That is Hart Island, where they have been burying unclaimed bodies in mass graves for over 100 years. The pictures you showed are just a routine operation and those being buried were from all forms of death and disease, not just COVID.

If the conflict of interest were so obvious, you would be able to articulate what it was and why.
