The horrors of abortion which our governments support
User replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
There is no objective standard for what constitutes human life?! So... you don't know objectively if you are a human or not? I honestly have no idea where to even begin with such an outrageously absurd claim by you. Yes, there most certainly is an objective standard for what constitutes human life. How many of those "fetuses" turn out to be Turtles? -

Got it, just a totally efficent use of resources play. It was not an argument, it was a question. The point of the question was to get to some kind of moral framework we are both operating from, because you declared it just my opinion that killing an unborn child was wrong. The core of the pro-life position is that the unborn is a human life with a right to life... no different than a 5 year old. The point of my question was to get to some moral framework where you are not just saying, well, that is your opinion. You completely dodged the question. Do you think it is wrong for a mother to kill her 5 year old? Do you think it is wrong to kill anyone for the mere convenience of it? You completely ignored my questions again. I know you don't feel an abortion is wrong. We have already established where you sit on the subject. Do you think it should be a woman's right to choose to kill her 5 year old too? So, you only think a woman should have a right to choose... before viability. -
You must have missed all the videos going around of Muslims hunting down any white person they can see on the streets and attacking them... Of course, it doesn't appear the UK Police are as ready to deal with this as they claimed they were the right wing violence... I honestly don't know how the people in the UK are not more outraged about this. I see videos of UK police arresting people over social media posts and then you see this crap happening. https://x.com/stillgray/status/1820557833953505383

Not sure if you are just playing dumb to be obtuse or if you really are not grasping what was said here... If there is no law against speeding through a school zone, then you are enabled to speed through a school zone. -
Are you cowardly hiding from me too?

I also think you are smart enough to understand the core tenets of the pro-life position as well, yet you use these pro-choice quips as if you don't. Why. Why don't you agree with them doing that? I am a bit curious as to your reasoning there. It seems you do not believe the unborn child is a human life with any right to life, so what does it matter if a woman has an abortion as a matter of routine as nothing more than a contraceptive? So... do you think a woman killing her 5 year old is wrong? This seems like such a silly argument to quibble over, so we need to set some base line standards here. Do you think killing anyone is wrong for the mere convenience of it? Not sure why you are directing this comment to me. Have I lied about something here? Back to the question above... we need to establish some baseline morality here. Do you think killing anyone is wrong for the mere convenience of it? Do you think a mother killing her 5 year old child is OK? You might as well be asking me to explain to you why either of those are wrong. My position is that the unborn child is a human life with a right to life. If you don't think any human has this kind of right to life... well, we have bigger issues than abortion to talk about here. On that note, is there any point in the pregnancy you think the unborn child is a human life with a right to life or is it the woman right to choose up to the moment of birth for you? "the law enables a pregnant women to get an abortion." -

The unborn child is not a woman's body. It is a distinct human life. This is a subject about killing the unborn child... and you are here telling us to live and let live? That is EXACTLY what we are talking about for the unborn child. No, we are saying that killing the unborn child is wrong. I don't need to force any Biblical views on you to make these points. -
Keep hiding from me coward, because I call you out for these kinds of lies. Trump was talking about illegal immigrants. Ignore? You refuse to actually respond to anyone anymore and make these vague responses instead.

It is incredible how disingenuous you are. Trump was working to free him but it ran into his election and at the time the thought was Russia was not going to just give Trump a big win (so much for Putin loves Trump) that close to an election and Russia was demanding very high level trades for him. To Trumps credit, he didn't just give Russia everything they wanted like Biden did, just before an election...

The sanctity of life means that all human life has a value and it should not be violated. In order to protect life, sometimes life must be taken. Governments should be involved in just uses of force, but use of force is required to protect life sometimes. That is a poll about the right to an abortion... it doesn't cover any restrictions such as those at viability. -

They certainly are not killing baby turtles. I don't like the murder language, but the unborn child is certainly a human life. Not sure about the polling in Canada, but in America, while most people do not support an outright ban on the practice, the majority do support limits at viability, where it is quite obvious what the unborn child is. I imagine it is likely the same up in Canada. The unborn child is not the woman's body. -

Well, first you would have to be willing to admit it was more than a "perceived insult" before pretending what you would do if you were religious or not... -

The problem is that none of them could define what a woman was. LOL, they all ran away from that question. -
LOL, he was complaining to admin that his feed is full of so many people he has ignored. OMG It seems I might be one of them, he has threatened to ignore me about half a dozen times on here now. A few of the other liberals already have. Just amazing how fragile some folks are. I mean, not that you really care about any of these things.

There was some context there you are missing. I guess your post wouldn't be as dramatic if you included that.

Trump / Kamala Debate -- it's on!

Obviously not. As he had already debated Biden on Biden's terms. -

Trump agreed with Biden. Biden chickened out of the entire Presidency. Your team doesn't get to swap the candidate out and then pretend that the same terms exist. Where do you get this? They are currently working on debate terms now it seems. Where do you get he is afraid? Trump showed up to the Harris fan club and took questions. She didn't. -

Biden. Biden was there to fact-check him and call him out on his lies. That was his job. The fact that he is so far mentally gone that he was standing there staring off into the void is on him and the Democrats who lied about his condition for years. ROFL Harris couldn't even show up to be asked questions by her fan club. You don't get to talk to us about who is a chicken here. Harris is. -
The Left and Political Violence

Wrong? Wait, are you still a believer of the phony "Hands up, Don't Shoot" narrative? Time after time, there were phony narratives pushed where the black guy was on film running at a cop with a knife to stab him or was refusing lawful orders with a deadly weapon... Democrats pushed these phony narratives and drove a decade of violence culminating in the summer of violence by BLM after George Floyd, time and time again pushing phony narratives that caused riots and inciting violence.
