It isn't always perfect but it offers plenty to be smug about.

Gotta agree with Bubber; there are certainly challenges, but we all live longer and healthier anyway.    I do think if rich conservatives (because no liberals even work, let alone pay taxes!) paid more taxes, we could solve those problems toute de suite.  I should start a motion.   

People need to stop comparing us to the Americans and compare us to Europe instead. They don't pay much if any more than we do but get much better health care systems, including pharmacare.
