Back in the day, I conceded that risk acceptance was a legitimate response to climate change. I also pointed out that that meant it would be incumbent on those causing the most harm to remediate, if in fact the temperatures increased and impacted normal life. I think maybe this person's experiences reflect never having encountered anyone who works at the higher levels of the political economic pyramid. I was in a band with a guy who spoke to Gates.
