  1. No its not, it called 'variation' and not all experiments will produce the exact same result.
  2. Ah a sarcastic antagonizing comment, why am I not surprise.
  3. Missed it, but this article on the site caught my attention. http://www.sunnewsnetwork.ca/sunnews/world/archives/2013/02/20130204-144545.html
  4. Translation: they commit logical fallacy all the time.
  5. DUI versus small clump of dead vegetative matter, yeah that's a fair comparison.
  6. No women or minorities in prime time shows I guess. Show me a link on their website of a female or minority cast member like they did for the cast of prime time show.
  7. The book is so.....complex and rather vague in a lot of ways. That saying, I don't think anyone can correctly say who has the appropriate teaching of the bible and who doesn't. The bible simply listed stories that was added to it, I don't see it saying what part of it you need to follow or anything. This got me thinking, is the bible even meant to be followed or rather a collection of stories that people didn't want to get lost? It was probably difficult and costly back in the era to make copies of multiple books with limited technology, and it may have been easier to copy them by lumping them all in one collective book.
  8. Sure looks like it... http://i47.tinypic.com/dljk79.png
  9. I don't see why they need to, it was someone's opinion with a poorly constructed argument.
  10. Had to quote this because it true. How is OWN given more privilege than Sun News? Viewership statistic. Poor argument since the news show isn't blocked. Yeah white angry dudes shouting at each other while making funny faces can be refreshing....
  11. ....good question I'm not sure. I have a feeling that U.S pennies will be rejected by Canadian businesses due to their singular digit value.
  12. Maybe because more people like watching Oprah then some angry dudes on Sun News? First of all: 1) CBC is crown owned, Sun news isn't. 2) It would be the ultimate hypocrisy if Sun News demanded public funding because they once venomously opposed it. 3) If Sun News want to make themselves more accessible, try getting a station channel that isn't far out obscure in space (where I live Sun News is on channel 114, while all the other news channel (about 7 of 'em) are from channel 15 to 45).
  13. A baby cannot survived termination, as terminating something ends it. Try finding the proper term Shady. Example: If a baby was naturally born from the womb and then killed by someone, it would be murder.
  14. If Candlemas be fair and bright, Winter has another flight. If Candlemas brings clouds and rain, Winter will not come again. ~old English poem in reference to Groundhog day

  15. People who lashes out at the concept of climate change are the ones with little understanding in the topic.
  16. They do not survived, otherwise it wouldn't be termed abortion.
  17. Ha, I'll remember to used that sentence irl debating ;p
  18. Abortion: the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy. A baby cannot survive an abortion. To suggest otherwise, like you did shady, would be an oxymoron.
  19. Looking at Scandinavian countries with a larger centralized government than the US, and having a much narrower range of income inequality....
  20. Using Chrome, I click on option and then zoom to enlarge the screen by whatever %. Currently I have the zoom between 110% and 125% for this place.
  21. And the cops are saying they don't know how to deal with these protesters? Sheesh.....talk about being useless with a badge.
  22. Pretty much any organizations can teach kids leadership skills. Whether good or bad leadership skills being taught is another question.
  23. Lol the topic of this thread has been shredded to pieces. If the kids go to proper schools, they most likely won't be instilled with nonsense by their parents or religious preachers.
  24. Probably the most misleading headline in Canadian politics - 'Corpse found in Mulcair's Office'

      The_Squid

Lol. Do you have a link? I didn't see that story.

Lol they changed the title of the article - it used to be "Body found in Mulcair's Office". It went on saying how the corpse (they literally used that word) has been found behind a panel covering up the walls.

  25. You do realize that there's a difference between what is 'true' and what is a 'fact'?
