I think that if the NDP won government, then Alberta would probably seperate. Saskatchewan may also seperate, while people in Saskatchewan have supported the NDP, they have hoped that they could get a socially conservative, yet economic nationalist like Douglas, but that will never happen. Their would also probably be a mass exodus of people moving to the US, afterall, if the NDP won, then were basically the Cuba of the North.

I doubt that the NDP will make any gains in the election. The NDP used to be the party for the blue collar worker, but have moved to far left in their social policies. If the NDP ever wants to make any gains nationally they have to put in place some real alternative's for Canadians, and policies that dont make them sound like just a bunch of left wing socialists, green nuts, marxists, and anti americans. If the NDP adopted policies that were more isolationist, Canada first, and was moderate in regards to social policies, then yes the NDP has a chance to make gains. First of all, I dont really like Svend Robinson's version of equality, he thinks that equality means he should be allowed to do a 14 year old kid, and engage in anal intercourse, which could very well damage somebody, hey in my town I'm 16, and I know a 14 year old who is fairly good lookin, but I would never engage in a relationship because that is morally wrong, here's my philosophy half your age plus 7. Well, in my defense, I never said go out and kill gay's, I think that every single human life is of values. My comments were on Svend Robinson's character, which I can judge. Most people have concerns about Svends positions, why not judge him on his record. Bill C-250 could very well protect NAMBLA under law, while persecuting people of various religions. Why cant I attack Svend Robinson for going to a rally in support of a group that believes that September 11th was a great day in history, and believes its okay to kill jews. Well your friend Svend did want to lower the age of consent for boys to 14, which would give members of NAMBLA, and other predators, a legal right to have sexual intercourse with 14 year olds. Which I find completely disgusting, as for the comment of me being a troll, well I want to protect children from predators which is very extremist of me. Well unlike the ND's I dont want to live in a sewer. Look the age of consent should be atleast 14 years old, at 14 young girls can easily be token advantage of, and be forced into unhealthy lifestyles like prostitution. Well, I'm no neo-conservative, just a conservative. Well I believe the citizens should have as much economic freedom as possible, as it helps a societies economy, and it will also create interdependance on other people for help. As for the stuff about individual freedom, one thing you have to understand is that laws were originally meant to upheld the common morality of a people in a nation. I believe in life, liberty, and personal resposibility. You are free to do what you want, as long as it does not abuse the health, and life of a person. Homosexuality, was considered morally wrong due to the spread of STD's, and the fact that homosexuals usually dont live past the age of 40. Abortion was considered wrong due to the fact that their was once nothing as sacred as life. But I guess thats all changed now, we no longer value life, which is a damn shame.

Well I can bring up alot of instances when christians were brought to court over religous beliefs. A man in Ontario with a gay rights advocacy tried to force a christian printer, to print pro gay rights flyers, the man refused due to religous beliefs, and he was sent to a human rights courts, which forced him to give a fine to the gay man. In BC a school counsellor was fired over letters to a newspaper attacking BC's pro gay program, in which students read magazines proclaiming the joys of Sado-Masichism [think Jeffery Dahmer] In New Brunswick two gay men asked to sleep at a bed and breakfast, where they wanted to have sexual intorcourse, but the people who ran it wanted the bed and breakfast to be a family friendly retreat, the two men successfully sued the bed and breakfast, and the people closed down, and moved to the states. In Ontario a mayor was forced to resign due to the fact she did not want a gay pride parade in the town, she wanted the town to have a family friendly enviroment, however the gays won, and the mayor resigned. In Ontario a catholic school was forced to allow a gay couple to go to the prom, even though it contravened religous teaching. There are plenty of other cases where christians are always discriminated against.

I think that the Liberal's will have a minority government. If the the new conservative party gets more candidates other than Mackay, Harper, Prentice, maybe if a person like Jim Flahrety ran for the job. I think that whoever wins the leadership race the election will look much like this.
