You missed to part from the judge who said there was no evidence to show the party approved or condoned that use of its data. This is old stuff repeated over and over. They are claiming that their bogus claims were filed in the "public interest". This is the same argument used by the person who tried to get Rob Ford removed from office in Toronto, as if overturning democratic elections is in the public interest.

Agreed. I haven't seen anything anywhere from actual conservatives saying they want a leadership review. All of this is being pushed by the left with no basis in fact. IMO they are dreaming and Aug.91 is right, we'll see one more term for Harper, then my guess is it will swing back to the Liberals.

They are repeating a Liberal attack ad from 2006 , which shows that people really do buy into those attack ads.
