Of course it does. lying doesn't change that. What happened to your whole 'ethics' argument? OF course it is. "you must use this word despite the fact that it is not true or be subject to penalty". Whether or not you feel it SHOULD be compelled is another matter but it is compelled speech. You MUST refer to this person by this term which is a lie. That is compelled speech. Being forced to call a boy a girl is compelled speech. While they might find it offienseive it is not harrasment in the normal historic use of the term. It is only being CALLED harassment because that suits the agenda of compelling speech. If you force me to say something other than the truth then you're compelling my speech. Aren't you.

Interestingly that's not quite true. While they have found biological markers to indicate someone may be more likely to be gay, the latest research shows that people really aren't 'born' that way and that environmental factors do play a role as well. Of course its still not fully understood yet. But apperently you COULD 'make a gay'.

Well not exactly But you're not entirely off the beaten path. early testing could have information that is culturally significant. That's mostly been weeded out. Well they score higher 'on average'. But there is a huge variation within both communities and when you snip out the outliers it's pretty damn close. But at the end of the day there's a lot of asians who are dumber than a lot of white people. The difference isn't even that great for the average, it's a few points. I'm not sure that's true, but i suspect there's other factors as well if it is. But there's no doubt that a structured family unit does play a strong role in sharpening one's mind and intelligence and other skills such as work ethic. They may not get smarter but they become more skilled which has the same effect. Mistakes were made. that is true. I'll add it to their pile. In the absence of specifics humanity will always default to the next level of information. If we don't know details about a person then we look at their family. If we don't know that we look at the community they choose to live in. IF we don't know that we tend to judge them on whatever variables we do have and we use the averages for those values. ANd race is one of those.

And that is wrong. There have been many times i've thought something you've said is offensive - should you be cutting me a cheque for 30 grand? The idea that we have a right to be not offended is wrong. Yes - the reason is authortarianism and a desire to supress any thought that is not 'approved' by an authority.. And that's wrong. Probably/ Historically that's the case. The nazi's certainly did. 1984 spoke of 'good speak' and 'bad speak" And then there will be a backlash. And people will find ways to 'get away' with prejudice and repression where they didn't before.. ANd white power groups will gain strength and violence will increase. And we're already seeing all of that. You can't successfully legislate someone from being an arsehole. It will just breed more and more clever arseholes. A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.

This can show up depending on the kind of test. There's a lot of ways to test intelligence. and some do rely on knowledge that would be gained within a culture for example. But more modern tests are able to work around that. Well that's true to a degree but a 5'7 kid with asthma is never playing for the nba. While skills must be learned there IS such a thing as aptitude. And that's true of both physical and mental tasks. And this is the thing. That's why claiming that 'black people are dumber' or 'asians are smarter' based on average scores of a selected sample group is not relevant.. If you take any two groups of people and test them, there's an excellent chance that one group will score lower on average than the other. Not always but often. ANd one group might have a couple of real !diots or a couple of geniuses who throw the averages. In any case, the numbers are so close that there's a much bigger spread inside any one group than between two groups when it comes to race.

Sure but there's simple fixes to that which don't involve turning the country into a leaderless rudderless mess. One of the simplest is change the required votes in the house so that SOME bills require more than 50 percent to pass. Imagine if money bills always required 66 percent to pass. That would give the back benchers more power and the opposition too, you might have a majority in the house but still not be able to pass some bills and be forced to an election if you don't have broader support. That KIND of idea makes more sense.

It could absolutely be worse and would basically be a disaster.

To be honest, i'm more concerned that they are aware to what's unfolded and are ok with it. I think that it's not that many are being brainwashed to be authortarian. i think many are craving it and welcoming it when they see it. I think many think the gov't isn't moving towards a totalitarian state fast enough. There is a strong sense especially on the left that we should eliminate any opposition to what they deem as being 'correct' and if that means people must be forced to do 'the right thing' by force of law then so be it - lets get it over with so we can get on with our perfect society.

NASCAR TWEETS SUPPORT FOR LGBTQ COMMUNITY

Prejudice will exist, racism dosen't always exist. Both are born from our natural and very necessary instincts to try to try to assume atributes of things we don't know about or that seem different from us. As a tool for survival for our ancestors that was critical. Now it's more of a hinderance. And because we focus on racial issues as being the 'defining factor' racism becomes rampant and unavoidable. But - if we taught everyone that merit was the most important thing instead of race then that radically changes. Instead of 'i'm black and he's white', the issue becomes "i'm a 23 on the hiearchy scale and he's a 25 so we're pretty similar. Screw those 11's.." So you get essentially a 'class' issue - and the way to beat THAT is to have so many different ladders to success for different things than everyone can find something they're comfortable with. Then it becomes "i'm strong in computer tech, that guy is strong in machinery repair, that one is in art etc etc. When you have enough things that people can be good at, then everyone can be good at something and people stop seeing race or gender or the like and tend to see value or merit. You never get rid of it completely but you can come pretty close. -

And there it is again.. If you have to lie to make your point, then you don't have a very good point do you . -
Well here's the thing - they're basing that on the idea that it's automatically an 'arsehole' thing to call someone by their real biological sex. So it's still compelled speech. If i claim that you MUST call me "my lord and master the Gread CDNFOX!", and you say "i'm not calling you that", and i fine you 30,000 because i've arbitrarily decided that if you don't say what i want then you're being an arsehole... it's still compelled speech. And frankly once that precedent is set as it now is then in ANY circumstance doing it would be an offense and you could be sued for it. So if i make the absolutely accurate statement "katlyn Jenner is a male", then i'm guilty of a human rights violation that could cost me 30,000 k? Lets be clear - i use people's preferred genders as a rule and even on this board i have where we're discussing a trans person. But - the idea that i MUST is utterly wrong.

So your argument is that there has never ever been any gay or trans activism other than that one incident? And here's the thing. Rather than actually address the concerns you have to make dishonest statements. -

Oh? Tonnes of people caught it on camera. No arrests. How about that. And it's not the first time by any stretch. Full nudity is not uncommon. Neither is it uncommon for children to attend. Are you saying it didn't happen? Think carefully before answering. Maybe google a bit. There's more than one 'incident'. MSM isn't going to talk about it obviously but there's tonnes of footage (pardon the pun) And it happened in a gay parade. Nobody stopped it. nobody called police. The parade organizers are fine with it. SO - kind of is a reflection on all gays seeing as the parade is supposed to represent all gays. Told ya you'd say that - but it depends what you mean by 'forcing themselves'. And the stereotypical ignorant low brow grunting people have come to expect from the left. Please wipe the drool from your mouth. I say something as reasonable as "I have issues with grown men wearing bunny mask and jumping up and down in front of children, i think that needs to be discussed" and your only reaction is "Ugh! Ugh!! You just like orange man! Orange man bad! Grunt grunt". Well you've absolutely convinced me. how could i EVER have thought the left was unreasonable or had an agenda. You're a genius. -

Sure - but we love you anyway. You may be obstinate and stupid, but you're always amusing Yeah but that's part of your charm. We prefer to think of you as more of a rash than a plague. -
So- just to be clear - you're asking if dangling your penis in front of a kid on a public street to convince him that being gay is great is illegal. Is that correct?

Authority with no power is no authority. Not for us he doesn't. If he declared war on someone and we didn't agree - we ain't going. There is no such thing as the right to make decisions without the power to carry it out. Prime ministers have sent our people to war many times. Lizzie was a great queen and i was quite fond of her - but if she hadn't existed then canada would be pretty much the same. She brought nothing to our table. The position of GG is very important but we appoint that and we don't really need a queen or king to make that work. We don't really live in a monarchy in any practical or meaningful sense. In a symbolic sense we do but thats about it.

Back then if someone disputed it i could have whacked them with a tomahawk and that would have been the end of the questions wouldn't it.

Nobody's sure who you're talking to, you ramble like an !diot half the time so we just kind of assume it's the voices in your head and don't worry about it. Not exactly - tho i'm sure that won't stop you from claiming i am once you struggle to come up with a valid argument But as i've said and been very clear about this, lewd or not the 'forcing themselves upon us' issue is getting on people's nerves. Not really just the gays but the whole intersectional coalition and identity wars. Honestly i'd be just as fed up with pretty much any other group that behaved the same way. In a general sense i'm sick to death of hearing constantly about trans issues as if they're some sort of hyper oppressed group with no rights at all. People are being fined huge amounts of money for not using the correct pronoun. Bathroom issues seem to pop up weekly, schools are in uproars over it, it's getting way the heck out of hand. And i am concerned about behavior towards kids. I just posted a short time ago a video of the toronto pride parade where a fully naked guy (except for his bunny mask) was bunny hopping along waiving his dick in front of children. I don't care if he's gay or straight - i do have issues with that. I think that regardless of being hetero or gay you have to respect everyone appropriately, and i think hetero or gay you don't expose children to mens dicks like that. ANd the fact that the gay community thinks thats appropriate behavior is going to raise some questions about why they would want to.
