax bill if they require it. It sounds like this just going to increase expenses. The real solution is introducing a low income rebating for people of low income to cover their basoc cost such as heat or subsidize only low income people suffering hardship due to high heating costs If hst can be adjusted without breach of the federal deal reduce everything to 0% and introduce a new tax but in reality my tax system is far better as it is tax for those with money not those without, and not based on income but wealth, providing people pay down their debts, a debt tax is needed though until public debt is removed the government could also introduce a provincial geothermal venting program also to provide communities geothermal vents to remove the need for energy at the rate it is now. Drill holes in cities groud for geothermal. There are relativeky wealthy single home owners doing this but it could be done on a community / block etc., basis.. these steps will reduce heating costs AND upgrade infrastructure.. not just this year but every year.. we need fiscally responsible solutions. Going in debt is not one, the only type of going under that should be done is to implement a home infrastructure development program to monopolize on natural heat everyting rolled out into communities of the province. It is a horible oversight that the sewage system hasn't been incorporated into a heat exchange system to provide heat exchange loops, to provide natural heating and cooling of homes, Tthe public needs to realize that just cutting taxes is not the answer you need to solve the problem that put the taxes there in the first place. there are tons of options for community programs that should channal these hst costs to actually save people money. http://www.unitedpowerenergy.com/FREE-Waste-Water-Geothermal.html http://www.novathermalenergy.com/ better yet put the unemployed and welfare type to work providing the labour.. and community service orders. -
What can't you understand about the fact that ownership is a social concept that doesn't really exist. It is only by encultured concepts of ownership and social system that greed and possesiveness exist. While you can argue ownwership is a useful thing, you cannot argue it is static finite or neccesary. It really doesn't exist. Laws are made to delegate ownership. But even the state delegates what can be owned or not, and reserves the right to take anything. Ownership though for those freed from the confines of state recognize that use of material is delegated by needs of insuring the universal rights of humanity, not to acquire capital or due to claimation for which much of Canada and the US were claimed under unilateral proclaimation by a monarch or congress, it occupied and colonized land but that did not actuakly happen outside of fixed confines of statism, It is free and for all as all things are, guided only by judgement of what is reasonably required to provide for the needs of humanity. These states do not recognize the universal rights of mankind and thus are criminal states. Oppressprs and tyrants of the free - miltants resorting to forced enslavement of those who are free and non possessor. They will burn in hell in time though the godless corrupted and unfaithful scum. forcing their will on others for their own selfish greed.
