  1. A brief basic research on the Charnia looks to be part of the animal lineage as it would be unlikely for it to photosynthesize on the ocean floor.
  2. Wow so true! Never thought of it that way
  3. That doesn't answer his question.
  4. Well done on the great investigative journalism National Post. Justin Trudeau has had a haricut since 2012, and Martha Findlay Hall since 2010.

    2. Peanutbutter

Trudeau is going to get crushed in the HoC by Harper and Mulcair. I Cannot wait, it's going to be hilarious.

  5. What is this? religious week?

  6. That explains why they're not talking much at all.
  7. I agree, it equivalent to saying - let's talk about the water molecules, but leave out the oxygen molecules.
  8. Brian Mulroney stepped down while he still had a thundering majority.
  9. You can't reasonably separate the economy from the environment and vice-versa. The two are strongly intertwined.
  10. 1) Unmuzzle scientists. 2) Take back the Experimental Lake Area. 3) Implement pollution-pay principle to combat rising pollution levels in Canada that contributes to climate change. 4) Reform the operation the tar sand with policies that may not be popular with businesses. But hey either you want to work to get oil from the stable country of Canada or oil from the erratic unstable nation of Saudi Arabia or Iraq. Those are the top three that comes to my mind atm.
  11. This is a test. Edit #1: This is a test Edit #2: this is a test. Looks fine to me.
  12. http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/story/2011/11/30/pol-baird-nigeria-anti-gay-bill.html Gotta love Baird <3 http://www.ugandandiasporanews.com/2012/10/26/ugandan-parliamentarian-blasts-canadian-foreign-affairs-minister-over-gay-marriage-remark/ And Baird keeps pushing back Now I'm no Conservative supporter, but I have to admire Baird.
  13. 1) Numbers don't really mean anything if the soldiers aren't properly equip, let alone with proper food (in which N. Korea always seem to lack in). The whole army display in N. Korea seems to be a façade to the empty hollow interior that would not be able to defend themselves against a SU-47. But that's just my opinion. 2) They're practically begging the US to strike them! Never before in history of mankind has a nation been so specific and serious about launching a nuclear strike against another nation.
  14. It a country that's been increasingly isolated for decades so what are the chances of them acquiring technologies that may prove difficult for the U.S to handle? Beside, I'm sure the military might of Japan and South Korea would get involved with the U.S if N. Korea strikes any of the three targets. That saying I failed see N. Korea as a threat, rather their leader bellowing hot air like a teenager denied to stay past his curfew hours.
  15. They can't, not from North Korea anyway. Last time I heard (last year) is that their rocket range barely reached the south-western most tip of Alaska, let alone expecting them to travel almost twice(?) the length to Northern Ontario.
  16. In addition to the nasty human waste, it was found that materials you might have expected to find within the vicinity of the mines also appeared 'around the pipes'. Not sure if that means the materials are found in the soil around the pipes, leaking from the pipes or within the pipes itself.
  17. I meant oil royalties.
  18. Sorry. Not exactly a mine, but consider communities in Canada that do not have treatment plant for raw sewage. Example, Victoria dumps 129 million gallons of raw sewage into the ocean daily, thus such contaminant no doubt find their way near land and into the tissue of organisms (fisheries, clams, birds, bears, etc). This can affect fisheries, hunting and recreational activities (as well as aesthetic values). http://www.canada.com/victoriatimescolonist/news/capital_van_isl/story.html?id=14696e10-8a43-4003-bfc3-1cbf6a6c33b5
  19. Or just raise the royalties.
  20. Me think that those who say there has to be creator(s) are the ones who do not understand the topic they're delving in. Kind of like an excuse to bypass the process of learning and understanding.
  21. Because 'he' screwed it up with humans so 'he's' starting over again.
  22. lol do you even know what it means to flip-flop?
