  1. Got you crying again though i see LOL Really having a bad morning aren't ya little guy Well don't worry, you'll probably forget by this afternoon
  2. It really didn't. It just stated why he was pro free trade. Nothing in there ever suggested there was no time when restrictions aren't warranted. It's an ad, it's not a history lesson. The ad isn't misleading or lying, that's over the top. It's fine to point out that reagan did believe in appropriate tarffs where necessary but he was still pro free trade and that was why.
  3. LOL no it wasn't And there's nothing wrong with that, reagan can have one viewpoint that's appropriate in his day and age and trump can have a different gameplan suitable for this day and age and they don't have to be the same. Yeash, everyone knows Reagan was pro free trade, that doesn't mean every president after him has to be or even SHOULD be
  4. Yeah you've seen that before. Must be your short term memory issues kicking in again. That can happen with heavy drug use
  5. And here you are again replying, desperately looking for my approval because you haven't got a real father. It's pretty sad. Have you tried 'Big Brothers" at all?
  6. Two things can be true The third and most likely one is the isp shut it down entirely to prevent legal liability. That does happen fairly regular.
  7. Yet you spend endless time replying! Awwwww, see? You really DO care And year you are crying again!! Didn't the baby powder i sent you help with that rash?
  8. LOL Right, mr "gee deep down i rleally want to have a rational conversation"
  9. all of that is an utter lie. In fact many here including myself have all but begged you to participate intelligently. but every single time someone replies back to you, often when YOU initiated the conversation, with facts you don't like you just drop into insults and feak out. You also do a fair bit of trolling and then freak out when others make fun of you back You have zero interest in intelligent conversation. When you talk reasonably i reply reasonably. Your problem is that you have a mental health issue that sends you into a spiral dive whenever you are challenged and can't think of an actual response. Then it's 3 weeks of ass porn posts. If you want a rational discussion learn to respond rationally to points instead of just having a hissy fit.
  10. Ooops - made you cry again Yeash i was just trying to be nice, you're so fragile!
  11. Well here's the thing. There's no doubt in my mind that the CPC does not want to go to an election right now, but they can't be seen to be running scared either And I don't think they will be the ones to wear it if it happens. It is the job of the government in a minority government to work with other parties to make sure their budgets get passed. If they fail it generally lands on the government not the other parties as being at fault. Would very much look like a failure of Carney's and I suspect the liberals would wear it more than anyone. The other three parties would be unanimous in saying the liberals deliberately sabotage things in order to try and win the majority that they missed 6 months ago and they're just trying to make that happen before their failures become apparent. I think if an election happened the liberals would wear it and they would probably come back with a much reduced minority government It is you who is misreading the room young one If an election happens this fast and it took all three opposition parties to vote the government down then the liberals will be the ones who wear it. In a minority government they are expected to make their budget palatable to at least one other party.
  12. Well.... eyeball comes pretty close but at least he's got the brains to be indirect enough to prevent the forum from being closed.
  13. Meh. I think you're off base here. I don't think that the ad portrayed Reagan as an 'absolutionist' but that it highlighted his very real belief that wherever possible free trade is better, and that is indeed what he believed. There's no doubt he believed in tariffs where necessary and the ad doesn't speak against that. He just believed in avoiding them wherever possible I'm not sure why it's actually an issue to be frank. Reagan would not have approved of trump's tariffs but Reagan isn't who the people elected, and this era isn't Raegan's era. Trump campaigned on this and he has his own agenda that he things will produce results. I tend to side with Reagan but trump's response should be "Reagan was the right man for his day, i'm the right man for this day, and there's often two different paths to the same place." Now he just kind of looks like a twit but whatever.
  14. Liberals. I mean you could argue the first time they didn't know but he'd accepted bribes in violation of the law within 6 months and that was just the start. Every other time they voted knowing that was his deal. Liberals. I mean it wasn't a secret. I can point to millions of them, pick the election and i'll tell you exactly how many there were. When you answer your own questions before the person you asked you run the very real risk of looking like a tard In a democracy the people get to make the choice and they chose corruption and grafts knowing damn well what Trudeau is doing. Like it or not that's democracy
  15. That refute a single point can you, but what about isn't. Right.
  16. Because the law allows for it and the voters enabled it. That's the biggest problem with democracy, if people say YES to corruption and graft then that's what they get and they've got nobody to blame by themselves. Except eyeball of course, he blames harper.
  17. Sure. You speak for conservatives after all Imagine that the liberal who relishes in corruption and graft doesn't like conservatives and has a negative opinion. Let me lay down till i'm over the shock
  18. Why would we join a country where the beer is like having sex in a canoe? (both fcuking pretty close to water).
  19. There's nothing flexible, even before the election was over he started to give trump whatever he wants and continues to do so to this day
  20. So you're saying the problem is sanity We've been over this a billion times. EVs make sense for about 20 - 30 percent of the population and that's it. And until the tech matures that's all it's ever going to be. Stop pretending otherwise. You're just making yourself look bad.
  21. Trump says all trade talks with Canada are terminated | Reuters Long story short, he's cancelling all negotiations because doug ford ran those Regan ads in the states "all trade talks with Canada were terminated following what he called a fraudulent advertisement in which former President Ronald Reagan spoke negatively about tariffs. "Based on their egregious behavior, ALL TRADE NEGOTIATIONS WITH CANADA ARE HEREBY TERMINATED," Trump wrote on Truth Social." Well this is going to be a bit of a problem for Carney. He's going to have to demand that ford cancel those as quickly as possible, but he can't look like he's supporting trump and he can't force forward to do anything. But this is obviously going to severely delay carney from getting any kind of deal. Will Carney cave again? Will he have to back down one more time and convince ford to stop? He can't really afford to just break off and negotiations
  22. Check and see if the lives of the Chiefs got any better, or the lives of the consultants the gov't hired to look into indigenous issues. You didn't think the money was for the first nations PEOPLE did you?
  23. Well it wouldn't be a civil war it would literally be a war between two nations. It's always possible but what's more likely is a legal backlash where conservatives take power preventionally and federally and appoint people that see the law differently and the native start losing their rights just as they started gaining them when people sympathetic to their cause took power.
  24. It's actually doing better than expected so far. 3 percent growth would be about 'normal' or pretty good, nothing fantastic but strong. 3.8 is pretty solid. The U.S. economy showed strong growth in the second quarter of 2025, expanding at a faster-than-expected 3.8% annual rate. This rebound followed a contraction in the first quarter and was driven primarily by a decrease in imports and an increase in consumer spending. The final estimate from the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) was a significant upgrade from its previous 3.3% estimate. Q3 may be a little screwed up because of the gov't shut down especially if it drags on but if he keeps his head above 2.9 and has a decent 4th quarter he's going to be able to claim victory for his policies. The job market is softening a little but that's probably short term. And it's still not bad. Too soon to reach a final conclusion but right now it's looking pretty decent for him. Sorry
  25. Yeah we're seeing it right now with Carney. We're suggesting moving to someone who DOES"T worship trump and do whatever he says
