So, the Michigan Court of Appeals has rescinded their 14 day extension for the receipt of mail in ballots. Nice of them, 2 weeks after the election...before a slam dunk appeal forces them too.

Exactly. Gore didn’t concede until December 4th significantly pushing back Bush’s transition. I don’t remember the hyperbolic pearl clutching then.

I don't understand the need for a 2 month transition...unless Biden's family needs to get their payoffs before the calendar year ends.

Exactly, there is no need. He’s getting intelligence briefings. The majority of the rest of transition is figuring out which people you want to fill which jobs. That can take place regardless of any official concession from Trump. It’s all a bunch of bullshit designed for ratings.
