I'm not participating in this discussion any further than pointing out that in the OP's interpretation "information" means any combination of symbols, verbal, digital, written etc regardless of and without any relation to its veracity and verifiability. A rational individual has abilities to differentiate/classify such "information" into classes of plausibility, from "verified fact" to "deliberate untruth". For the OP, this difference has no meaning. I don't see any point in a discussion under such premises.
