No, I DO know what I am talking about. I have significant background in investigating insurance fraud. In fact before I retired after a long career in it I was an Expert Witness for my state.. I have read the FACTS in these cases right from the Court records, they're public knowledge, no bibble-babble trumpspeak here, just plain unvarnished TRUTH, something that apparently scares the living daylights out of Trump else why would he have paid multiple fines in the millions of dollars in the past when he's been caught in his SCAMS ? Crooks pay fines, Crooks pay "restitution", Crooks lead dictatorships, Crooks con anyone they can get a nickel out of, for as long as they can, lying on lies, then blaming others when they fall through, then scrambling to set up more Cons to get more money flow so they can skip town or fly off in their private jet and set up another con somewhere else, and they related those money scans as whatever they think they can get away wuith, such as a run for the presidency as a campaign... another scam .... another way to suck in millions from blinded by greed followers, Until....they are caught. In fact lets put that in Capital letters ...CAUGHT...as Trump is now caught and all his finger pointing, attempts at witness intimidation, his threats, his lies, his family who he involved in every part of his scams, who themselves will be in court soon also, they have no where else to run this time...he won't be flying off in his jet, he's watched every minute. He's a terrorist and fraud was his weapon of choice and his only shield has been his ability to.lie his way out of things but you know....all things come to Closure. Crooks do get caught as Trump is caught.

I'm hurt by your lack of respect in even reading my comment, but then again perhaps its just that you are totally blinded by the Con Man in Chief still who conned you into thinking you were a " mostly peaceful group just ..visiting the Capitol" as some of the really deluded MAGA's seem to describe a mob of terrorists who used weapons and injured multiple lines of defense police and guardians of the physical heart of our Democracy so you could desecrate it and try to install a Dictator say.

Giuliani has more to worry about than the $1.4 million he owes his 1st attorney for his defense attempts which failed when the attorney found out, by Giuliani confessing to having lied previously to his attorney about statements he made in Georgia's election results and vote counting which he NIW admits were false. He's now being sued $2.7 billion by the SmartMatic company for his false statements regarding the veracity if the votes counted by those machines...AND his second attorney left him very recently also because Giuliani has, at the last minute, filed a countersuit against SmartMatic stating essentially that he lied again about the lies he claimed about election fraud that he lied about in Court that cost him his first attorney! Oh...and the IRS has just filed a $550,000 tax lien against the estate property he owns just 3 miles from Trumps Mar a lago estate and golf resort because he failed to pay taxes on it, ...one hears he is now claiming he is entitled to presidential protection from those taxes because he bought it as Trump's lawyer....we'll see how long that defense lasts....

So..Trump is in the Civil Trial of his life, literally. But this is nKY thing new for him. His entire business model has been built on fraud, and he's taught it to his adult family members who have also engaged fully being him. What kinds of Fraud has Trump engaged in? . Fraud against the tax payers because unlike them who have had to pick up the costs in New York for a lot of Trump's rip offs of the insurance system by having to pay higher rates because insurance scofflaws like Trump, his adult sons and daughter and even his father before him have cheated insurers repeatedly for decades and let taxpayers pay through the nose in increased rates. Then...how about all that money raised by starting Trump University...which was so uncredited in its education it gave its students that very few could find work in the fields taught because most of what WAS taught was useless, worthless and essentially just a con job made up.of con men claiming to be credentialed professors ( but who weren't even college graduates in some cases and definitely not licensed anywhere to even teach) who worked for Trump, collected fees though the school was never accredited, ( despite Trump claiming it had the highest accreditation in the country) and it gave diplomas if you paid your fees ( $35,000 ) whether you attended a single class or not. The Trump University which ran just 5 years was shut down by the Court and declared a Fraud. Who was harmed? The people who believed in Trump, did Trump refund their fees? He did not, he dragged out the case in Court until 10 days before it went to Trial to try and spend as much of it on himself before the Court and a lot of angry former followers prevailed and Trump paid $25 million in restitution leaving a lot of former followers with useless pieces of paper Trump called diplomas. What other kinds of FRAUD has Trump engaged in? How about the Trump Charity? Another Fraud where he bilked the Public and collected millions ..and what did he use that Foundations CHARITY funds for? He had a $10, 000 painting done of himself which he hung on the wall of one of his clubs, he spent $267,000 of it to restore a fountain he damaged in front of his hotel in New York, he used a lot for it...remember this was a Charity meant to raise money for CHARITY purposes, instead Trump distributed to his adult children as their Board of Directors salaries and who then gave a lot of it right back to him ( this is called Money Laundering folks) as political donations to his 2016 Presidential campaign even though it was illegal to do so, $ 5000 is the maximum limit but he collected millions....he was caught and investigated for " serious financial fraudulent uses of the Foundations money, had to pay a $2 million dollar fine and disassociate himself and his family from the Foundation and the remaining funds in it were sent to 8 actual legal charities. ....These are the kinds of Fraud Trump engaged in, and it goes on from there ...there's no witch hunt, no unfair prosecution, just a Swindler, A Crook, and a Con Man caught again ....

True, they do watch the same movies etc., but their societies matured a long time before ours, it takes a lot more to move them, likewise they don't really show movies entirely un-edited. whereas here, maturity in movie production has not yet arrived. When you put spoiled children in charge of their own beach with little supervision don't be surprised if they build traps to protect their sand castle forts. Having lived in Europe for some years, I recall watching American movies there in several countries, then later watching the same movies uncut here years later. The American versions are always rougher, less couth, lines, even scenes are added which cater to stereotypes that you don't see in European versions. I saw Star Wars in Germany for example where it was called Kreig der Stern " War of the Stars" , the lines to see it stretched three times around the theatre and down three blocks, it showed three times that day so everyone could see it. The next day though, everything went back to normal, little was said, in America fan clubs, and the whole Star Wars thing began almost immediately. So...though we do export our movies, not all people are as easily influenced by them in the same way.

I cannot see how the Hamas, who are very strongly Palestinian, and receive no funding from the USA have anything whatsoever to do with President Joe Biden, unless of course you are a Russian agitator here to blame everything in the Israel v. Hamas mutual hate association on the United States so we will turn away from our strongest ally in the Middle East thereby weakening our ability to keep the region, and its oil, friendly with the U.S. in that they don't start selling everything to the Russians instead. You can be sure that Putin is likely funding some of Hamas, it has his war mongering fingerprints all over it inasmuch as destabilizing that entire region only improves Russia's position there.

Movies were the wonder of the age...for our parents...but they had the guts to do what we need to do and haven't, in the 1930's they established and enforced standards on the movie industry , standards of common decency. In their age it was about explicit sexuality appearing in movies that anyone with a dime could see. They forced regulations on the Movie Industry that held until Congress, heavily lobbied by the billionaires in the movie and entertainment industry altered " what" could be seen, and litigated until they got what they wanted, the " End Run" around the prior Rules. Now, thanks to so called " smart phones", any 8 year old can log on and see whatever their parents would consider improper, if not actually illegal. So ..where do we go now? Its not guns by themselves, it's a lack of decency, A lack of common respect, and putting our needs and our children's ahead if the financial needs of Big Entertainment and forcing our Congress to address the issue, or...throw them out if those cushy , well paid seats and find some who will. If this means dumping half of Congress, of both parties, out the Window and electing those who think we should be heading the world by our intellects, our mutual respect, our united causes, and not by a bunch of ignorant jerks...fine.

Terms says " everyone who has real estate property ups the value". Really? Does your insurer know this? As a former ( long ago in my college years) insurance Company Property Inspector it was my job to inspect properties in five counties for just such reasons, even to photographing and measuring property lines versus claimed size and locations, structures found, etc. and I can assure you that today as well as then, insurance companies would not agree with you, and if it were a lot of monetary risk involved, you bet they pursued fraud. The Trump Organization here claimed billions in value... Trump himself claims has worth billions....but maybe not, not if he's been dreaming it all up and lying to everyone about it, ....all that money he made fraudulently will disappear...you don't get to keep money you obtained fraudulently....and we'll all know his true worth then ..even you.

The Climate Changes you extreme right are claiming doesn't exist is based on your misunderstanding of what you could see for yourselves around you, if you would turn down the jabbering of the unenlightened hosts of the Faux News ....here's what sources at the National Oceanographic Association, the International Association of Cryospheric Scientists (ICS), the International Association of Biological Organism Research Scientists, The United Nations Council on Indigenous Peoples, The American Association of State Climatologists , The Professional Resources Network of Science, and a list well in excess of 50 more organizations worldwide who can tell you what they have seen with their own eyes, measured, calculated, and determined by world wide accepted scientific method...not hearsay...which shows the following very serious conditions already happening: 1. The Frozen Waters long held on the Earth's surface are melting at an alarming rate, much faster than even what was thought twenty years ago. This ice in our poles regions especially but also in long time glaciers in the worlds mountains is melting and not only is causing much greater storms and flooding worldwide but severely affecting multiple island nations living on reclaimed lands. This melting in turn opens a sort of " hole" effect deeper into our oceans exposing the deeper, darker colored depths to more sunlight, this in turn absorbs more carbon dioxide and releases much less. This in turn acidfies our ocean waters more, dissolving calcium based creatures such as shellfish. It also leads to the bleaching of coral reefs, killing off the coral which is itself a living creature which feeds the bottom chains of tiny creatures which are the food supply of larger fish, mollusks, and multiple other creatures of our oceans, these eventually work up to human level food supplies. Its already happening. ...2. Warmer temperatures are causing many of our hybrid crops which require very small windows of temperatures to grow and produce in, and are now already being erased by climate change. Already international levels of viable soy, wheat and rice are in severe decline, the temperatures needed for optimum growth are rising too fast, scientists are trying to create new strains but its a decades long gamble. Worldwide hunger is growing, while insect pest levels of new strains of insects not as controllable as prior strains are rising and turning once fertile growing lands into deserts as both the water levels drop by greater evaporation levels of the warming climate and insect pests attack in much greater numbers. This in turn also has begun to destroy whole tree species...such as the 75,000 acres of Rocky Mountain conifers lost in the past decade to pine bark beetles which leave dead, dry fire tinder trees behind where once stood thick, carbon dioxide absorbing trees emitting what we need to survive...oxygen. So you, fanatic Rightists, you go on and mock Climate Change ...but don't be surprised if where you used to take your family vacations gets closed for bacterial contamination, or its permanently under water or those Purple Mountains Majesty Above the Fruited Plain becomes more a brown, dusty heap of rocks with dead, sluggish low water streams and a bunch of inedible grasses taking over your prairies. If we do not very aggressively take on every aspect of Climate Change seriously now, we won't have an Earth we can inhabit in less than a hundred years, in fact it may even be just fifty if current trends in refusal to to accept documented science and DO SOMETHING while we can...are ignored. -
Adding some new info here seems timely: in Court today Jeff McConney, Controller of the Trump Organizations financial empire from 1987 to February 2023 testified today that both Donald J. Trump and his elder son Eric both knew that that the valuations of their properties were greatly over valued, and specifically said the in the case of the Seven Springs resort that both Donald J. Trump and Eric told him multiple times to include the 7 mansions valued at $23 million each that were part of that resort to claim a " full valuation" of over $400 million dollars" that Trump claimed as its value in order to obtain bank.loans against its value...... per Donald Trump's own statements to the Judge, " everybody in real estate does that". Well, Mr. McConney testified today that that resort could not have had anywhere near that value because....the 7 mansions which were supposed to be built in 2013 to back up that valuation, WERE NEVER BUILT at all. Yet, in 2022 Eric Trump told McConney to continue such valuation of that resort at the same amount as in 2013. So...with this bombshell, one can only wonder what else was valued on " thin air" lies of his estates and resorts and companies ... of the man who claims he was worth " millions and millions". Also in Court today Trump was instructed by the Court to hand over a complete list of all properties he owns, properties he has beneficiary control of, AND must tell the Court Appointed Reviewer The Honorable Barbara S. Jones if he starts any new companies, etc. or alters any ones he has now. The Trump Organizations true value is being revealed and it's a sinking ship....

So it was okay then to separate over 5000 children from their parents, throw them in wire cages on concrete floored cells, deliberately lose all records of where the childrens parents were , and, when questioned about it, say that they " were the children of drug dealers, rapists and criminals so they broke the law when they came here so. ...its perfectly okay what happened to them", and when it was further revealed in Atlantic magazine " The Secret History of the U. S. Governments family separation Policy" by Caitlin Dickinson, ( cover story, The Atlantic, though she worked for the New York Times when she wrote it after 150 interviews with Trump administrators, border agents, children taken, distraught parents, and angry social services personnel at the Border). Well, can't say I didn't want this to happen, we do need to secure our borders, and if adding to the same barrier walls that Trump added to to help secure them, fine, lets do it. It certainly will do a lot to wreck a prime Republican talking point though. I visited some of the open border out by Rancho San Diego in the early 2000's, which is a good distance further East and South of El Cajon, which itself is far to the East of San Diego itself. In fact it can take hours to get there . I had a friend whose father had a ranch out there. He finally, about 10 years ago, had to give it up, hard to ranch your cattle when every other week he would find cows slaughtered for food by immigrants crossing the no barrier border, even with border agents in SUV's parked every 3 miles, there were too many gaps. Even harder though was finding dead immigrants, mostly by severe dehydration, there's no water out there, and in summer very excessive heat, and in winter bitterly cold. So, as much for humanitarian reasons, yes I think its time we closed the border with a wall. -

The classified documents he "may" have shown others, the ones he allegedly " lost or destroyed" and all the arguments about where they are, whats still missing, etc. don't hold a candle to actual First Person reports of someone who tells us they were given our most Top Secret Defense information about the exact capabilities of our nuclear submarines and their armaments and defenses, and then to find out Trump also showed them to" 40- 45 others" at his estate at Mar el Largo! I think that just blew any chance he might have had on any immunity ....

So...true to his usual modus operandi Trump continued his Burn his own Bridges plan in Court today, after thinly veiled threats versus the Judge, and Prosecutor, and being warned , he ignored that warning and today ...DURING COURT proceedings in the New York Civil Trial, he actually posted the Judges law clerks photo and personal identification to one of his websites which is a direct violation of any State or Federal Courtroom rules as well as the major threat to the immediate safety of the law clerk! The Judge, on her lunch break, saw it, dragged Trump into her chambers, read him the riot act and demanded he post a retraction on the same site, ( which he did), then dragged his attorneys in to chambers and did the same The Judge then issued a blanket GAG Order on all participants but especially Trump. Well....if former president Trump was looking for a tour of a state prison cell, and huge fines for his future non cooperation, he's going at it the right way.

If Ross Perot shows up it will be a miracle, he passed in 2019. I often wonder what would have happened if he had won. Its likely the GOP wouldn't have half the power or position it has now, remember Ross was about stream lining Big Business and the amount of influence that it had in government as well as making sure the American people got what they paid for in government. Personally I think this is Gods way of eliminating a species he doesn't think worked outstanding. The first time he sent a meteor and in a few years it wiped out the dinosaurs who were " all mouth and had tiny brains, and failed to get much done, even in herds", This time he sent Trump and he and his followers will wipe out Americas current deadliest species ..the Republicans, who are similar. But make no mistake, Donald J. Trumps " business" was FRAUD. It was his whole business model. And where did he come up with these business fraud ideas? His father Fred did the same thing in the 1940-1954 years, was caught and Court ordered not to do it again, but he didn't ignored it and ten years later was caught again, doing essentially the same thing. THIS is where Donald J. Trump got the so called inheritance of a business from his father...all fraud profits, illegal money and an education from his father on how to keep doing it which Donald excelled at..not bug business, but Business FRAUD. There is a BIG Difference between making money legally, paying your taxes and living honestly versus a Crook who all his life continue ed to act like a crook, paid little to no taxes, and expected to just buy his way out if any touch of Retribution even to over throwing the entire Country so he could keep doing it ." Actually what Citizens United vs. Federal Election Committee (FEC) did was allow Criminal Organizations to put their own people into positions in ur government to bring down the laws used to convict them , get rid if the FBI, the Treasury Department police, the IRS agents who also investigate criminal organizations, systematically defund and break up the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms division of the US government long an enemy of criminal families, while creating the Smoke & Mirrors of Donald J. Trump and his crime family minions and the Russian Mafia ( led by Putin, Trumps friend) to bring the government to within the reach of Putin directly, overthrow our government, destroy our trade abilities , alienate our allies and leave them all vulnerable to invasions at Putin's or Red China's leisure, while taking over America and breaking up NATO. Putin will not succeed in this, he is already finding that out. Trump didn't do so well, in fact he exposed a lot about Putin, especially his weaknesses to his enemies and Trump must be shaking in his boots fearing that if he goes to federal prison, thwarting even more of Putin's plans, jyst how long will it be before the FBI finds a pair of cement over shoes in the surf off Palm Beach, Florida some morning with him in them. Funny, I read just the opposite in multiple Conservative sources this morning, in fact one described the whole thing as a reinforcement of the Justice Department. Frankly I am surprised you would put your foot in your mouth so readily. That obstructionist attitude is better seen on the target Jim Jordan painted on the backs of his whole grilling crew yesterday. You know that none if them will be walking around as free men when their constituents start seeing nothing getting accomplished in their counties that get them jobs, or improve their credit, rebuild their schools, etc but oh, hey, they'll get to see Biden the younger in jail.

That stage show the Republicans led by Jim Jordan put on yesterday in grilling Attorney General Merit Garland about his non response to their self created conspiracy lies was just the biggest FARCE I have ever heard. You could see Jim Jordan quivering to try and trip up the pretty unflappable Merit Garland and kept failing, and failing, and failing, backed up by a bunch of wannabe The South Will Rise Again distant descendants of the worst offenders against the Union in the Civil War ( which this year is almost 150 years ago, i.e. two.lifetimes ago). It was an embarrassing humiliation showing the total lack of candor and truth the Republicans following Trump have. The whole thing was nauseating to hear and see but I am glad I did, now I know which democratic races candidates I need to send campaign donations to, because sanity is NOT what this fanatic bunch of Republicans is all about. I used to be an Independent voter, now, thanks to this televised kangaroo court, I will firmly vote Democrat. There is no way America us going to allow its laws to be changed to let these Trumpians and their wannabe dictator Trump get off from the crimes they committed against America in the January 6 Insurrection and its premeditated attempt to overthrow the U. S. Government.

Well, we know his idea of Security was essentially similar to hiring A playground supervisor for a kindergarten , he refused the FBI's request to install security cameras and other presidential orotective surveillance devices, back he could have shown and sold them to anyone! That's when China lost any respect for him and began preparing for war with us.

Peacefully" but that's not true as you know, it was live on tv, those So-called called peaceful people Trump ordered to try and take over the halls of Congress and prevent the Electoral College votes being counted, they were violent... they WERE armed, they smashed windows, they smashed security officers with all kinds of makeshift weapons AND guns...oh yes, there WERE guns there in the crowd that attacked the Capitol. Look at the films and photos yourself. Just don't go around claiming those attackers brought no weapons, no guns with them...because they DID. It's facts in evidence.

Because white-ass Tony Timpa was killed the exact same way, over the course of 13 minutes, and the cops were laughing (there's video of Tony's murder too, but almost no one bothered to watch). At least no one was laughing when they killed G Floyd. Oh, and the cops managed to hide the evidence of how Timpa died for 6 months. Everyone thought that he died at the hospital that whole time. That takes a lot of co-conspirators to keep that lie alive for 6 months.
Tony Timpa was dead as a doornail right there on the sidewalk and never lived a second past that point.
Oh wait, there's still more... the guys who "racistly" murdered Tony Timpa.... are still cops. No jailtime, they weren't even fired. They weren't even taken off of active duty. If you go to the wrong city, you might get pulled over by a cop who G-Floyded a guy to death, and that guy can look down his nose at you for going 5 mph over the speed limit.

Why didn't CNN talk about all of these 'rifles' and 'molotovs' two years ago? Why is there no video showing anyone with rifles or molotovs at the riot? They're not hard to spot.
