Yep. she seemed to know that. How, exactly? The timing is also fishy. The day before, her husband's winery was brought into question. It had some 5000%+ increase in revenue. In the history of wineries, that has to be a world record. So, how exactly did that happen and how exactly did she just happened to get attacked the next day? Maybe it is a coincidence. It might be. But wow, what a coincidence.

FBI Raids Fulton County Elections
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Your implication was that finding ballots was cheating. Now you admit that the act of finding wasn't cheating. So what exactly was the cheating? If someone did cheat, shouldn't we know? If there was a foreign actor, shouldn't we know? How? The evidence was suppressed. -

Oh they can. But that is not what is going on here. And that was my point. -
FBI Raids Fulton County Elections

If I ask you to find me a unicorn, can you? You can't find what doesn't exist. But, you can find votes that are not certified and challenge their legitimacy. Now that we have found them, we can investigate them. -
FBI Raids Fulton County Elections

I thought you guys were worried about existential threats to democracy? Now you are pushing for it? -
USAToday: Investigators with the Federal Bureau of Investigations raided an elections facility in Atlanta Wednesday in a supposed search for materials related to the 2020 election. Remember this from last week? Politico: President Donald Trump on Wednesday said individuals will soon be prosecuted for their role in what he called the “rigged 2020 election,” continuing his fixation on an election he lost. He was foreshadowing this week's raid. What I find very interesting is that the head of DNI was there. Does that indicate a foreign slant? In any case, this all follows an admission by Georgia's elections that they had no signatures on a ton of votes: Atlanta First: Fulton County admits to verifying 315,000 votes in 2020 without poll worker signatures That is important because those tapes (which are receipts for what the machine recorded) are supposed to be signed by the local election official AND observed by two witnesses. There was no signature by any of the 3 people. So where did the tapes come from? The end result will be nothing will change. However, if there was some improper action, maybe we can get some convictions.

Senate Democrats Block DHS.
gatomontes99 replied to Deluge's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
We could pick them up in jail. But, instead.of holding the child rapists, murderers and wife beaters for ICE, democrats let them go and force ICE to go into the community to grab them. Then, the useful idìots go out and disrupt those actions until they go to far and end up getting hurt. Then the other useful idìots blame ICE and anyone that points out the truth. -

No, your side doesn't. That is why they are disrupting ICE. -
This should never happen. If the post is as reported, there was no threat. We have seen much more blatant threats on here. All she did was criticize a mayor for not being LGTBQ+Bipoc+1 friendly. She has every right to do that. Having the police visit her over that is something Wngland or Canada do. We are better than that 😉

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/111 18 U.S. Code § 111 - Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees (a) In General.—Whoever— (1) forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with any person designated in section 1114 of this title while engaged in or on account of the performance of official duties; or (2) forcibly assaults or intimidates any person who formerly served as a person designated in section 1114 on account of the performance of official duties during such person’s term of service, shall, where the acts in violation of this section constitute only simple assault, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both, and where such acts involve physical contact with the victim of that assault or the intent to commit another felony, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. (b) Enhanced Penalty.— Whoever, in the commission of any acts described in subsection (a), uses a deadly or dangerous weapon (including a weapon intended to cause death or danger but that fails to do so by reason of a defective component) or inflicts bodily injury, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. (c) Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.— There is extraterritorial jurisdiction over the conduct prohibited by this section. ********** Just for discussion. Pretti violated this section. The fact that he had a gun might have upped his charges. But what should be discussed is the failure of the first set of agents to detain and charge Pretti the first time (that we know of) he attacked agents. Had they arrested and charged him, he would have lost his gun and he almost certainly wouldn't have died. And that is why you enforce the laws. Even the small ones. It is called the Broken Windows Theory. If you stop criminals at the point they start committing crime, you have a greater chance lf breaking the cycle. If the cycle is not broken, at least there is documentation of the escalation for the judge to consider when assigning sentences. Either they reform or they go away. In both cases, the public is well served. When Pretti was allowed to go free, it set off a short series of events that led to his death. The best thing to do, right now, is to arrest all these blue terrorists that are obstructing federal officials in the lawful execution of their duties. Give them their ticket, document their spiral and break the cycle or put them away. Either way, society wins.

Alex Pretti: A Threat of Truth
gatomontes99 replied to robosmith's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
So Pretti attacked a car and was wrestled down and arrested? Apparently he broke his rib. Next time he gets arrested he has a gun. Why? -
Prove it. I will start: Pew: "Nearly nine-in-ten Democrats – 86% of conservative and moderate Democrats and 93% of liberal Democrats – say there should be a way for undocumented immigrants who meet requirements to stay in the country legally." NJ.com "As ongoing protests take place in Minnesota, 49% of respondents somewhat or strongly approve of the demonstrations, compared to 41% who disapprove, the poll revealed. Most Democrats (79%) approve of the response,"

Maybe? But kind of unlikely: "A Facebook profile, reported by CNN to belong to Kazmierczak, has a history of political posts, including criticism of Democrats such as former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris. In October 2021, he posted a political cartoon criticizing Omar’s security spending. Following the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk in September, Kazmierczak changed his profile picture to a photo of Trump speaking at a Turning Point USA event. A couple of weeks later, he changed it to a photo of Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, being comforted by Trump. He previously added badges to his profile pictures to show his support for Ukraine." Newsweek What does support the theory is: "Omar continued speaking for about 25 more minutes after the incident, saying she would not be intimidated." You just got sprayed with a foul smelling, unknown substance and just kept talking? She is either incredibly brave (hahahahahahahahahahahahaha) or incredibly stupid 👈. Or she knew what it was. The theory also is supported by him being bankrupt with medical debt and no work for quite a while. Is it possible that the woman that married her brother to bypass immigration laws and grew her wealth by 3100% in 2 years is pulling a Juicy Sùmlè? Yep. Is it possible this nut job thought he was making a statement? Yep. Ps...looking at the reporting on the Facebook post: would a conservative criticize defense spending?

And so it's only now, with Donald Trump having been reelected that, through DNI Gabbard, myself, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, all of this intelligence, all of this evidence that's been hidden and buried from the American people is finally coming to light."
