No it doesn't. Or do you believe a fat person's brain develops in a skinny person's body? Body dysphoria is a disease that needs to be treated. It doesn't matter how it manifests itself. Most people with body dysphoria have an aspect of themselves that they don't like. So they hide that aspect behind a new personality. But they don't have a male of female brain, in opposition to their body. They have a brain in crisis that needs help.

While the lion's share of expenses are proper, the expenses that aren't are needles in a needle stack. Everything looks the same. Finding the fraud and waste becomes so time consuming and so tedious that it would take months, if not years to complete. But Musk had a trick. AI and youthful computer savants.
