Women's Olympic Boxing
User replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
This is quite the lovely strawman you have built and argued against. The consensus is that this female looks like she has the stature of a dude and has in the past been DQ'd for having XY chromosomes, not merely having higher testosterone. It is perfectly objective and reasonable to question these things. We are not talking about top athletes excelling at their sports... all of the athletes at the Olympics are at the top excelling at sports they are involved in already. There is no serious movement trying to remove Britney Griner or Caitlin Clark from competition against other females because they look masculine. What is bizarre is how you come up with this stuff instead of just debating and discussing what is actually being said. -

There is nothing emotional here. She is either intersex or she isn't. That is scientific and quantitative and objective. First you tried to play it off like she was just a female... then you tried to play it off like what I said was not based on anything, now after I show you the evidence I was basing my thoughts on you try to muddy the waters with talk of a spectrum. -

By using better gender testing. Whether you identify as intersex or trans, doesn't change the biological facts. -

I always have the receipts for what I say here, if I don't I will admit it. "Addressing Lin and Khelif's exclusions in 2023, the IBA's president, Umar Kremlev, said that gender and testorone tests "proved they had XY chromosomes (Y is the male chromosome)." However, neither Lin nor Khelif identify as transgender or intersex." https://www.newsweek.com/olympic-boxer-lin-yu-ting-win-imane-khelif-1933862 -

Well, this is not quite the full story either. This looks like she might be intersex. In that she has all the characteristics of a female, but has male chromosomes and likely increased testosterone as well. So, no, she is not just a female or trans, but this is still an example for what being trans would be just as bad or wrong. -
A bail fund being used to get rioters back on the streets. So, your big argument is that Harris is too stupid and incompetent to understand that the things she promotes are being used for those engaged in illegal activity? Protestors do not need bail because protestors are not breaking the law and getting arrested. The people out breaking the law, engaged in vandalism, violence, and property destruction were getting arrested. Of course, you are a coward hiding from me still... so you won't see this or respond.

I love how you like to pretend like these are not issues impacting everyone and are highly politicized with Democrats pushing this into schools and onto all girls. Are you unaware of the Biden administration's attempts to use Title 9 to rewrite the rules to force girls to have to compete against males to share locker rooms with them? No, I think you are well aware of what is going on and that this is in fact a big issue right now in sports. My guess is that you have a position on this subject you just can't defend, so you play these games instead. -
Sigh... this is the dumb game you guys play. You make the baseless assertions and then spend days and who knows how many posts deflecting, obfuscating, and being obtuse. Anything other than actually defend your assertions, provide any kind of good argument, examples, facts to back them up. Why? Because you can't. It is just a cheap political game to try to attack the SCOTUS because *gasp* oh no, some court cases are not going the way you hoped they would. The SCOTUS routinely reviews cases of significance that have impact on the livelihoods of people across the board. Rich friends, regular friends, family... etc... The point is are they directly impacted, do they have a direct stake here. Otherwise, the SCOTUS could never rule on anything like abortion... because they all have moms, sisters, wives, daughters... OMG, they are all impacted by that ruling, so no one can ever rule on such a case. No, 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon is a perfect way to describe the game you are playing here. Now you are talking about Charles Koch? What did he give to anyone on the court where he had a case he was directly involved in before the court? You do realize that Lawyers have many clients? What Lawyers are you talking about specifically and what specifically is their connection to Charles Koch and what specifically did Charles Koch have before the Courts that there is some impropriety going on here... Come on man, enough of these games. Lets see the details.

The Olympics Alienated Billions
User replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
This was not a "perceived insult" The NFL also quickly moved away from kneeling during the Anthem. The teams' owners and NFL Chair voted to ban the practice. If players did not want to stand in respect, they could stay in the locker room. Guess what? You don't see this nonsense happening anymore. -
Can you show us where Security was limited because of the budget? Where anyone in the Secret Service denied the additional security because the bank was empty, and oh well, we just can't do anything about that? Can you show us where the Secret Service director went to Congress and asked for more money because without it they are not able to provide the coverage really needed? These are all rhetorical questions, I know you can't really do any of the above. You are just grasping at straws to defend what happened. Not sure why really, this shouldn't be that partisan of an issue that the Secret Service should have done more and could have done more.

More fictional speculation of how life began
User replied to blackbird's topic in Religion & Politics
Those were not mere questions. They were loaded with your bigoted presumptions. Are you honest or intelligent enough to admit that? Also, what did any of those questions have to do with the post I made regarding how life began? Answer: Nothing. -
So-called science has repeatedly erred in making false claims.

Yes, of course. My expecting you actually to defend your bigoted and ignorant assertions about The Bible are "too juvenile" for you. -

Man, you almost got it and you don't even realize it... Yes, most people are interested in watching athletes perform... not opening ceremonies mocking their faith. -

It is accurate, your comment about being offended makes no distinctions. The simple reality here is that you are just fine with offending Christians... because you clearly don't give a crap about them or Christianity. When I point out something more universally obvious, then you can't play your dumb game like people can't be offended anymore. -
Was Harris raised in the Hood?
User replied to Deluge's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Did I say offensive? No. I am not offended. I think she is a phony. I think it is absurdly silly. I said phony. Also, the clip of Obama was him clearly transitioning from speaking normally, to playing up an obvious attempt to use that accent for a quick laugh and ice breaker and then he immediately transitions back to talking normally. Clearly, it's not the same thing It's as if Obama showed up and spoke with a phony Jamaican accent the entire time as if it was just his normal speaking accent. -
Media Trump's Up New Trump Attack
User replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Do you really think Trump doesn't know people can be bi-racial? Maybe... just maybe the point he was making is that Harris plays up whatever she wants to be to whatever audience she is seeing... she is a phony. Trump is a circus clown though and not articulate at all... But either way, this is not what I was responding to, I was responding to your comment: "If people in the GOP were colour-blind they wouldn't be calling the Harris appointment a DEI hire " -

Actually, no, it is not. Either way, what was being done here was mocking her for the phony accent she put on when she went south. -

Pointing out what others are doing based on race doesn't mean you are above such things and "color blind" -
Be mad at the liberals running the city / county who have sanctuary policies where they knew he was an illegal and didn't tell ICE so he would not be deported... Be mad at the liberals running the border that don't care that anyone shows up and says the magic word "asylum" so they just ferry them on in, ship them to your town, and then don't care when they abscond from their asylum hearing and stay illegally... But you know all this, you just don't care that people are killed as long as you can get your open borders policies.

Rebound habitually has no regard for saying factual information. I am not sure all of it is outright lies, but the complete disregard for even caring if what he says is accurate or not is still a level of dishonesty. -

2-3 days later, after multple posts defending it, obfuscating, being obtuse... you finally admit it is just your opinion.
